Pharmacy stated that my insurance wouldnt cover my prescription. After, crying in the parking lot because I was in so much pain. I realized that I had two insurance on file. Incidentally, both covered my prescriptions. The cashier asked for a payment on my prescription when my insurance did in fact cover it. She ran the second insurance and SURPRISE!!! it went through. After, I explained this was unprofessional conduct i asked to speak with a manager simply because someone who didnt know any better would have paid out of pocket or simply not gonna a prescription that they needed. The Manager Debra came to the window yelling and said I am busy! She then yelled how the person who made the error was new. She then stated You can come in and scold her if you like! My response was that I just wanted to ensure this didnt happen to anyone else. I also explained that previously they tried to charge me $140 for a prescription I went to Walgreens and filled for a $1.25. This was clearly a huge difference. Her response was that You come in here making trouble all the time! The problem with this statement is I DO NOT WALK INSIDE THE PHARMACY! I have never had a confrontation or disagreement with anyone in the pharmacy. She clearly had me confused with someone else.My point is this: Mistakes were made with coverage and billing. This was not the first time they have done this. Seek other pharmacies that have a better system set up. You could very well be paying for prescriptions that are covered. $140 versus $1.25 do the math...This was the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy and I will never use their services again. If you are smart you wouldnt either, You may be putting money in the employees pockets.

No wait for 45mins for your script. In and out

After waiting over 6 hours for my script they said would take 20 mins to fill they are unable to Bill my insurance, they were unwilling to assist in calling the insurance company or transferring to another pharmacy.
