Sears. Who knew the best and most affordable optical exam on the island is here. Dr. West is great and I forgot whats its like to have an eye doctor do the WHOLE exam. Makes a huge difference unlike most of the optical shops in town. Great doctor, answered all questions and got me the easiest prescription to date. Thank you.

Dr. West amazing! Explains everything, takes his time and really works with you. I am middle age fighting not to heat cheaters, he set me up and tweaked my Rx with my return visit for contacts. VERY reasonable for yet another American without insurance eye coverage. Throwing all my dollar store glasses away! Open on Saturdays too! No wait!

The doctor who works there was very patient with me when I went in recently to have my prescription taken for my contact lenses. Finally decided to get rid of my glasses after years of reconsidering! I thought he was very thorough with the eye exam and very informative, which is what I look for in a doctor.I wont normally consider going to a retail store to have my eyes checked but because my companys insurance policy covers Sears Optical, this turned out to be a great experience, much better than I expected. Id highly recommend it.

I have a client that I was trying to help her with a claim issue. The first time I called I spoke to Ruth, who told me the doctor is out on vacation for 2 weeks so call back then. I thought it was weird I needed to speak to a doctor to send a claim to the insurance but I said ok. I called back today and spoke to a man that did not give me his name. I asked for him to explain why he was billing the way he was and he explained it to me. I repeated myself to make sure I understand and he blew up on me! He said Listen lady, I have dealt with this issue enough, I have people walking out the door!! Screaming at me!! I have also heard from my clients that many times their prescriptions are incorrect in their glasses. I recommend going somewhere else. I call doctor offices all day to work on claim issues and I have never been treated this way.

Vacation disaster broke my glasses and a blind man cant see. Lauren was awesome had my lenses in a set of frames in 10 minutes out the door and back to the beach. You cant beat that kind of service
