Dr. Zaki is an exceptional person. He is kind and considerate and I know that he genuinely cared about me and my outcome. Through the tests, MRI, biopsy and surgery, he explained everything in detail, to the point of sketching things out on paper. He explained all the results, all the options and answered all my questions. Without hesitation I would recommend him.In-person and through the My-Chart portal, Nurse Jessica and Nurse Meaghan are just as great and supportive. Not once over the last ten months have I been disappointed (other than the diagnosis). All of my needs were met and expectations exceeded from early stages of suspicion to diagnosis to surgery.His office staff is just as diligent and friendly. Scheduling was a breeze and they worked with my health insurance company and my short term disability provider seamlessly. I don’t recall being involved in paperwork once I provided them the initial information.The Kettering hospital is just as great. The staff from the pre-surgery team to the surgery recovery wing are equally professional despite me being a fairly difficult patient.If Dr. Zaki is running behind, it is very likely because he is taking the time to ensure the patient prior leaves with full understanding of their situation; giving them the same time, effort and compassion he and his staff will extend to you.I highly recommend him.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr.Zaki and his staff.I had an urgent prostate issue and they worked me in and expertly took care of me.The surgery went very well and I am healing up.5 Stars!

I saw him today for my pain and he refused to treat any of my issues or problems he did it was as if he could not hear me

My 2 star rating is for today only. Dr. Zaki is a fantastic doctor and his staff are wonderful. But today I had an 8 am appt. A couple that came in after me was called in before I was. At 8:45 I still had not seen the doctor. I am sorry but this is unexceptable. No one told me he was running late or if he was even there yet. There was no communication at all. I understand other patients may have a more urgent need or there may be an emergency but have the common courtesy to let the patients waiting know this. I would have been happy to reschedule. That way I would not have been an hour late for work.

Dr. Zaki is FANTASTIC. I have NO IDEA why anyone would suggest otherwise... perhaps they were meaning a different doctor there? There are several. Dr. Zaki is perhaps the best Urologist in the Dayton area- please, research him. He is kind and caring, and extremely accomplished and well respected by other specialists, physicians and nurses.... and ya know, nurses won’t go out of their way to speak highly of a doctor unless they mean it!! His staff and team have been fantastic with me and my family over the past few months. I can’t imagine seeing anyone else. If you’re REALLY lucky and need Interventional Radiology, perhaps you’ll also get Dr. McKenzie as well. What an AMAZING duo! I highly appreciate their work, time, level of effort, well, everything.

Id highly recommend suggesting people to avoid this place at all costs with urologist appointments. I had gone into an appointment and was treated rather disrespectful by one of the doctors. When all I was doing was asking some questions about what he was doing, and instead Im mocked about not only asking questions, but accusing me of not being aware that I came in for a physical exam. People, there are much better doctors you can see that arent going to put you down for wanting to be sure about what youre getting in to.

Dr Zaki is the best Urologist in Dayton, Ohio! He is competent, knowledgeable, accomplished, experienced, has a great sense of humor and an expert in his field. Ive been a patient of his for 20+ years due to a I rare condition that requires a stent exchange every three months. He stays on top of my condition and thinks outside the box for state-of-the-art options going forward. His nursing staff and front office is AWESOME too. His nurse returns calls quickly and efficiently as well as proactive in scheduling my quarterly surgery at Kettering Medical Center.Ive recently moved to Florida and realize now more than ever how EXCEPTIONAL Dr Zaki and his staff are...as the saying goes, you dont appreciate what you have until you lose it!!! But, a 2 hour flight home to Dayton is worth every penny for the medical care from Dr Zaki and his staff!!!

I used to see dr. Zaki I loved him I moved away and had to switch but I’m back so I want to get into see him asap😀

I have never been treated with anything but the highest level of competence and utmost respect by Dr. Zaki and his nurses. Due to this, I referred several friends to Dr. Zaki when they needed to consult a urologist.

Wrost experience please avoid going there .
