Had a great time at the pool at Bark Lodge. We rented some time to introduce/re-introduce my dogs to the pool. Melissa is great to work with, and very flexible with scheduling options.
Picked our dog up Saturday. We took him to the vet and he was diagnosed with kennel cough.I would not recommend this place!
This place is great! My doggies looked sooooooo good and smelled so good. Much better than our place. Will bring back. They also have a lot of other things going on here for them to do.

Friendly, clean and conscientious. The staff here goes above and beyond to oversee the safety and well-being of our dog. They also put in place a curbside check-in process via text that makes things super easy. I know when they come out for our dog that they are being safe to protect their staff and be very clear about our needs for the day. They have a checklistthat allows us to add a nail trim or grooming to his training that day. Great job!
My pup always has a great time at daycare and comes home absolutely exhausted! His overnight stays have been wonderful as well. My favorite thing is that they take pictures of the dogs throughout the day and post them on Facebook so you can always see how much fun they are having. I definitely recommend the Bark Lodge for daycare and boarding, your dog will be begging to come back!

Bark Lodge was very accommodating when I needed boarding for my dog Benny before the Christmas Holiday. The staff is very friendly and I felt very secure leaving my dog there. I loved how they update their facebook everyday with pictures of the dogs while they are there. It was fun to check in on him while I was gone.
The Bark Lodge staff is always friendly and smiling when I drop off my precious pup. They get to know your dogs individual characteristics and personality traits (quirks)--much more than just providing daycare. Excellent job at making my dog more comfortable interacting with other dogs, and with people. Thanks.

They post pictures all day on their Facebook page and give you a report at the end of the day to let you know how your dog did. I was so happy at how tired my puppy was because I assume that meant she played all day. You cant really beat the price either. To those of you considering this place, the first day is FREE. You have nothing to lose to try this place out.
I have been bringing both my dogs here since they were pups. The staff are always friendly as is the owner! My dogs are always well taken care of here and love this place and their friends! Well worth it!
Always a great place to take your dog for boarding, grooming, and day care. Our 10 year old mix loves it and cant wait to go inside. We have been bringing him here for years. Staff knows him by name even though we bring him sporadically. Cant recommend this place enough.

My dog Maggie absolutely adores Bark Lodge. When we pull into the parking lot, she starts getting excited. I know she is being well taken care of and that matters more than anything else.

Worst daycare in town!! Becareful if you think of sending your pet to this infested place. They dont clean their place making easier for pets to get flea infested. Also, they dont have love for the pets, they put my 1yr old dog crated the entire day, thats how they make their jobs easier just crating them. They are not real dog trainers, they just want your money. They will also yell at you at the phone when they become irritated if your dog barks, come on people dogs bark, thats theyre nature!! Very disrespectful!!
Came here the other day to try and board my pup bliss on short notice. The owner was real nice and explained everything to me, it was to short of notice. But the place seemed nice, had a nice area for pups to play. I cant comment on the actually stay of a pup. But id bring her back here.
Our Max had a great time at Bark Lodge. It is nice he has a fun place to stay when we are out of town.
My dog and I came for a group swimming class. My dog is quite scared of the water and Im trying to get him more comfortable. They had l life vests for the dogs who were not comfortable in the water. The trainer was very patient and encouraging. She was amazing with him and we saw a lot of progress just in our first lesson. Cant wait to go back next week.
Bark Lodge took excellent care of Dee, Callie and Aston! 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a place to leave their fur babies for boarding and daycare!

Took my two dogs there for day care on a road trip to a memorial service. The facility was great--full of friendly people who clearly loved dogs. My dogs came home happy and tuckered out. Great service, great hours--even on the weekend. I would not hesitate to leave my dogs there again for day care or boarding.

We love this place. Its very clear that they care for the dogs. We have a friend that works there, and I can confirm shes the most dog loving person weve ever met, and if the rest of the employees care a quarter as much as she does then its the best place for anyones dogs to stay or get groomed in Kernersville.

Its a nice facility but dont play with your dog at the pool if you have to pee because your SOL since they have no public restrooms .
I am a very picky pet owner but have always loved bringing my dog here for lodging and extra play from time to time at the doggie daycare. They know us when we walk thru the door. And their communication is excellent; whether its me checking in or them calling me. Highly recommend!!
I let my three dogs stay here. One of them came back irreparably psychologically damaged to where she can’t be crated anywhere else but home without issue. Owner denies anything happened. But the area where she is damaged is not on video. All areas should be videoed including sleep areas. Also they would leave her crates all day alone or in seclusion all day when our direct instruction was to keep her with the other two at night and not to lock her up all day.Our other two still go and are fine. That’s the only reason they get three stars. Would give them three and a half.

Everyone was very friendly and my cocker spaniel looks great after being groomed here. The facility was clean and the prices were fair but I gave it a four star just because she had a couple nicks on her stomach but I get she was probably moving a lot as it was her first time.

I take my dogs here for grooming, daycare, and lodging. They are amazing and take the BEST care of my dogs! Ive tried lots of other places in the area, this is by far my favorite.
I dropped my dog off for day care and he seemed to enjoy it when I picked him up. Ive been searching for a day care so that my dog could socialize with other dogs and I think I found it. I will definitely bring him back here.

Pretty happy all around about both our dogs stay for a couple nights but I really wish the video feed they advertise actually worked - that would have equalled the 5th star.
Great prices, and my dog is so happy there. We never have to worry. They also have a webcam and give you reports after each visit.

Im unsure about this place. My puppy just stayed two nights there and she came home with severe constipation then two days later developed diarrhea and vomiting. Seeing as she is constantly supervised by either myself or my s.o. during the day and night I find it difficult to believe that these things were caused during our watch. It could be a coincidence but you got to admit the timing is awful. They also kept her vet papers and rabies tag when they had three separate chances to return them. I can be a forgetful person but then again its not my job to remember is it...

My dachshund was traumatized by them!I took him on a Saturday 11 am and picked him up Sunday 6 pm.He had no voice any more from barking so much and just stared straight ahead.They had put him alone somewhere in the back all night and possibly during the day too.I know this because they (the girls working Sunday couldn’t find his blanket and toy until later after they had a chance to call the owner to ask her where the stuff was)She knew because she had put him in isolation with his things. He must have barked until he couldn’t any more.I even called from out of town to check on him and they said that he was fine !!It took him days to regain his voice and act like our old doxie !NEVER AGAIN WILL I SET FOOT IN THAT PLACE. THEYRE CRUEL AND FAKE ‼️
