I came in today hoping to get assistance in signing up for counseling due to this place being recommended. I sat in the waiting area for over a hour waiting on someone to assist me with getting started. One of the therapists asked if I been assisted and I said no and he gave me a few sheets to fill out while he had to attend a scheduled session.The therapist completed two sessions and yet I was still waiting. Very unprofessional and now I have to look elsewhere to get the help I need.
