Tania and Zoey were great and made my girls feel comfortable. All the staff is always welcoming and Dr. Panchmatia is informative and always addresses all my questions and concerns.

The staff and doctors here are so professional, courteous and efficient. Every step of the process and the treatment plans are explained and every effort is made to ensure that the patient (and their parents) are well taken care of.

Love this dentist office. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Panchmatia does so good with my two year old. She loves her little goody bag she gets when she’s done. Definitely recommend.

This place is amazing. It was my first time taking my son there today and I was greeted very friendly. We were seen quickly and the staff was amazing and very nice and courteous. They were very attentive to my sons needs. I will most definitely be returning back and I will change my other kids dentist to Tots to teens. I have been very unhappy with Star smiles. I have 3 boys ages 9, 8, and 6 and we absolutely love this dentist office. It is the only office I recommend in Kerrville. Before I started coming here 5 years ago and I used to drive 30 minutes to a dentist in Beorne. The environment is super kid and parent friendly. The staff is wonderful! Everyone is so patient with the children!! You can just tell they care about the well being of your kiddos!!

Great office to take your kiddos. My son loved his first check up. Mireya and Julie were welcoming and very nice when we walked in and as we were on our way out. Alina the dental assistant was most attentive and patient with my son and the youngest of siblings, we were in and out in a timely manner. Also spoke to the office manager Marisol as I was waiting for the dentist she was telling me about the give aways they do for the kids, they truly love what they do and it’s all for the kids. I was very happy with my visit overall and we are excited to come back for our next visit.

Took both of my boys for their dental cleaning and it was a great experience for both. Mireya at the front desk was very nice and , Alina the dental assistant was very patient and wonderful with my children. They have both been coming here since were babies and we love it! This is by far the best dentist. We use to live here in Kerrville. We now live in the subburbs of San Antonio. However, we travel all the way here to bring all 5 of our children. The dental assistant Alina is so sweet and very kind. The Front desk has great customer service. Julina is always helpful with appointments. The Dentist is vey Kind and compassionate with the children. He always is very informative and flexible with options. He is also very comforting and professional. My husband is very very particular and wise about where we take our children. This place is Highly Highly recommended. There are not enough words to describe our experiences here every time we come!!!!!!👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏. Great Job Tots to teens. The Manager Marisol is doing an amazing job at running this Dental office. I’ve been taking my daughter there almost 4 years and they’ve always been awesome with us and if we ever have a problem they get us in as soon as they can. I am writing this review to say that this is a amazing place. I have such a good experience here with my kids. I feel the front staff is fast and friendly. I also love how they treat my kids when having their teeth cleaned. Recommend this place to any one with kiddos.

Today was a complete waste of my time and money taking my son to this dentist. The dentist we saw gave up working on my son within 10 minutes. As a pediatric dentist, they should be expecting a young child to fidget and not sit still during procedures. If you have private insurance, I suggest going somewhere else. These people only care about money. Their treatment plan failed and now we are out $300 and my son is still left untreated. I have been on the other end of the spectrum receiving Medicaid for my children and they go above and beyond to make sure the children are treated. But now that we are privately insured, I feel like they just want more money out of more expensive procedures. They offer options on their paperwork yet dont actually do them. We will no longer be using this clinic.

They were very helpful. I had questions and they took time to answer them. They worked with me to give my child the best care he needed. I thank them for their patients with me.

ALL of the staff here is extremely compassionate and patient! Im troubled that I cannot remember the name of the girl who assisted us the last time we were there(7/30), but she was genuinely the best. Our past appointment was the first time the tools were used (and pictures were taken) rather than only brushing like previous appointments. My son was NOT uncomfortable or nervous at any point because the tech was so sweet and calm. (My boy is three and I was HORRIFIED that the tools would scare him)Their office is so neat and VERY clean; the girls at the desk are always so friendly. We only see the dentist for a minute or so at our visits but they are also super informative and kind.I highly appreciate this place... thank you for making something that could be scary to some kids a little easier! Whomever does the hiring/management for this place is doing an amazing job!

I cant at express how sweet the staff is. Super easy check in and out! They are very quick. The wait was very short! The environment is awesome my kids enjoy looking at the art on the walls the movies the entertainment in the waiting room. The staff has incredible patients especially with my super active twins, and my oldest loved how they attend him with gentle care! Thank you Isabel & Tania yall are awesome & my boys loved yall! They definitely know how to cater to their patients! I will continue to take my babies there for as long as I can! ♡

Where do I start? I have older kids (13-17). First, the techs did not even greet my kids as they went into the back for their appt. Next, when I went back after the initial exam, they mixed up the records for my 17 year old boy and my 13 year old daughter, including the x-rays that were on the screen. Also, my entire interaction with the front desk was impersonal. When I checked the kids in, I didnt even receive a hello or eye contact. They called me mom over and over again, instead of addressing me with my name that was on the screen in front of them. Perhaps they were trying to be cute, but I reserve mom for only a few special people in my life. Then, we had to wait a month and a half to get a cavity filled, because they wanted the same dentist that we saw during the checkup to do the cavity filling--and she only worked limited days. 1.5 months later, guess what...we still ended up with a different dentist. So, all in all, we decided to change dentists. Then came the really irritating part. It took 5 weeks to get the kids records transferred. Our phone calls were not returned, then we received empty promises of sending the records. They promised to let us know when they finished the job, and they did not--we had to keep calling and leaving messages. Just way too much time spent on our end working this problem. I do not recommend.

They told us my son had a cavity. So we had to go back and full it and put a crown as well. After 3 visits nothing was done. They gave my son gas and didnt wait for medication to kick in. They were in hurry all 3 visits. And at the end told us we have to go hostipal to do filling snd crawn. This is after we have spend over $800. Nothing was done. DONT BRING UR KIDs THERE. There not really there to help your child, they just want the money. Over$800 loss with no work done. All they said to us.. (Well we did try).
