David L is the best hearing aide professional I have ever met in my 15 years of wearing aides. Besides being quite knowledgeable, is always sees me should a problem present, like today. Those of us who rely heavily on our devices dont want to wait longer than necessary for help. David will always work me into his schedule to resolve my issue. Thank you David!!

My employer harassed me into getting hearing aids. It turns out that he was right. The folks at Hearing Works were thoughtful and understanding. My hearing aids and my relationship with Hearing Works is now over two years old. Their support has been awesome. I am fortunate to have found this level of professionalism and neighborliness in my town.

Nice people and good hearing testing/interpretation of results. I hate the parking lot of this tiny strip of businesses, but of course they cant do anything about that.

My wife and I were on holidays from Ireland, and the first stop on our cruise was in Key West. That morning, I found one of my hearing aids damaged, and went looking for a repair shop online. I found Hearing Works and saw that they had good ratings, so we went there. We were well looked after by Lindsay and Stella (the office manager). I didnt get the name of the audiologist, but he repaired my broken hearing aid on the spot between scheduled patients. The cost was negligible (nearly nothing). If I had waited until I got back to Ireland, the unit would have had to be sent away for at least 10 days, and would have cost hundreds of Euro for the repair. These people are friendly and caring, and completely professional. If they will work this hard for someone that they know will never be back, imagine how well they will look after a local client. In Irish terms; they are stars.

If you need hearing assistance, this is THE place to come in Key West. My mom’s life has turned around with her Starkey hearing aids that are Bluetooth connected to her iPhone. Totally amazing and the customer service is top rate. Highly recommended!

I was extremely pleased with the service i received from HearingAgainAmerica. I called them for a new ear bud for my new hearing device. I was having some difficulty getting it to fit properly. They saw me same day and replaced my old generic ear bud for one that fits comfortably and I get a better quality sound. They gave me an extra one, should something happen before I get back to the location that sold me my hearing device. Their customer service and attentiveness to my unique situation as awesome. I would recommend them for anyone who is a resident in the Keys or if your here on vacation.

The office in Key West was extremely helpful in assisting my 90 year-old mother-in-law with her hearing aides that were not working. They cleaned them and changed the batteries free of charge. We really appreciated their patience and efficiency.

We were on a cruise and my husband lost the ability to hear out of one of his aids. We found her and she quickly fixed the issues and we were in our way! Thank you for helping us!

SAVED ME! ----- So were here on vacation in Key West, 1500 miles from home, and my Phonak hearing aid dies. Dead. Tried two different new batteries to no avail. So I found Hearing Works through Google, drove there w/o an appointment, and they saw me immediately. The lady there (forgot to ask her name) took the aid, tested it, and found the wax trap completely plugged. Replaced it, and aid is working like a champ again. And no charge! I was panicked, and in 10 minutes she had solved my problem. Excellent and caring service! I dont live in Key West, but I nevertheless heartily recommend Hearing Works!

Great place! I broke something on my ReSound Hearing Aid on the first day of vacation. Staff sent it off to be repaired. I had it back in 4 days. They were so helpful.
