Life Moves Yoga is an exceptional yoga studio! I love their hot yoga class with Jen. The studio is beautiful, clean, and such a peaceful environment. The entire class is an experience, from start to finish, and I would recommend Life Moves Yoga to anyone!

I went to the warm and slow class taught by Ramon. It was exactly what I was looking for. He is a wonderful teacher. Very clear queuing. I highly recommend this studio.

I had questions in regards to yago.. I called and left quick message.. Within about an hour I received a call from the owner.. I wasnt expecting a call I have to say. Long story short... She answered all my questions and gave great information as well. I will be attending my 1st class next week. Im super excited!!!!!

Life Moves Yoga has a great variety of classes and all are incredible. The instructors are knowledgable and always creating incredible flows. I feel great after every class and love practicing here. It is not just a studio but a yoga community where anyone can feel comfortable practicing. They are taking extra care during this time to keep clients safe and healthy.

This studio is fantastic! I burn 500 or more calories each class with Ramon! Excellent instructor, he presents new challenges each class to optimize the yoga experience. I highly recommend this place with no reservations!

When I went it was calming and they gave directions but also made it clear that every movement was up to us and what we felt we could do. Ive never really done yoga before but it was nice. Nice place too!

This place is amazing! Everything from the owners, to the instructors and just the overall environment is so welcoming. I didnt feel intimated going and they do an incredible of working with you to help you feel comfortable through each step. I came out feeling great and look forward to my next session. This is the go to yoga studio in Central Texas!
