Dr. Ralph and staff are incredible.My dad was diagnosed with COVID.I had to take him to the emergency room several times, that was such a traumatic experience.I had really lost hope in the Medical field, after seeing the way my father was “mistreated”My dad got worse so I decided to schedule an appointment at Dr. Ralph’s office.After explaining everything that had happened to the ladies at the front desk, they arranged a virtual consultation the same day.Dr. Ralph was truly concerned.He prescribed my father with the proper medications and the most important being oxigen something that after two emergency visits at the hospital wasn’t done.I picked up all the medications the same day.When I was calling the oxygen company I wasn’t getting any response back from them I was so worried and so scared because my dad was in immediate need of oxygen and I wasn’t able to get in touch with them.I went back to Dr.Ralph’s office and they were soo kind and helpful, I felt so bad going back because they were so busy.They all took the time to help me get the prescription resent to the oxigen company.Two of the nurses were helping me call other oxygen places around the area to see if we could get it for my father faster.I was there several times on that day and each time they greeted me with a smile and they all seem to care about my stressful situation.I broke down crying for a second and they were so sweet and understanding, I didn’t feel alone.I can not repay them and I can’t thank them and Dr.Ralph enough for treating us like family.Nowadays it is soo hard to find great physicians that still have compassion and care for their patients … he and his team went above and beyond for my father, he saved his life and for that I will always be thankful.

Great experience! Made a same day appointment and got in right away. The front desk staff and the medical assistant were very nice and helpful. Dr. Ralph was great, gave realistic expectations and timelines. I will definitely be back and would recommend the practice! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I called and asked questions before scheduling an appt..both my drs one of 20 years retired. I suffer from several issues,always the same meds.but .2 of those scripts r considered controlled.. I was told he is not taking patients on these 2( which I’ve been on since 1998). After the great reviews this disappointed me

For the first time in a very long time, I have found a caring, compassionate doctor. Now, heads up, he thinks fast and talks faster, sometimes you need to speak up and tell him you didnt understand or to slow down. He was the first doctor to not blame every problem I have on my rheumatoid arthritis. He will explain every decision, the drugs purpose and why hes recommending it. Everyone in the back is absolutely wonderful. Now, the front desk could be a bit nicer, its a tough job, but youre the first face we see. Go see Dr. Ralph. You will just love him.

This is a solid Dr office! The walk in wait time is a little long, but they’re a busy office.

I am 79 yrs old and recently moved to Killeen. After researching Doctors in the Killeen area, we decided to select Dr. Ralph as our Family Doctor. It was the best medical decision we have made in quite some time. Dr. Ralph is the most dedicated medical doctor I have ever run across. My name is José Artavia, on 01/27/21 in the consultation with Dr, Ralph, he prescribed a drug for me and when I went to the pharmacy to pick it up they told me that the plan does not approve the prescribed amount of the drug, since the Dr prescribed one very high dose. I have tried to communicate to this place with someone in Spanish as I am not fluent in English and I have tried to explain my problem and they just cut the call. I have 2 days without said medication. I have been several times and if there are people who speak Spanish. I dont know why they dont want to help me
