We really appreciate KFCU, and definitely love their location on Stock Island.It means a lot to walk into a financial institution and the staff actually knows you and is happy that youre there! We recently worked with Rubi on a new car loan and not only was she efficient and knowledgeable, everything happened as she said it would, and in record time! Great Job KFCU! We DO appreciate you!

This Bank has gone way downhill now! The bill pay system they are using out of AZ. is the worst possible thing going today!! Very poor System for paying and Banking .🇺🇸 Would like to use another Bank soon!!! My wife does not want to have to change her payroll direct deposit from her job,so will be staying for a short while…. 🙁

Worst bank-credit union ever. When we opened the account woman on Stock Island kept telling us she really didn’t have enough time. We left and opened at Key Plaza. Several times when I have gone to deposit a check the tellers have been talking and ignoring customers. Horrid service.Most recently would not let me deposit a check since it had our business name on it. We don’t even have a separate business account and have to have the sender of the check issue a new one which is ridiculous. We are talking about depositing a check not cashing it. We have never had that problem before. Manager of Key Branch was totally unhelpful and implied it was our fault. Tellers have been consistently rude and condescending.We are pulling most of our money out since they have no concept of customer service. At age 67 I have used a lot of banks of which I only have good things to say. I am actually shocked by how consistently bad KFCU service is.

This year with covid-19 has been hard on everyone. I resently lost my mother and was preparing to transfer funds to credit union only to find out that they were charging a no use fee until they emptied and closed my account. No it wasnt a lot of money but that isnt the point. When I asked them to reopen the account, I was told I had to be there. Well, Im with my family and cant. I guess this how they screw little people. Good job management! NOT!

Horrible services all around caught the credit union adding extra charges to my truck loan. Over a period of a year. They then wouldnt issue me my statement to show the deception by the credit union. This is a corrupt organization beyond anything that I can explain. Found my payment not reducing my loan as it should. My sister who is a loan officer and president of a bank told me to remove my money and get refinancing and never use this corrupt organization again...

Inactivity fees will drain your account to zero if you let them. My bad for not closing the account completely, but its a predatory practice nonetheless. Service was never that great so Im not surprised, just disappointed that a CU would do something that most banks dont do anymore. smh...

I stopped by today and made a deposite of $1383 in the drive through. I know how much I gave them in each bill. Counted it right before I sent it through. My receipt came back showing $100 less than I gave them. I pointed it out so they had me come in. They counted the girls till down and it matched to what it was supposed to be. They told me there is nothing they can do for me and I probably lost it in between counting it and putting it in the tube. No I didnt. I gave them $400 in hundreds $100 in fifties $460 in twenties $70 in tens over $200 in fives and over $100 in singles. Well over $1283 and to be exactly $100 short? A mistake was made on their end and they refused to look into it further. Had it been $5 or even $20 id let it go and walk away. But exactly $100? No I withdrew all my money and left. When I told the manager Id be switching banks her only response was ok. Something needs to be done about how these incidents are handled. Maybe have two people on drive through instead of one? Ive had a girl accidentally put somebody elses money into my account once before then try to argue with me when I was honest and said it was to much. Possibly what happened to me today?

Their people are very hospitable and friendly no matter what problem Ive had keys Federal has worked with me to fix it. This is the way a bank should be run. Thank you again keys Federal

Don’t even bother filing a dispute with them. I don’t even know why they have a dispute department. Ive banked with several different Banks as I travel around quite often and sometimes having a local bank is easier. All other Banks I have banked with have always taken care of me and settled disputes in a timely manner and with care. Keys Federal Credit Union, however, always seems like they side with the merchants despite the communication (or lack thereof) sent to their dispute center between the customer and merchant. I have sent them an email correspondence from a merchant for a transaction that was posted on 05/29/2020 for an item I have paid for but never received. I have told the KFCU that upon asking for a refund from the merchant they have blocked me and ceased all communication and refuse to refund me so I have filed a dispute as I have waited 3 weeks for my item with no avail. The representative from KFCU, stated that they cant do anything even if I do not receive my merchandise as the merchant is corresponding to me to which I reminded KFCU that they blocked me and ceased communication and they continued to say that they couldnt do anything, instead she just said just be careful with website like that...yeah, thanks for that advice? I will close my account with KFCU. I feel like they dont care for my banking safety and will just side with the merchant as this Is my second time making a dispute with them and its always the same outcome.

Banking is about customer service and probably the most needed service to be accurate after medical services, this bank has no idea what that is. All the people in the bank looks miserable and grump. The only people that ever attempt to a welcoming attitude is the two male tellers. Any information you ask for about your mortgages or loans is highly questionable; I got three different answers from three different employees in the span of two days regarding my car loan. I would stay away from this bank if I was a new customer. First state bank has a better idea of what customers need.

This place gives u no information on your account besides the transactions made.... I can’t even get a loan with them, so I tried elsewhere and they don’t have my account or routing number anywhere but on a blank check.... so I can’t even prove that the checks are mine to get a loan. They go by member number which is very pointless. I asked the employee on the phone and she told me the only option to fix it was to order checks for $20 , well I would’ve if I didn’t need this loan for an emergency but I don’t have 2 1/2 weeks to wait for checks to come in. You guys should have OUR account information and numbers easily accessible to us!! This bank is such a headache to work with

Customer service could use improvement. Some tellers are friendly and some are indifferent. Their attitude affects how helpful they are. I would recommend considering somewhere else

Wait is more than 25 minute long with no people in the bank. Everyone who works there give completely different info about accounts, credit cards and loans. And there is no way to get help on the phone either, for some reason they cant pull out any information on their computer. Hours of operation 10 to 5 and no help after hours, there is no customer help after hours or on the weekends, phone transfers straight to the voice mail. Unprofessional

Very uneducated and very inexperienced loan department ever talked and ever worked with, they denied my loan request even I had a loan with them before, even I paid off without any issues couple months ago . No I dont have bad credit or bad income , I am data analyst at the big insurance broker firm. Their management is awful , they work more personal if they dont like you they dont work with you. They dont care about bank customer relationships or business but their own rude attitude , as soon as possible i will close my account with them. Dont waste your time with this ignorant , illogical and rude team.

Very bad, sir, it is a collection mouse, a certain Alberto does not take my cell, none of those banks want to talk to me and if they take the phone when they know it is me, they hang up the phone, they took my car because I left 3 months without paying it and now they are suing me for 10 thousand dollars they sold my car without consulting me and they dont talk to me
