Facilities were dirty, beds were uncomfortable, nurses were nice but the doctors held me without telling me why or working things out, food wasn’t good, group therapy was monotonous and unproductive, place was cold all the time and you only got to wear your hospital gown unless you could get someone to find something on the outside. Whole thing cost 28,000 for a week, (was only supposed to stay overnight) but they offered me 8,000 for single-payer. Either way, I’m broke and they didn’t give me an estimate so I’m screwed.

Dr Covington is great!!However the operators in the building hang up on you and then seem to have no answers about anything what so ever. Great help guys way to keep it professional🤔

I took my son here because I was told they could help him with medically supervised detox. We met with a social worker who clearly has very little training in dealing with clients who are mentally ill or have addiction problems. Granted my son was less than cooperative but he was intoxicated and she kept arguing with him and finally told us she could not help us because he refused to cooperate. The SW would not even tell me how many beds the facility had because it was privilaged information. She does not even know what is privilaged and what is not?? She kept telling us how busy she was and that she could not change the fact that they had no beds. I understand there were no beds available but once we found this out, we just wanted to get a referral to the center in Marathon. The person (Susan) who initially greeted us and escorted us upstairs with the SW was much more professional and had much more empathy than the SW did. Get the proper training or get out of the business of dealing with this patient population. As a health care professional I was very disappointed with the way we were handled, the lack of professionalism and the help that we did NOT receive.

Best dam hospital I been to in years! Fiona was/is my nurse and she treated me like I was somebody and not trash. I sure do miss her.

The Depoo hospital is not and actual ER hospital, my girlfriend needed some medical attention and the reviews said it was a good hospital and we showed up to it being a physiatric hospital. But the staff was very nice and helpful in getting us to the right place but it was not specific on the Google reviews

Had to come here while on vacation, by far the most efficient, professional, caring staff, thanks to all the ER staff that treated my husband, you all are awesome & Good Luck to Rose!!!!
