I made one appointment, showed up early and filled out papers. I paid the $70 co-pay for that first appointment... and was just given a questionairre...the counselor hardly spoke to me but I answered many multiple choice questions on a tablet. He seemed nice..and decided to direct my treatment towards a certain area and we made another appointment! I was gungho about it....I then lost my job, dealt with many c-ptsd episodes of shaking and no sleep b/c I also lost my long term relationship, so I had to quickly find two new jobs so I could find a new place to live...and upon all of these things going on I missed the 2nd appointment we made. I remember the front desk staff called me and notified me... we scheduled a new one. No talk of cancellation fees, just made me a new appointment and I came for it today.I showed up today (three weeks later) to hear that my third appointment was CANCELLED for three no call no shows. ??? Well..thats confusing since I am certain there was only one no call no show..we made sure my number was correct to recieve appointment reminders and it was...i showed them the text messages I had and proved it.After a quick rendevouz I was told I could be seen regardless of the other two no call no shows -that dont exist to my knowledge- and it would be forgiven if I paid $150.00 for the one that I admitted to.. and then $70.00 for the appointment today. O.o.... since its a MAJOR red flag practice to charge cancellation fees when no cancellation policy was signed or talked about - I walked away from this offer for that reason, plus it is also difficult to build a relationship with a counselor that you already feel is behaving like a quack.It wasnt the front desk staff, I have worked for some real God complex jerks with actual PhDs in my day of medical front desk and the front desk mans demeanor is a result of having to do his job and my evidence shows real potential that he is doing his job better than the counselors are doing theirs. 🤷I do okay for myself and make great money ..but have now ended up not getting the help I requested and currently remain without the help requested after quite a wait. Its basically a middle finger from the practitioner to request someone pay a full appointment cost noshow fee for the first no show..and without a written contract it is illegal to actually charge it.It was so shady I totally judge the counselors and their ethics but have no Ill will and hopefully the place updates its practices. Certainly hope that Key West has something better to offer as I would gladly hand $220+ over to anyone that could help ..even a little bit.. with the amount of ptsd garbage I deal with - I have had some of the very best to no avail and experience here has me very skeptical. Might as well just read a nice self help book..🤷..i have contacted my insurance to affirm that they did not charge my insurance for the missed appointment and lord if I find out they did?........

Horrible ! Doctors are on a screen. And if you have any questions on medication and need to get a hold of the doctor, forget it! They take forever to contact you back! The office manager is rude and he’s never friendly he always seems grumpy like if he doesnt like his job or like if he doesn’t even want to be there! I can’t believe this place is running like this. The Consular never followed up with me in regards to our first vist with my child and when I question if she received the forms that she gave me to have filled out by the school she had no idea what I was talking about ! Nobody’s keeping track of anything. What a terrible experience.

This place is good awful, terrible doctors, more interested about your money first then will help you 60 dollars for a visit, will perscribe you before diagnosing you if your looking to get worse come here.
