After visiting Biocorrect I could tell right away they were legit! I have super high arches and needed some relief. From the state of the art images of my feet to the custom orthotics that were produced I new I was at the right place. I was used to having to step into a foam imprint and wait 4-5 weeks for an orthidic to be made but not a Biocorrect. First class service and very knowledgeable staff! So glad I choose them.

You may have seen the commercial for customized shoe inserts from a certain company. I went and got the sales pitch...and a price that knocked me off my chair. The price was beyond my means and left disheartened that I would not find any relief.I found Biocorrect online and made an appointment. My exam was done by someone with an actual diploma on the wall...not someone whose last job was in a meat market (really). I was fitted with real custom inserts, not shoe horned into a system. The cost was far less than that other place too.How do they work? Exactly as true custom inserts should. My feet have been virtually pain free since.Make an appointment....these folks will get you back on your feet!

I was directed to Biocorrect in 2009,by a foot and ankle surgeon. The custom orthotics have made walking ,comfortable, and I have been able to avoid surgery, all of these years.

After being off work for a long while, I was able to get a position that I could do.I developed terrible foot pain. And deformity in one and severe arthritis in the other. I cannot even explain the amount of pain I was in. I was referred to a foot/ankle specialist. He said I was a candidate for surgery, but knew I had just got back to working. I am a very active 51 year old! Nine years ago I walked into Biocorrect and received my first pair of custom orthotics. GAME CHANGER! My feet supinate causing my calf muscles to develop towards the outside of my legs and my left leg/hip was not firing as strong as the right hip when I ran. My inserts helped my calf muscles shift back into place and my left side grew stronger.10 years later I went back to Biocorrect (better late than never) for new and improved inserts. Yes, its true, your orthotics wear out and your stride changes with age! I had left knee pain, developing arthritis, and a bunion. My second pair of inserts include more cushion and help relieve pressure on the knee and the bunion. Win-win!I was beginning to feel like my running days, hiking days, and biking days were becoming a thing of the past due to discomfort. THANK YOU, Biocorrect! Great experience working with the Biocorrect team with incredible results!I wore my old custom orthodics (not from Biocorrect) for the past 6 years from when I played college soccer. My old pair was very worn and my knee pain was starting to come back. I was connected to Biocorrect by Armour PT in Kalamazoo.I utilized the Biocorrect mail-in service which was extremely easy and convinient - I did an assesment and foot impression at Armour PT and they sent the info to Biocorrect, who handled the rest. After recieving the new insoles via mail a week later, Bioccorrect even took the insoles back right away to rework the size/shape to fit all of my shoes - which I did in person at Biocorrect to ensure best size/fit results.Biocorrect communicated every step of the process very clearly, even taking the time to explain the improvements they made to my insoles compared to my old ones, how to properly break-in the new insoles, and even how the biling and insurance adjustments would work.I was able to break-in the insoles within a week, running a 5k and playing in two full soccer games shortly after. My lingering knee pain went away completely and I have been wearing my insoles in every single shoe since!Thank you so much Biocorrect team! Keep up the good work!

I am VERY happy with Biocorrect. Without the orthotics they made specific to the needs of my foot problem, I would hardly be able to walk. The orthopedic foot surgeon recommended Biocorrect. He said surgery would possibly correct my problem, but would be a long painful process for recovery and not guaranteed. I am 65 years old, exercised all of my life, wore flat shoes all of my life, and still my arches have no support due to arthritis. Whenever I try to walk without my orthotic shoes, I suffer from tremendous pain.Also, the people at Biocorrect were extremely pleasant and helpful in filing my insurance.

After my foot specialist said there was nothing else he could do, I was still having problems with foot pain and walking. I decided to pay the experts at Biocorrect a visit. I found them to be friendly, caring, and very knowledgeable. Simply put, I would not be walking pain free today if not for Biocorrect. Like other reviewers, I too first went to the store with all the Hallmark-esque commercials. I have a very unique foot situation, but the brand-name store tried to give me their $1,200, one-size fits all foot solution that I was supposed to cram into my custom built ankle foot orthotics. I am glad I left and went to Biocorrect Labs. The considerate folks at Biocorrect took the time to evaluate my feet and in the end referred me back to my AFO manufacturer. Even though the final determination was that they could not help me, they took the time to evaluate my feet, shoes, AFOs and in the end - were honest enough to tell me my best option would be to return to the maker of my AFOs. Kudos to the staff. They could have sent me off with a $1,200 (non-refundable) insert like the other guys. If I had feet that could be corrected by their solution, I am confident this is THE place to go for this type of product.

This place has horrible customer service. I purchased a pair of inserts from them, and 3 months later they are already worn out. I asked for a refund or a new pair and was told that their inserts only last a short time and that i should buy a new pair. These inserts cost $50 and only last 3 months?? I had better luck with Dr. Scholls... This is horrible customer service, and i will not do business with them again..

My athletic trainer / physical therapist had a pair of orthotics made for me through Bio Correct about 5 years ago. I had had major ankle surgery that went rather botched, and my activity levels were severely limited due to pain and discomfort; I was non-weight bearing for almost 6 months and for about two years after, I had a hard time walking more than a city block without pain, and forget any sort of uneven ground. Once I found this PT to work with, I saw significant improvements. What has enabled me to regain most of my activities was the orthotics she had cast and made through Bio Correct. I am now on my second pair for daily wear and a pair for my snowboard boots. It is because of Bio Correct that I have my life back and am able to do all the things l love to do. Without their orthotics, snowboarding would not be an option nor would big mountain hikes, or even trekking around a city when traveling - they got me moving again and keep me going!

Following reconstructive surgery on both feet 9 years ago, My orthopedic surgeon recommended I replace my orthotics with those made by BioCorrect of Grand Rapids, MI. The first time I put them in my shoes was the first time in many years my ankles, knees, hips, and shoulders were aligned ! I walked through my exercise and through my busy dayswith no discomfort after years of aching feet. A remarkably attentive and knowledgeable staff continue to help my body through correctiveorthotics as the years progress and changes occur, preventing other surgeries using techniques of advancing technology. I am a VERY happy patient and have recommended this lab to everyone who may need such services. My 10 and 12 year old granddaughters wear them daily, safely adding comfort and correction as growing bones mature.

I am an avid runner and three years ago I developed a horrible case of plantar fasciitis. The physical therapist who was treating me is excellent and very knowledgeable about athletes and over zealous runners like myself. He suggested orthotics for my running shoes as a way to prevent future occurrences of plantas fasciitis. I was skeptical and envisioned heavy, rigid inserts in my running shoes. I followed his advice and decided to go ahead with the orthotics. He took molds of my feet, sent them in to Biocorrect and they custom made inserts for my running shoes. I was delighted when I ran with them for the first time, I hardly noticed they were in my shoes. They are not heavy or rigid like I imagined. I have run several marathons with the inserts, all pain free. I love that I can now buy lighter neutral shoes because the orthotic does the correcting, not the shoe. I just contacted Biocorrect to order a new pair and almost three years later they still have the original molds to make me aew pair. I live in Florida and did everything from here. I can not say enough positive things about this company and these orthotics.

I went to Biocorrect to see if I could get relief from constant leg pain caused by Iliotibial Band Syndrome. The orthotics from Biocorrect gave me immediate relief, so I recommended my husband get orthotics to help with ankle pain from an old ankle injury (broken ankle). He has found great relief also. We have always had great service, and would highly recommend Biocorrect for pain relief. The orthotics have certainly improved our quality of life.

My entire family now has custom orthotics from Bio Correct. They were able to alleviate my Plantar Fasciitis that was so painful that I could hardly walk. I am back to running again!A year after my father had knee replacements he has shin splints so bad that he could hardly walk so I suggested that he to go in for an evaluation. A few months later he was pain free with the aid of custom orthotics.My 10 year old daughter was having leg pain and now that is gone as well with the aid of custom sports orthotics.Over the past four years that I have been having Biocorrect make me orthotics they have changed the resins and materials that they used to make their orthotics which resulted in some undesirable issues for me (thus the four star rating), but they have seemed to have dialed it back in now and my last pair of custom ones have been my best ever!I especially appreciate that they recommend a few specific running shoes based on my particular correction. I have had Biocorrect orthotics for over 10 years now and I can tell you that I will not get my orthotics from anyone else. I run ultra marathons do iron distance triathlons using my orthotics as well as using them everyday for work. The staff is awesome and there orthotics last.

They used top technology - a lazer instrument which precisely measured my foot and gave them what they needed to design my new orthotic. They make the orthotics in-house and if there were any adjustments needed, they took care of them right there, without getting other parties involved. The adjustments I needed were done the same day.
