Dr. Rae is an excellent and knowledgeable physician. I have been seeing him on and off for several years and have always had a short wait and friendly service. The technicians did a wonderful job on my blood draw and an EKG today. Highly recommended.

Total scam: was on vacation, called ahead to see if they take my insurance. They said absolutely yes, come on over. Upon arrival, the story changed to: you must pay cash upfront, $180+ (supposedly out-of-county insurance plans are not covered - nonsense). Address is wrong, but I am not correcting to avoid setting you up for a rip-off.

Dr. Rae has been tending to my tennis elbow for the last year. I feel very comfortable with him and his staff. Worth the $180 for the convenience and old school GP doctor experience.

This place is a scam. Rude front desk that dose not want to call to insurance company. Address is wrong. On top, they posted on website that they work with major insurance companies, but they do not. They want only cash while major credit cards posted on front door. Dont waste your time go right away to other nearest urgent walk in clinic. Homestead, for example. Again -100% negative feedback

Been going here since 05 and never had a bad experience until today. I have insurance, but unfortunately they dont except my plan. So I have still chosen to go here over the years because its never over priced. Today I go in, feeling terrible with fever and they tell me 185 dollars to be seen. Just Wow! Took you 30 mins to tell me that, while Im sitting in your office in cold sweats.

Absolutely pitiful service went in at 4:20 and the doctor had already left at 4 o’clock even though their hours are till 5pm! They refused to help me or see me. Do yourself a favor and drive a few more miles down the road to the next urgent care.

We were here from out of state and needed to see a doctor. The doctor and all the staff were very accommodating, professional and friendly. They quickly took care of our needs.

Urgent care run on their own schedule in the keys, meaning they are no open on weekends or after hours. Dr. Rae office was fast to see me and staff was wonderful.

Ive been seeing Dr. Rae for 23 years, he has seen my children and grandchildren! His staff very courteous, his bed side manner is wonderful. He has taken care of everything from a HOOK IN MY FINGER to my grandchilden tummy pains. Thank you Dr. RAE!!

Same as others, bad service and no insurance coverage after saying yes on the phone. Signage in the place said cash only pointing to the ATMs in the shopping plaza. This is not, at all usable for for out of country. Advanced Urgent Care does accept out of country, SOS travel Insurance, etc. Good alternative.

Werent open when their hours on both Google and their own website said they were. And when you go, theres a sign on the window that they only accept cash as a form of payment.Go to Dr. Ginsburg 10 minutes south, he takes walk-ins and was excellent to deal with.

Dr. Rae and his staff were professional and courteous. We went for a recurring staph infection. Dr. Rae was the only doctor (weve been to three) who treated it as it should be treated and gave us the information and medication to keep it from returning. Best doctor in the keys!!

I had an ear ache, I was seen within 25 minutes. Doctor Rae is fantastic, his staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend A1-Urgentcare to anyone visiting the keys.

The doctor had me in and out in 15 min! Maybe it was luck, but I doubt that as he talked to me about other issues as well. He also recommended I get my prescription next door at the grocer pharmacy since it would be FREE. Thanks for the good quick service!

I have been into this office 3 times and each was more terrible then the others. This place is an absolute joke! I thought the purpose of an urent care is to be open and that the Dr would be there when you needed him. By far the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. The office staff are by far the rudest I have ever encountered and the doctor is not much better. I guess they figure they can act however they want to being the only place in town. Horrible Horrible experience overall!!!

$175 to walk in the front door, even with an earache. Sigh. I guess its good to be the only game in town.

This place is a joke. We are down here on vacation and my mother who just had spinal surgery 2 months ago came here because she had pain in her neck. The doctor kicked her out and accused her of just trying to get drugs. Place was dirty and looked gross. This was the worst visit to a doctor I have ever had

So unprofessional!!!! My advice is go else where! Also the girl lied to me saying the Dr was not in....its 4pm they close at 5 , They told me to come back on tuesday.....Than turned me away cuz i left my ID at home. So unprofessional!!!!

Office was rude and would not verify insurance for my 1 year free physical. Kept trying collect money. Must be a scam going on. I verified with my insurance and they said there was no deductible. I had to argue with them to get them to call insurance company to validate.

Doc gone before 2.....Very sick. Under 100lbs almost 70. Nothing. No goodbye, where to go total lack of concept

Closes at 5pm and doctor leaves at 330pm. Wasted my time.

They are very rude and are not open with their hours online. They have random days and hours and they do not take united healthcare. This place is a joke.
