Staff were very professional. My care was absolutely the best. I had several extractions and had no complications and no pain. I was explained thoroughly what to expect so when the normal response occurred I was not alarmed. I would definitely recommend Dr. Biggerstaff and her clinical staff to anyone!

Great experience. Had my lower wisdom teeth removed as an adult. I was imagining days to a week of sharp pain, but I didnt experience any significant pain. The post-op directions and medication were perfect. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Office was clean, modern and well setup.

Oral surgery is never pleasant, but Teresa is always so upbeat, straightforward and pleasant, not to mention, great at what she does. It makes all the difference. I am hard to please, so when I say I highly recommend Teresa Biggerstaff, I really mean it!

Dr Biggerstaff and her staff are top notch. The entire staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The office is very clean and well taken care of. I had to have a bone graft and then and implant placed. I was very scared about how painful this would be. Was I very wrong, Dr Biggerstaff is an excellent surgeon, I had very little pain just some soreness. The staff was also very quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. They were upfront and let you know about cost. Most insurances do not cover dental implants. I would recommend this office if you have to have oral surgery done.

It was a very good experience in almost every way. The only thing that wasn’t the best was the receptionist that sat on the left did not wear her mask correctly. Her nose was not covered.

My daughter had to have a procedure done and she had a wonderful experience here. As a mom I am so thankful they took such good care of her and took numerous precautions to protect themselves and my daughter during this time with the virus going around. The procedure went well, she healed nicely and the staff called often to check on her. Everyone was very caring, kind, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Biggerstaff.

I had a great experience! when i went for a consultation they were very nice and explained everything to me and it didnt take long. when i went to have my wisdom removed i was having some anxiety when i went in like any other person probably would and one of the ladies said shed hold my hand while they put the needle in my arm and before i knew it i was waking up in my own bed! i would definitely recommend 10/10 Dr. Biggerstaffs office for wisdom teeth removal.

I am not pleased with her work since I was there two more times with pain that never stopped. She didnt see the bone that was left in my mouth. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Went to this office for wisdom teeth removal. I had three friends who got the same procedure done with Dr. Biggerstaff and had nothing but great things to say. From the start of the process with the consultation they were extremely informative and took the time to sit with you, explain the procedure, make sure you’re comfortable and not rush the appointment. The day of the surgery they went over everything they were doing to prepare so you weren’t clueless what’s going on around you which was nice. Fast forward a couple weeks I had my gums swell where my bottom wisdom teeth were removed (found out it was unrelated) and they got me in the same day to take a look and got me on a treatment mouth wash. Had me come back in two weeks for a follow up. They could have sent me back to my regular dentist, but decided to still see me twice after my surgery even when they knew it wasn’t directly related to the surgery. They genuinely care about their patients even if they are temporary like I was. I’ll always recommend Dr. Biggerstaff she was amazing throughout the whole process!

What an amazing oral surgery office. My experience was 100% starting from the time I walked in the door. I am absolutely terrified of having dentistry work completed, however, Dr. Parker made me feel very comfortable. He is very personable, polite and gentle. I was concerned at first with having a larger treatment plan because this meant several trips back and forth to their office, however, Im not dreading it at all. The first phase of my treatment plan went flawless and I didnt experience unbearable pain or have any issues. The office is very calming and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Parker/AOFS to anyone in need of future oral surgery procedures!!!

Amazing staff! Dr. Biggerstaff and everyone in the office are as nice and comforting as can be! I was worried about having a procedure done and both the doctor and her assistant did everything they could to make me more comfortable and less anxious. The best part? Hardly any pain afterwards! I hate getting anything done due to a previous procedure but I will not hesitate to go back to this office if I ever need anything else done to my teeth.

Had to get an impacted wisdom tooth and 2 others removed. Setting the appointment was simple. With their knowledgeable staff, I knew what to expect before and after the extraction date. Everything went well and my teeth are thankful for it.

I received an implant that was so unexpected! From the beginning to the end of the many months, Dr. Biggerstaff and her staff treated me great and met ALL my needs and were exceptionally sweet and professional during the process! Even at the final stage of the process, she provided the x-ray that usually the dentist performs just to expedite the time so I could go on vacation with the implant complete! I already know there is another implant in my future and Dr. Biggerstaff will be the doctor to do it!

Edited for feedback to their response:I was told very specifically over the phone that any scans/xrays required would be an additional charge and that the $450 charge would only be for the original consult, which in your words is ~40 minutes of face time with the Dr.Original post: I am a nursing mother struggling with my jaw frequently locking up. I called to see if I could talk to Dr. Biggerstaff to understand if I had any options that would help me find some relief without affecting nursing my baby. The receptionist said I could schedule a consult and it would be $450.00. I feel like this is an unreasonable amount for a few questions with a Dr. to even see if this would be an option or good fit medically for me and I was not offered any other options on the phone for meeting with the Dr.

Dr Biggerstaff is an amazing surgeon. I just recently had a face lift performed by her. She has literally removed 10 years from my face. The discomfort after the procedure was very minimal and completely subsided by the 3rd day. I had almost no bruising. My face looks amazing and I couldnt be happier

This place should be used for the model on how to have dental work done. They were kind and very concerned about my sons comfort. They did a courtesy call that evening to check on him and answer any questions. My daughter, on the other hand, went to a place in High Point and received the worst care ever. I wished I had called here to get her in. I will be bringing my family here for all future dental procedures.

Tried to make an emergency appointment for a throbbing pain, they wouldnt see me for another week. When asked what I can do for pain they wouldnt give any ideas at all and told me to just call someone else. Definitely wont be calling back or recommending them.

Wanted, needed implants.After surviving Stage IV throat cancer, the radiation treatment left me with multiple challenges.First order of business was a good bit of bone grafting to supplement some significant bone loss.That sounds much worse then it actually is.Still not completely finished, but it’s going very well.Dr Biggerstaff is extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, considerate and experienced.She also adjusted my wife’s mandible in a complex surgery to move it forward 14 mm. The receptionist for Dr. Biggerstaff is the rudest woman Ive ever talked to. I was told by another dentist of this practice and called to set up an appointment and she was so combative and snarky. She was so stuck on trying to be a smart allic that she ended the call and called me back because she forgot to get my information. If ppl like this work there no thanks. Customer service is not for everyone and for this receptionist, she really needs more training. Never felt so disrespected.

I was having pain in my back tooth and my dentist recomended a root canal. I was very hesitant to invest in a root canal because my wife had a root canal and it only lasted a few years and she lost the tooth anyway. So, I went to see Dr. Biggersraff to see if I could get an implant. She took a special CT scan and told me I can have the tooth removed with a bone graft and then have an implant a few months later. Because I was in pain they scheduled me the very next day to have the procedure! I had very little pain (much less than the tooth ache I was having) I didnt even take the pain medicine. The ladies up front helped me with my insurance and were so kind. The assistants were great and made me feel very relaxed because I was pretty nervous. Im so thankful to Dr.Biggerstaff and her team and Im looking forward to finishing my treatment. I highly recomend them.
