From the waiting room to the Doctor and all in between was an awesome experience! All were very knowledgeable and all did there job to the max. Doctor schnapps and the nurse answered all my questions before I could ask them. They ensured me that we will get the end result that I was looking for. I Personally am very pleased with the professionalism and patient contact that I received. Truly a class act at Neuro Spine and Pain Center. Look forward to visiting real soon!

Had my second appointment scheduled after an MRI. Showed up on time and waited and waited. Finally had to leave after an hour and half. Very unprofessional

After my injections from Dr. Schnapp (a truly remarkable medical man), I had follow-up physical therapy with Theresa at the Center. She is very good, understanding of her patients, and caring. She designed a very complete program for me with wonderful success. I recommend her wholeheartedly!!!!

My appointment was at 1PM, after filling out 1 brief questionnaire I was escorted to the treatment room where the nurse practitioner explained in great detail the procedure. Dr. Schnapp came in shortly after I was on the table. He was extremely personable and we all chatted throughout the procedure. It was not any more uncomfortable than the epidural or facet injections that I had. The only difference was making sure the needle placement was correct, to do this they had to send an electric charge through the needle. It was done so carefully that as soon as I felt the sensation or pressure it was terminated. After all points had been checked the needles were heated to ablate the nerve endings. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Certainly a positive experience and I would recommend this center to anyone.

This was the 1st place that actually helped me get real pain management in a decade. Don’t believe the reviews left by a few bitter people who weren’t prescribed the drugs they wanted. Dr S gave my several RFA’s that changed my life. The staff is awesome. I’d drive back just for the treatment I was provided if I had the time and wallet that allowed for it.

This practice is run by one of the best doctors I know.

Woke up from surgery with two VERY black eyes, with no explanation. Degoot performed a botched surgery on my ankle and lied on my follow up with him. People read your medical reports, doctors an write anything degrading about you or write how wonderful the surgery went. This doctor in my eyes is unethical.

Be careful with the billing and ask what the costs are going to be. Otherwise you will receive surprise bills from them.

I posted a bad review of The Neuro Spine & Pain Center of Key West but I removed it as I jumped the gun and they are fantastic people. They were short handed after losing a key employee and got backed up but the issue was solved.A few honorable mentions. Raquel was amazing. She spent a lot of time making sure aI understood what was happening and why. She has the best bedside manners Ive ever seen in a medical office. The women at the front desk were workhorses. They made calls and took the hassle out of me trying to find an MRI STAT. Heidi stepped in and called in favors or something and got me a 7AM slot in a very busy MRI.And Dr Schnapp. He was honest enough to say, this surgery is something I am not comfortable with so I am referring you to a more qualified surgeon. You just don;t see that every day.I would go back in a 80 year olds minute and those are short minutes. My hats off to the staff!

Staff is filled with caring and helpful0 people from front desk , billing , and back to nurses... There is where it STOPS! Its a shame that Mr. schapp has a Dr. in front of his name. I am sorry I didnt know about Google Reviews and read them before going to this doctor! After treating me for 5 months, he ... All I am going to say, is the same as I see others have remarked on, & thats his EGO!! And Not in a healthy way, either. Find someone else to be seen by. Save yourself!!
