They are severely understaffed. There are at least 20 immobile patients with only one RN and one nurses aid taking care of them all.We have to constantly be in contact with a very non-compliant RN that mistreats my relative after we talk to them.Im saying my relative because I dont want the RN to hurt them more than they already have. We have gotten confirmation that the RN has taken cruel actions in spite.Due to covid, no one is allowed to go inside, so we are unable to go inside and taken care of my relative.Not all the staff are neglectful. It depends on who is working that day.The RN has taken (specialty diet) food away from my relative. My relative is on a special diet, where regular food can cause huge and possibly fatal complications.The staff has failed to change my relative, which left my relative in a soiled diaper for more than 24 hours.My relative needs to sleep with oxygen or theres a high chance they can suffocate at night. There have been nights where my relative has gone without oxygen.If it werent for my relative being able to talk and being able to move themselves to a wheelchair we would never know of their situation.Please dont send a relative here if they cannot advocate for themselves and be ready for a constant fight to get your relative the proper care they need.Also, be aware that the information on their website about reporting abuse is false. The phone number is also disconnected.

The Rosewood staff and facility are exceptional. They take the time to listen to our needs and make accommodations as needed to ensure that my family is cared for at the highest level of excellence. The director is attentive to the needs of the residents and is very active within the building. As a whole, the staff tries their very best to go above and beyond for the seniors, even hosting fun activities like a casino day, for the residents. I would highly recommend Rosewood to anyone looking for senior care!

If O could give a zero I would. They are understaffed, and only want the monies from your loved ones. I could not get my father out if this place in time. He passed as I was in the process of filing with Adult Family Services.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for anything. How the hell do you show you “care” for your patients when it’s 48 degrees outside, raining and cold, and you can’t even get your patients dressed properly for appointments let alone put actual shoes on them. Oh and let’s add the fact that you have no care in the world when it comes to patients being 45 mins late for appointments such as dialysis. You should be ashamed and I hope when you end up in a care facility that you’re taken care of the same exact way you take care of your current patients.

The building is beautiful, the landscaping is well manicured, and the nice is just as nice. It has a very welcoming and homelike feeling. As soon as you walk in the staff greets you and treats you like family. Everyone is knowledgeable and takes the time to get to know you on a personal level. I have nothing but great things to say about the Rosewood Retirement Community. If you are looking for a place to call home you don’t have to look any further. Don’t pass up an amazing opportunity.

The Assisted Living has a very clean & warm environment. The administrator is very caring and attentive to the residents there. The atmosphere is homely. There are petty of activities to the resident occupied throughout the day. This isnt the same Rosewood as before, new administrator and caregivers and maintenance.

I have been in this facility numerous of times with church (visiting with the patients) and attended their recent Halloween event (on other side). The Rosewood skilled side has an amazing, professional and caring nursing staff. The residents are always clean and the building looks and smells good. The staff is always welcoming. I truly recommend this facility if you have anyone in the central Texas area who need nursing or rehab care.

My grandmother is a current patient at The Rosewood and she couldn’t be happier. She absolutely admires Kevin’s and Cynthia’s (both CNA) generosity and how proficient they are at what they do.. Mary (RN) for that hallway as well as Robin (LVN) and Wendy (LVN) always keep us up to date on her progress here. Thank you to all The Rosewood staff we truly appreciate all that you do for my grandma.

They are not concered with Covid. Their maintenance guy is here and at indian oaks which is on their 2nd round of Covid. Hes bringing those germs in everytime he enters the building. The director is not fighting for the residents safety. The kitchen is unwilling to do dietary restraints. The staff for the most part is not well trained

My dad got to go home today after several weeks of rehab. My family is extremely thankful for the dedicated employees of Rosewood. The staff gathered at the doors to applaud my dad as he walked the red carpet on his way home. Many thanks to you all.

Rosewood nursing home & assisted living are both beautiful buildings. I took a tour and was blow away by the building and the staff. Everyone was so nice! I highly recommend both places!!

By far amazing nursing team. Very welcoming to my hospice team and works hand in hand with us to oversee the care of our patients. You get the best of both worlds with this nursing home.....great care and and great atmosphere.

I have worked with the leadership of this facility and found them to be very responsive and capable in caring for their residents. They have physicians who are well established in the community and the hospital systems. I would highly recommend this facility to those who have a loved one who needs care.

I left to move to Missouri but I think about the rosewood all the time. Working there has taught me a lot about patience, friendliness, and organization, as well as multitasking. The staff there are very friendly and will do anything to put a smile on the residents faces. Ive never worked for a better company than the Rosewood. I would encourage everyone to check it out for a loved one as well as nursing staff to apply.

While visiting the facility the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful while visiting a family member. Upon entering the Rosewood the staff greeted me in the most professional, polite manner. If I had to place a family member in a facility, I would recommend the Rosewood.

The nursing staff at the Rosewood are one of the most caring and dedicated group of nurses I have known. The nurses go above and beyond for the residents and their families. It was a pleasure to get to work with such a dedicated team.

The Rosewood Community is amazing! The staff is very friendly and attentive. The people who live there really seem to enjoy one another. There is always an activity, an outing, or a social gathering happening. The residents are cheerful and happy. Most importantly, they are very well respected, appreciated, and loved by the staff!

The Staff here go All IN taking care of the residents. DON Brianne Peters ensures the staff is on point and makes it fun. Been to a lot of volunteer activities here and its always a blast. If I EVER had to put my mother in a facility, I would feel safe with her being there.

Very clean. The staff from nurses to janitorial all very pleasant to interact with. They all took excellent care of my mom for the month she was in rehab.Tommy the administrator was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

I am currently doing volunteer work at the Rosewood and I am very pleased with the staff here at the facility. Although I am only a volunteer, the staff has welcome me aboard as I was a member of the team. My mother was a patient here two years ago. Her recovery was a great success and I owe it all to a great team i.e. the nurses, administration, dietary, maintenance, CNAs, Mrs. Mindy, transportation, house keeping, and all the other who I have not mentioned. Thank you for all that you do.

Every time that I come into the skilled facility and the nursing staff are very friendly and great. The environment there is warm and inviting and smells wonderful. The staff members are always engage with patients. There is always something going on there rather it a crafts or music ( dancing). Overall, the patients look and seem happy.

Poor experience when just asking for average. So disappointing especially when this is a for profit organization and the staff are paid to provide a service. About 80% of visits were untasteful and made me say OMG is this really happening? I would watch them from afar be rude and condescending to the patient and I would walk in and they would shift attitude. Some staff members would show a do not bother me attitude. Staff and upper staff come across as superior or disrespectful when they talk to you. I give plenty a leeway for error, but this facility, by far does not deserve another patients indirect dollar.

Staff is very patient and awesome! Therapy team are great and helpful with my mother, and all of their patients. Facilities are clean and comfortable.

I visited the Rosewood today and this place is very beautiful. It smells good and the staff is very courteous and respectful to their residents. I really appreciate the attention and care that the CNA’s and Nursing gives to their residents. The staff pays attention to detail in regards to the residents and their family.

I recently went to visit a family friend who was receiving therapy there. The staff was polite and helpful. I was politely surprised about how nice the facility looked and how good it smelled. The overall facility was very clean. I would highly recommend my love to go there....

This is by far the best nursing facility in the Killeen, Harker Heights and Copperas Cove area. The nursing staff genuinely show care and compassion for the residents. The therapy department does a great job rehabilitating residents to get them back on their feet.

Rosewood Rehab is the top of the line in their care and Staff.. The Therapist are very knowledgeable.. All were very courteous.

The staff is caring and friendly. Kevin, CNA is a huge asset and spectacular employee who is concerned about his patients and caring. He is a true gem and professional expert at his job. Leele does a great job and is very sweet. Brianne the DON is very friendly, and responsive. I appreciate how you are taking care and concern for my mom.

My husband had a stroke and heart attack March 21, 2019; after a lengthy stay in ICU and on the Heart ward at Scott and White Hopital in Temple he was sent to The Rosewood Retirement Community, BEST decision EVER!!! The ENTIRE STAFF from Janitorial, CNAs, Nursing, Administration, Food Service, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, etc. were AMAZING!!! EVERYONE were so helpful, thoughtful, professional troughout his stay. He is home now as of a few days ago (May 15), but if he or I ever need to stay in Rehabilitation or Nursing Facility again, PLEASE LET IT BE HERE!!!! If you have a loved one that needs the help we would definately recommend The Rosewood Retirement Community in Killeen, Texas. I wish there were a 100 Stars instead of 5, these guys are skies limit. We are even going to try going back to Volunteer once a week wherever we can be of use.

I found the nurses to be most helpful, they even caught a mistake that the doctor would have made. The staff over all were great went out of there way to help me with your internet which was the worst part of my stay. Do hope you get your internet fixed soon.. Hats off to the cooks 100% greater than my last stay. Thanks to all of you for taking such good care of me.

My grandmother just had to call me, to ask me to call the the front desk because she never got her dinner. Need I remind you see is a diabetic! This is unacceptable, and I will be taking this further up. Her nurse is a lady named Bobby, and she said she was the patient liason too. This is my grandmothers 2nd night there, and Im beyond furious right now. My grandmother even told ine if the aids that she never received dinner over 1 hour ago, and she still isnt get her food. Again, my grandmother is diabetic, this is insane! My grandmother left this place after 3 days, and tell why they discharged her with a cather in!!!! Shame..shame ...shame! My grandmother had to have her primary care doctor take it out!!!
