Hey remember the sloth from zootopia........I dont know why this pharmacy is the slowest ive ever been to. They need to take notes from Harker heights heb pharmacy. So many people I know live in killeen ,rather drive to heights heb pharmacy to get meds.

The customer service is terrible, I was told my prescription would be ready in 30 mins, go back and I’m told 1 hr, I was confused and said ok. Came back from shopping for shi I didn’t need for one hour come back….the lady said it’ll be ready in 30 min! I almost flipped! So I literally stood there without moving until I got my bp medication. I know how is it working as a medical professional but this was extremely unacceptable

The pharmacist has a bad attitude. She listens without understanding and then speaks in a belittling way example like i told you. I received description from my doctor and there was a question about if the prescription could be handwritten versus electronic. The pharmacist was no help short patience and did not listen to my concerns or hear me and when I told her Ive already tried to have my doctors office send the prescription. My doctors office was confused as to why she didnt look up the waiver on her own she did not have to speak to the doctor office to do so. When a person cant put aside their personal biases to do their job its time to move on in the climate that were in Id like to tell her its time to move on. My doctor said theyve never had this issue before but of course it would happen in Killeen.

The customer service is on edge most of the time but if youve seen these people work under rush hour they deserve the 5 stars

Rude, Extremely slow, bad customer service. And something wrong with the lady who works in the window. You can tell her something Multiple times and she was still asked you what did you say. she is very slow and rude.

I would give them zero star if I could. Terrible customer service. I been there multiple times and everything service just gets worse!!! Save yourself some trouble and use pharmacy Harker Heights if you must use HEB.

Slow as cold molasses

This HEB in particular has consistently been absolutely top-quality. I am overall thrilled with the HEB brand of products and primarily purchase them over national brands, but this store and all of its partners are constantly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and wonderful. Clean, brightly lit store, gorgeous produce, well maintained and stocked shelves. I have shopped at HEB stores all over Central Texas, and this HEB on Trimmier is absolutely my favorite.

Absolutely horrible customer service at the Pharmacy. Stood in line for 30 minutes to DROP OFF a prescription and not one employee acknowledged that I was even standing there. Going to the Cove HEB where the staff are much more attentive to both Pick Up and Drop Off no matter how busy it is.

This is the worst Pharmacy. If you need a prescription filled quick do not go to HEB. I was at the store and needed just a prescription refilled there were no customers waiting and the Tech said it would take about 1 Hour. I said really there is no one waiting. She said the Pharmacist was working on other prescriptions that were called in. Why not take care of the people that are waiting first? I feel it is very poor customer service!!! I will never use HEB Again nor will my Family or Friends. HEB You have plenty of competition They are alot faster at filling prescriptions that would love to have our business and treat us better than you do. I dropped a prescription off at CVS It took them 10 minutes too fill it!!! Maybe you ought to send your Pharmacist there and the Techs so they can see how quick a prescription can be filled!!!!!!

They outdid themselves today. The usual 30 minute wait was 45 minutes. Prescription called in at 10am yesterday. I called yesterday afternoon to see if it was ready and was told it would be today. I came to pick it up at 8 p.m. today and was told I would have to come back tomorrow because the prescription had not arrived from SAN ANTONIO. When I complained they said they could fill it here at the pharmacy which they did 15 minutes later. Pure BS. Never again.

Dont bother wasting your time to get your prescription sent here. The 2nd time in a row I called to see if my RX are ready before I make the drive and for the 2nd time after being told they were. They are not and all of a sudden they have not received my refill request on one. But when i called both were ready this morning. On top of that heb called me last week to tell me they had to order the medication but now havent received the refill request. Completely unacceptable. I will NO longer ever use heb pharmacy.

0 stars. horrible place to go, there some of the rudest people, slower then a snail in peanutbutter, puts you on hold for 15+ min then hangs up and ALWAYS GETS MY INFORMATION WRONG. im taking my business somewhere els

Great calm environment to shop for all kind of products, very helpful and knowledgeable employees! Well stock products on shelf; also every secon Tuesday of each month offer free health screening.

Make sure to count your pills!!! Before leaving!!!

Highly upset. Would be no stars if I could. I have decent insurance but I am on costly meds. I called while I was out last week and didnt have my bottles with me. I asked the tech to refill 2 of my meds. 1 of them costs over $150. Got the bag home and set it aside til I needed the meds (used up the last refill). Opened that bag and they had filled an older script for the med that only give me 1/3 of what I need for a month. My insurance wont approve to fill the difference because a script for the med has been filled. So its pay $100 for their screw up!

Rodan at the Pharmacy was super friendly and helpful today at the free screening.

The Ghetto H-E-B is okay for here and there items…but this is where we grocery shop. The Produce section is very impressive with an incredible selection. All around, this store blows Walmart out of the water. LOL at modly strawberries.

Pharmacy is kind of located in the corner of the store, if one is not careful, they would miss it
