Fast, smart, answered all of our questions, very excellent experience and he really cares about his patients. He saw my 5 year old son and gave great advice and help! Highly recommend

Dr. B is the most engaging and helpful doctor Ive been to, ever! Im still recovering but I have no doubt my issue will be completely resolved. I just wish he worked on more than just feet.

I called the Kernersville NC location to set up an appointment and right off was helped on the phone by a person that was professional and personable. She told me about a cancelation they had had and asked if I could come to it. I was able to. I had a friend take me to my appointment and he noticed right off the kindness and professional manner of all the staff. He actually made himself an appointment for a future visit. I was treated with a very professional and thorough manner. Im looking forward to the care I have put off for years and glad I contacted Mothershed Foot.

I had an ingrown toenail that needed to be cured, the doctor was only supposed to remove the buried piece of nail, but she removed more than what was needed which caused a ton of unnecessary pain. The pain was so strong after the surgery, I wanted to commit suicide to escape this unsupportable pain I’ve had for many days. I’ve had other doctors remove my other ingrown nails and they were a thousand times better than these doctors that don’t have a clue to what they are doing.

After my ingrown toenail surgery, they didnt give me any supplies like bandaids, wraps etc. When I went home, I had unwithstandable pain like if the doctors attending me didnt know what they were doing. Unprofessional.

I had the best care from all the staff. I went two years in pain. I had one doctors visit with this office and was scheduled surgery to fix the pain went through physical therapy and I am in no more pain in less then two months later. I would recommend this office to anyone that needs them

Made an appointment about my Extremely Sore Foot. Was given an appointment to see: Cates, Sonya R., DPM in the Kernersville location.She, the Doctor, comes in, asks a series of questions, feels of my foot through my sock, sends me downstairs for an xray and makes an assumption of whats causing the Intense Pain. She never took my sock off of my foot to see my Purple Toes or try to even narrow the problem down to whats really going on with it.I leave with the same Pain I went in there with and no prognosis of whats really going on. So, here I sit, my foot throbbing with intense pain, that I have no clue as to why.Do yourself a Favor and stay away from this Foot Practice! Find a reputable Doctor that will actually look at your Foot or issue and not assume what the issue is but instead find the problem and offer treatment to correct it.

I had an appointment at 3:30 and 45 minutes later I still hadnt been seen. No one came in to tell me how much longer it was going to be. I cant rate the doctor, because I never had a chance to see one.

Go to the winston office avoid Kernersville .Office at all costsYou will be glad you did!

Called the Kernersville office to make an appointment. After a 9 minute hold I hung up. I will go elsewhere.
