I highly recommend Chris for people who live with chronic pain. Ive learned a lot since I started going to her, and I always feel much better after a session with her. I use her instructions in my daily life and it has helped me greatly improve upon my self-care regimen. I feel better overall, not just during & after a visit, and thats truly remarkable for me!

I highly recommend Chris. My first visit with her was a couple years ago after many medical and physical therapy appts didnt help my upper back pain. I dont go often and never thought I would go to a massage therapist, but now, she is my first call when I have new pain issues. They are always alleviated in one visit.
