AMAZING, QUICK, AND LOVING SERVICE!My mother recently moved to Texas and after having an absolutely horrible experience at a different facility called Integrity Urgent Care, I decided to take here here.They had good reviews, and that’s why I chose to take her here, and now I understand why.From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was so friendly, and we could tell that she truly cared about us.My mother has had high blood pressure in the past, and was very upset about the last clinic we went to (just about 30 minutes prior).But, she was absolutely thrilled with the level of service and professionalism of THIS facility.They immediately took her in and she was there for about an hour while they lovingly checked her vitals, and gave recommendations on what she should do next.Absolutely an A+ experience from start to finish.I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for great service from a loving and professional staff.

This is my fourth time coming in and as always they deliver exceptional service. My husband and I came in for covid testing and was in and out within a hour. Great staff!

Our team: Kenneth, David, Mike and Dr. Hemerka all had great bedside manner. They all listened to our concerns, and did everything they could to help us. I highly recommend this place.

They took me back almost immediately, the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The nurses were empathetic and light hearted as well as the Doctor. My nurse was David and he was awesome and did his best to make me feel better. The doctor was in very quickly and they had a game plan from the start. I would highly recommend going here over Darnall.

I was looking at all the reviews, because of the ratings I decided to come to this location. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We came in at 4 am, my 19 year old was experiencing pain in lower abdomen. You could clearly see he was in a lot of discomfort. (He was hunch over making grunting noises) Angela, at the front desk, explained the policy that since he was over the age of 18 he needed to fill out his own paperwork. As he began to write he began to struggle as he was concentrating on managing the pain. Through the pain he asked how her evening was, she was quick to complain about the business of the day. Out of concern and trying to support my loved one, (as he was hunched over) I began to help him and ask the front desk if I could continue with helping him, I did it with as much kindness and love, pretty much begging her to allow me to help with the paperwork and Reasured her that I would step out afterwards. She lacked care, mindfulness; she was just unkind and lack empathy, she was more concerned with her power trip then reassuring us that she cared. The patient who was in pain offered more empathy, kindness and patience than the women who was the front desk. I hope Angela, improves her quality of care and understands that if she is not emotionally mature enough to handle her profession, then she should move onto some other career. A simple reassurance that she understood, and that she cared and she would look after him would of greatly improve this experience. Horrible experience and I hope they change how the handle their care.In the end, the boy was fine. I am relieved it was nothing, but if it had been more serious, this experience would have only made it more traumatizing for all. I worked with patients with chronic pain for many years and I understand difficulty with enforcing policies, but because I enjoyed my job and helping others it was not difficult but a pleasure to be kind.

Great experience, Mrs Stephanie at the front desk was friendly and courteous.. The staff and Doctorsmade feel comfortable and was able to address my concerns and issue in a timely manner. This is my second time at this location and I must say that they are the most professional and caring urgent care I have been too. You are never left in the room not knowing what is going on. From start to finish, I was very pleased with there service and concern for my sons health. The building is aesthetically pleasing and not like other basic ERs. They have state of the art equipment and Im really happy that includes CT and x-rays. BOTH the NP and Doctor were attentive and listened to my concerns. Clean, neat facility. Front desk staff (Stephanie M) was very professional; she was able to get me assistance immediately upon walking in. The NP that helped me was very nice and professional.So why only 3 stars: 1- my visit lasted waaay longer than it should have; I sat in the room for almost an hr after is pending just 5 minutes with the NP (a whole hr) 2- could hear staff joking about patients’ conditions; 3- staff/NP had to google my symptoms, could have saved myself the trip and the TIME. Overall, this is not a bad place to visit.

Between my husband, children, and I, we have been to SignatureCare in Killeen 4 times and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. There has also been a very minimal wait for the doctor in the examination room all 4 times. The staff are always friendly, accommodating, and professional. Stephanie who works the front desk is personable and efficient. During our most recent visit, our ER tech, Kenneth and nurse Stacey were both wonderful! This is always our choice of medical care when our PCMs are not available or we find ourselves in an urgent medical situation. Highly recommend!

This ER is far better then most. My Nurse Kayla made sure I was taken care of and informed of everything going on with my situation. They take care of you in a timely manner!

It was super busy when I came so I was here for a good chunk of hours (at least 4) but the ultrasound tech (Cheri?) was absolutely amazing. She faced the screen so I could see what she was doing and she explained everything! Pointing out my ovaries and certain spots they are looking for and explaining what the colors on the screen mean. She took the time to help me be comfortable.

Came here, and from receptionist to the nurses, and from the CT tech to the doc, was nothing short of fantastic. They listened to me, were upfront in regards to what they thought was wrong. Offered me a warm blanket and refreshments. I probably wouldve thought I was more at a hotel if it werent for the fact I was there with a head and neck injury.Huge shout out to:Clinton at the front desk. That dude is a riot (in a professional manner, of course)My nurses, David, Emily, and Kayla. Theyre awesome!Kimberly, Lacey, and especially Alan. The team here was very kind and quick to take care of their patients. The wait was not long at all to be seen and taken care of. We are very thankful! Dr. Burton was very informative and attentive to every detail we could provide. The whole team has great bedside manner. The facility is very clean. Over all had a pretty good experience. At one point though I was left alone in the room waiting for about an hr and had to go and ask what I was waiting for. Besides that good experience.

They have always treated our family kindly. No matter how big or small our concern is, the staff has always been respectful and caring. Dr. Hemerka tonight was very understanding of my concerns for my child. Our nurse Kayla made sure my son was comfortable with a warm blanket while we waited for test results.

I Just spent less than one hour and 15 minutes in an emergency room with my granddaughter who woke up with a double ear infection. They even gave her the first dose of antibiotic b4 we left! Professional, efficient, knowledgeable and oh guess what..... They put the urgent back in urgent care from start to finish! Hands down the best experience I have had in Killeen since my arrival. Darnell Army medical ought to be ashamed of themselves! Highly recommend this emergency room for military.

I was diagnosed with Covid here today 7/18/2021, they did a great job taking care of me and informing me of everything that I needed to know. Caitlin and Kayla were my nurses, super sweet and caring & my doctor was Dr. Burton, seemed very nice and genuinely concerned about my well-being. Overall a great experience, I will be coming back and I would recommend them to anyone needing an urgent care.

I’m In The Military And I Had To Come Here Since The Hospital On Base Was Not Helping Me With My Issue And When I Went They Took Great Care Of Me I Want To Thank All The Workers

I am thankful that this clinic is available. I had a gym accident at 10:30pm last night. I was dreading going to the Er. We found this clinic and was glad I chose to go here instead. The attending Physician, Dr. Eric Iheme and the staff were incredibly supportive and took very good care of me. The service and help went so much faster than going to the ER. They gave me everything I needed to tend to my injured leg. I was incredibly overwhelmed and emotional and they put me at ease. I highly recommend this clinic. You wont be disappointed giving them your business. Will return here if I need to in the future.

This place is so good! I was seen promptly and the staff is super nice the Dr addressed my pain as quickly as possible and explained my care and diagnosis!

Doctors an nurses in the back are great! It was the women in the front of the waiting room. She was complete an utter rude an very unprofessional. Was not only ugly to me an other customers but very ugly to my husband who had to go back up there because she kept on hanging up on us.She even have the audacity to go in the back where my husband could hear her and say that he was being rude and that she was going to ask him to leave. The nice doctor pulled him in the back and he explained what happened and he had to apologize for that woman’s ugly manners.

Wait time was short compared to a hospital emergency room. The lady at the front desk was helpful and pleasant. Our nurse, Jamie, was very patient and listened. Did not feel rushed at all. Dr. Jones was great! Bedside manner was great. He allowed my son to explain his pain and was very patient. We got everything taken care of and left feeling assured.

Friendly staff got us in quickly with little wait. Had snacks available for kiddos who are impatient while waiting for results. Will come back again!!!

Brought husband in after dropping a 50lb weight on his foot. The entire staff from the front desk to everyone in his care was professional, courteous, caring, and attentive to our needs. If you absolutely MUST make a trip to the ER, Signature Care is where you want to come. Facility was nice and clean as well.

Super quick to get you in the back, I had vitals & labs all done within 20mins of arriving! The nurses are wonderful as well as the dr, total different experience from the other hospitals around here. Its also super clean & sanitized!

They was fast with getting my son back and went right into treating him. It was great service! They answered all my questions and made sure I understood what was going on with him. I will definitely use signature care with all my urgent care needs.

Jaime took great care of me and answered any questions I had, which was a lot. Kenneth gave me the best IV I’ve ever gotten and it was over in a breeze. Dr. Jones was on top of everything as well. This was a great experience, everyone was so kind and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Went to the ER for a knee injury and I was seen right away. The receptionist, nurses (Lauren, Jasmine and Teresa), radiology tech and the doctor were all amazing, friendly and very caring. I was in and out right away. Definitely would recommend coming here than any other ER around.

Dr.Henderson and the RN nurse Michele did an excellent job taking care of my husband. The service was excellent and they immediately took care of his pain within 10 minutes of walking through the door. I would recommend anyone coming here to be seen.

The staff at Signature Care Emergency Center makes is very nice and they are very attentive to your needs. The staff listens to you and is very thorough. The physician that is on duty really cares and will rule out any thing that is possibly wrong with you.There is not a long wait. I was there through two shift changes from overnight to early morning and everyone made sure that I was comfortable and did not need anything. I highly recommend Signature Care Emergency Center because me, my husband and three children have been seen here and have had nothing but positive experiences. Signature Care Emergency Center is one of the best Emergency centers that I have been to in Central Texas and I have lived in this area for over 11 years.

Taking my little guy to the ER was the very last thing I wanted to do but due to “boys being boys” he got a bug stuck in his ear and we had to go in. RN Susan was amazing with him. He was very scared and she made him feel calm and safe. The staff was amazing all the way from the front desk to the Dr. Not once did they make us feel uncomfortable. The whole process was fast without being rushed and they offered my littles some snacks and stickers to help them feel better. This location will be our go to from now on.

They were very friendly, they also understood my pain level and treated me accordingly. I would definitely recommend this urgent care if youre seeking valuable health care.They are efficient, clean, and most of all their care and customer service is amazing. I went in for severe abdominal pain, they got me in check my vitals and help alleviate my pain while doing further testing. A nurse was able to take my blood with ease and testing went smooth as well. Everyone that assisted me was very nice and caring and I will definitely come back if need be because of how well everyone assisted me and did not denied the fact I am in severe pain.

This place was amazing way better than on base care. They attended to my daughter needs, had snacks, and even gave her a bear to help soothe her. The staff i encountered are beyond nice and would definitely recommend this place to anybody.

What’s awesome about this place is that they only charge you if you have treatment done. You don’t feel like they are doing whatever they can just to charge you. First visit here, I was charged $175 which I thought was very affordable for someone without insurance. I was happy to pay that lol..today they didn’t charge me anything. The doctor literally told me I just needed to let what was happening run it’s course. I appreciate that because a lot of places would have done a “treatment” just to charge me. Also, he was 100% right because I’m feeling better. Go here!
