He was very responsive and helpful in resolving a system issue/glitch we had between the CCC and agency for a brand new customer. He was also very quick to take ownership of resolving the issue and very quickly found a solution to make it a seamless experience for the customer and myself! These people are AWESOME! Donna is a lifesaver! I had a flat tire at night (the night before Christmas Eve) and of course the spare was bad! I called Donna at 8pm and not only did she calm me in what I was feeling was a panicky situation but sent a tow truck to myself and small son! State farm paid the tow bill and made sure we got home safely! Donna is always my hero with any question on insurance crisis I have!
