I made an appointment which I got text notifications and email reminders about. I showed up for the scheduled time & date and there is no one there. A few minutes later another patient showed up with an appointment.I am livid. I am having a serious allergic reaction that could become life threatening at any moment. For a doctor to not show up for an appointment, shows a complete disregard for the patients health and well-being. The front desk woman I spoke to at another location was rude, snappy and unhelpful. Now they are saying they can’t even get me in to see another doctor tomorrow even though it was their error. Now I am going to lose pay at work and hours of my time because of the error that is their fault. They need to take responsibility and get me into see a doctor at my convenience.This has been a horrible experience with this practice already.

I was introduced to this practice by a friend. I will be forever grateful. They help to solve a long-standing issue that was interfering with the quality of my life. They are always on time, very polite and considerate of other feelings.

Fantastic practice- doctors, nurses, and staff. Appointments are timely, and we rarely if ever have to wait to be seen.
