Amazing hot yoga studio. Clean and wonderful. High vibes all around. I love the provided mat and towels with each class. The studio is modern and centrally located. Michelle the owner/ instructor is talented, supportive, motivating and has created a community of healthy yogis. I love the noon 1 hour bikram express class. Emily Hughes also teaches here and is a wealth of knowledge and healing. Sometimes she will do a mini-sound bath with her healing crystal bowls which is such a treat. Check out Next Hot Yoga! I enjoyed my few Next Hot classes so much during my recent visit to Key West. Emily is an amazing instructor who is so knowledgeable that I felt lucky to be in her class. The studio space is clean and they provide a mat, towel and blocks. I will be returning on my next visit and will miss being part of their yoga community while I am away.

I took a gentle flow class this morning and LOVED it! Emily, the instructor, is like a walking hug: one of those people you just feel good around and who inspires you to be nice to yourself. Whether youre a local or just in town on vacay, you owe it to yourself to take one of her classes.

My husband and I took a vinyasa class and it was amazing!! The class focused on spinal alignment and strength. We both left feeling extremely relaxed and rejuvenated. Not to mention, my husband has had back pain for most of his adult life and he left with the pain very much alleviated! The focus on spinal alignment was perfect for him! I wish I could remember the teachers name but very nice blonde with a nose ring! She really knows her stuff! Loved it! Highly recommended! :))

I love this studio, Michelle, the owner, is a very knowledgeable teacher and I have learned so much. It sure is hot in there tho! 😁

Staff was PHENOMENAL. The Yoga was equally DOPE!!! if u in the Key and u need your Yoga fix. THIS IS THE PLACE!!!

I enjoyed the infrared heating system ,the instructor was wonderful.
