My fiance took me to the bank to interview and start a new account. The young lady was very pleasant and informative, and made sure I didnt leave until I understood everything. such as online banking, credit scores, transfers, even mobile banking. It was a pleasant experience.

Was here to make deposits. Tellers have clear protectors in front of them masks on I had mask on. They tell me that I have to use the machine to deposit money. But the problem with using the machine to deposit money is they always put a hold on checks. But when using teller they don’t put a hold on checks manager said I had to use machine or drive thru work van is to tall for drive thru. So why even have doors open if your not willing to help your customers. Guess you don’t want deposits.

Awesome bank. My only issue is that there aren’t any branches in my area. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a loan or mortgage.While I still love the bank I was kicked in the gut when they shot me down for a mortgage. While having 2 years of W-2’s contractors now are having their guys file 1099’s or as a sub. I am an employee without a home. I am way ahead on all my payments on truck and credit cards. They took out the human factor. I liked them because they seemed to treat customers as friends. I am 64 buying my first home but that dream was crushed. I guess rules are rules.
