Love Dr Patel and Dr Mascarenas, they wasted no time in getting me treatment. However, with Covid, the people working at the entrance went from a kind old man to nasty people on power trips! I was told I could bring my son as one person was approved to come with me. I was told to wait in the cold hospital breezeway in freezing temperatures while noone came down to discuss this with me. I finally called the office myself and the woman I reached was incredibly nasty and refused to stop talking while I expressed my concerns. I finally had to tell over her that she was being rude and disrespectful! Frustrating to have a physician that actually takes care of you but the staff is disgusting. Im a patient here and in agony, hence my appointment to have spinal surgery and a secretary wants to treat me like i do not matter. Caution.

My daughter had surgery 10 years ago she requires no medication she can even do cartwheels at 41 years old and doing absolutely great Dr. Jamal Taha has a great bedside manner and is very direct And to the point that way you can understand who speaks seven different languages. If you look him up you’ll be able to see that he’s invented things to help people I am currently seeing Dr. Jamal Taha for back and neck issues and he’s doing everything he can for me

They do not return phone calls. Dr was very nice. I have left 15 or so messages over 2 months span, I had not one call back. I was refused to schedule a test and need to reschedule. Its not that hard.

Very good, just waiting for a wk to hear results tests!!!!
