I am very happy with my experience at this dental office. From the time I booked my appointment, I was treated with friendly, professional service by the office and Dr. Lim is just amazing. I hate having dental work done, but Dr. Lim made sure I was comfortable, and Elizabeth at the front desk couldnt have been more friendly, especially when she could tell I was nervous. I highly recommend this wonderful practice!

Dr. Lim is one of the BEST dentists that I have ever gone to. He is kind, very skilled, and cares about his patients. He always cares about the work performed and wants you to be satisfied with it. Even while he is working on your teeth he asks if you are ok. If you get an involved procedure done he calls to check on you. Ive never had a dentist do that - only Dr. Lim. He always goes the extra mile and has a great staff!

Wonderful dentist!! My fear of Dr. Lim was totally unfounded. He is the consummate professional. His work as a dentist is like a work of art. I heard that said before about him, but now I know it to be true for myself. His office is beautiful, clean and comfortable. I felt at ease as soon as I was in the chair and the flat screen tv with scenes of Ireland played in front of me. Real lux comfort!! The office staff reflects the personality of Dr. Lim. Warm, friendly and professional. The person who recommended Dr. Lim to me was absolutely right. He is awesome!

I totally recommend Dr Lim and his staff is great, I love Elizabeth, Isabella and Cathedral and was Anita and now A new girl who’s is awesome) I drive 2 hours 15 min and I can’t begin to say enough.After every procedure Dr Lim calls me to see how I’m feeling. If I need to get squeezed in, Elizabeth finds a way.They do care, they go above and beyond, when my dad died they called me and sent a card.I totally find it shocking that disgruntled patients can make up these ridiculous stories just to hurt these people. This is a great place, they file my claims and even have filed appeals on my behalf and they don’t even take insurance.I love the entire staff, Dr Lim, Elizabeth, Cathedral, Isabel, please ignore these crazies below!!! Dr. Lim is an excellent dentist and he cares for and takes care of his patients. The staff is friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this practice

. Used to be pleasant medical, dental experience, Dr. Lim is wonderful and exceptionally talented and personable, and his assistants are fantastic, 10 plus years of being a patient here. However as of 2017 a new employee at desk made visits uncomfortable and often told extreme untruths to you, she can be very rude, she just did not care, she was more important than the patient. I , We stopped going to this Centre. This new employee was The Doctors Wife. This NOT False Information and happened several times at different visits to my Wife and myself. Be careful. The Medical Staff fortunately however is Fantastic which made it very hard to stop.

I went to Dr. Lim in 2018 and 2019 and had problems with Dr. Lims wife, Elizabeth, who runs his office. She did not file claims in a timely manner, is difficult to deal with and has a quick temper. I found a new dentist.Recently, I needed a new crown when the one Dr. Lim had done cracked after three and a half years. My insurance company denied the claim for the new one because a crown should last 7 years and said I should contact Dr. Lim about some type of compensation.I called and spoke to Elizabeth who, when I explained the reason for my call, started yelling at me and told me never to call the office again and hung up.About two hours later, a call came in from an unknown caller. It went to voicemail claiming to be the legal dept from my dental insurance company. Five more calls came in from a no called ID number and then I answered the 6th one. A woman claiming to be from the legal dept of my insurance company threatened me for having called Elizabeth and said there would be an investigation and my policy would be cancelled in 30 days.I then called my dental insurance company and they told me that Elizabeth had called them shortly before I received the no called ID calls. They said that there is no legal department, they would never call from a number that was no caller ID and I would have to be the one to cancel, not them.This type of behavior is unacceptable from a health professional. I have filed a complaint with the police dept and with the state of PA.I strongly recommend not to go to this dentist office.

This is the best dental firm I have ever known! Dr. Lim and his staff are very patient oriented. Dr. Lim is exceptionally knowledgeable and will give the best dental care you can have. He and his staff will make going to the dentist a relaxing and even (believe it!) painless experience! I dont have any worries or concerns when I go there. They are not only professional they are caring, making their patients confident that they are getting the best dental care! No insurance? I don’t even know where to start. What an overwhelmingly positive experience. Because of traumatic experiences with dentists in the past, I had anxiety as my appointment approached. Even with the COVID awkwardness, (limit of people in the waiting room, wearing a mask when going to or from...) Dr. Lim and his staff make you feel at ease and welcome. Dr. Lim listened to all my concerns and was very reassuring. Unlike other dentists in the past, he never made me feel at fault. I deeply appreciated that. Being a single parent for a number of years, my children’s dental care was the priority. At times, my own was neglected. Dr. Lim came up with a treatment plan that we could handle, being proactive to keep up the health of my teeth. His warm, gracious manner along with his expertise, gave me the confidence that my dental woes are a thing of the past. Thank you Dr. Lim and Elisabeth!

Dr. Lim is amazing. I have recommended people to him already. I have to say my mouth is very sensitive to cold water and air and he is very sensitive to this dilemma whenever I see him. He always checks in with me to make sure I am ok while he is working and he is helpful in recommendations moving forward. I feel safe in his office and with his staff. Office manager Elizabeth who I believe is a dentist wife is unprofessional and has very short temper.She is very hard to speak to unless you don’t ask questions and you do her way.She uses her personal cell phone to contact me.So unprofessional!Very unfortunate some of these holistic dentist are more about $$$ than guarantee of their work.

Another wonderful dental experience! Elizabeth and the staff always great me so warmly. They know I drive a distance, and do their best to accommodate my work schedule. I travel over an hour each way to come to his office. Dr. Lim is a very good dentist. Ive had 2 wisdom teeth extracted and 4 fillings with little to no pain and no complications. He is very good at following up via phone call the night of or day after procedures to see how you are doing. Holistic Dentist Near Me is what I searched on when I needed to find a new dental practice. To be clear, during my search for a new dentist I spoke with 3 holistic dental offices, and Dr. Lims Dental Wellness Centre won in that their office manager, Elizabeth, was the only person who patiently listened to all my questions, and even called me back with more details about my particular dental insurance, and how claims would be processed. Since I had a cracked filling and many mercury fillings that needed to be removed and replaced, it took several visits to complete that part of the journey, and Im very happy to say that Dr. Lim and his team were A+ practitioners each time (consistency counts, especially with this type of dental work!). Id love to give them more than 5 stars if I could :-) Highly recommended!

I had a molar extraction done just last week. Dr. Toni Lim could not have done a better job. I did not feel a thing and the area has been healing very well. Dr. Lim is so compassionate and caring. Him and his staff go the extra mile to make youre at your highest level of comfort. The service they provide is high above the average dental experience. I am very glad I found him, especially because it is so hard to find a dentist who understands a patients concerns regarding mercury poisoning. Dr. Lim understood my concerns and took them seriously. He takes his time to hear the patient completely and understand what is being said. I never feel rushed in his chair as I did with my prior dentist. He is truly the best dentist I have ever been treated by.

I am fairly new to Dr. Lims practice and for the first time feel that I am in competent hands. No pun intended! I had been terribly dissatisfied with my last dentist, whom I had been going to for years. Dr. Lim replaced a crown and I am very happy with it. The hygienist was genuine and gentle but very thorough with my cleaning. I feel so lucky to have found such an excellent dentist!!

I saw Dr. Lim for approx 2.5 years, and was always pleased with his work, bedside manner, etc. He is a very talented bio-dentist. However in the midst of a very serious dental issue - during the course of treatment; and despite my following instructions and recommendations explicitly, I was unfairly abandoned/dismissed from the practice for absolutely NO justifiable reason during an extremely difficult time. A patient should never be treated this way for merely asking valid questions about treatment, billing, or anything else for that matter; which is the only reason I can think of that this would have taken place. I blame this mostly (if not all) on Dr. Lims office manager/wife, who has a tendency to be very unprofessional and controlling. I am not alone in this judgment.Since then, I have found a wonderful bio-dentist practice who employs professionals to run the office ... and I couldnt be more pleased.

Started seeing Dr Lim a few years ago after referral by a very knowledgeable associate whose judgement I highly respect. Always treated w such caring and kindness by Dr Lim as well as all the staff! Always feel such a sense of confidence that I am getting the best care possible for my complicated issues. Highly recommend!

I gave Dental Wellness Center 4 stars on another site because they do not accept insurance, and because they rescheduled me several times on short notice. While Dr. Lim is an excellent dentist, this review here is because the office manager rebuked me after giving 4 stars instead of 5. This ruined their perfect record of 5 stars. Some of these 5 star ratings appear to be from their staff also.I looked around and found on other review sites that patients had also noted unfriendly treatment and rescheduling on short notice also. I shared this with the dentist (and the office manager). Because of my negative feedback they have asked me not to come back. Id recommend them for the quality of their dentistry, but their treatment of people is not nearly on par with their dental skill.

This is a great dental practice. Liz (hygienist) is thorough and talks through what she sees (and not in an annoying way where you cant answer because your mouth is open). Elizabeth (front desk) is always helpful and knows all the quickest ways to get your insurance reimbursement. Dr. Lim is open to questions, genuine, and never pushy.

Thank you very much for taking such great care of my mom and helping her. She has never given herself the care needed and now is following through and its life changing. She is excited and looks forward to this transformation. Thank you for Elizabeth and Natalie helping take the time to help set up our rides, also for explaining the process of Care Credit. After doing my research, I decided that I wanted to see Dr. Lim for a procedure.I explained that I am a fairly high anxiety patient and have had previous bad experiences. Dr Lim took the time to fully explain what to expect, followed up with me after the procedure and I had no post operative pain. The staff was wonderful too.

Dr. Lin is skilled, exacting, and gentle. He uses the latest technology and his office has been upgraded in every possible way to make my visits safe. Ive recommended him to two people this week.

Excellent dentist who really listens to your concerns and does his absolute best to make sure the patient is comfortable. Desk staff have always been courteous and respectful and have done their absolute best to accommodate emergency appointments.

Overall, I had a great experince at this office, one of the best dentists Ive ever been to. If you are looking for tooth and gum care, and not just someone to make a buck off of you, I highly recommend this place. My only problem was the lab they used (havent been there in over a year so it could have changed). I paid for a flipper and it was shorter than my other tooth. They reordered a new one and that was even worst. Im now paying to get it done somewhere else, which is extemely frustrating, but their lab (from past experiences) yield much better results.P.s. The Mouthwash they give as a sample is magnificent.Will be back soon 😊

Warning: if you dont pick up the phone the very day they call to confirm they cancel your appointment. I scheduled months out, requested off work with out pay because they are almost an hour away, and they called a few days beforehand and canceled my appointment because I didnt pick up while I was at work. Extremely disappointed with how they handle things. They were not even nice about it when I called begging to put me back on the schedule.
