Excellent! We where scared that my dad had pneumonia bc his oxygen was low and he was really weak and tired, the quick care told my Dad he wasnt sick enough to be there to go home and wait. Dr. Medley and his staff took such good care of my dad (Guy Hargrave). They are very thorough and made sure we got taken care of. The best Dr. office in Kilgore, I would recommend them to everyone.

Exceptional place to receive care, they were quick to get me back and the physician was in within a few minutes! He was very courteous and listened to my complaints.Jessica and Crystal are the sweetest and made me feel comfortable. I’m so glad to have found a local with the patients health as their main goal, not to mention patient satisfaction! I will definitely refer my friends and family to Phynet of Kilgore!

They have took care of my grandkids for 3 years now. The staff is wonderful.
