Believe husband occurred Blood Poising he left building telling staff to have him go to Emergency Room. His Heart Dr. Holman immediately contacted and made immediate arrangements for ambulance to take him to Mt. Siani Hospital 3hrs/he immediately had to be given antibiotics that day overnight etc & had to take cab/plane to fly back to Key West after he was discharged. Would not recommend anyone to him just my feelings.

The STAFF is absolutely wonderful! I feel like they are my family, every time I walk in the door Im greeted by my first name and a big smile, sometimes a hug! Dr. Catana is also amazing. He makes me feel welcomed and truly listens to my concerns , when other doctors brushed them off! He has also operated on my knee, which is now better than the knee I was born with! Highly recommend them!

Last year I had an extremely complicated shattered shoulder with bone marrow leakage. My injury was extremely painful and debilitating. Dr Catana discussed several options for treatment, including surgery, but felt it was best to go the non-surgical route. He is knowledgeable, kind and treats the whole person, not just the injury. I am so grateful for the care I received - my shoulder healed and is pain free. He made the right choices regarding my care and did not just jump into surgery. He always kept me in the loop - he’s a great doc as well as being a cool guy. His staff is fabulous as well. I highly recommend him.

My wife broke her ankle in key west during vacation. Dr Catana performed the surgery. Once arriving back in Atlanta we went for her follow up with a local orthopedic. An xray showed her ankle joint was not seated correctly as one of the bones was not straight when the plate and screws were installed. Additionally, 4-5 bone fragments were left in the joint. After 4 opinions, a ct scan, revision surgery and a month of recovery time lost were hoping we finally got it right. Advice would be...regardless of pain...find a specialist in a bigger city than key west and especially not Dr Catana.

Excellent physician and human being!! Christmas Eve 2016, he performed surgery on my wife (she had broken her leg in 4 places). He is the reason she can walk at all Thank you again Doctor.

DR Catana is great!The young girl he has answering the phone is rude and very agressive. When I was trying to cancel my appointment after getting called into work last mintues. And after several times calling she told me I should have waited on hold at my work for 30 mintues with no problem. She hung up on me.I called back she hung up again. She aggressive when your in the Dr office or on the phone. Maybe she needs a job not dealing with people.

Very kind & knows his profession! Knew what he was looking for after my exam and my symptoms, ordered appropriate tests, diagnoses and treated. Ive heard surgeons always want to operate and I didnt find this to be true at all! His concern was getting me out of pain and well. His staff is friendly and very helpful!

Terrible staff rude and lazy..Stay away I would rather drive to Miami then visit this office.
