Super friendly and welcoming staff who really care about you. Shakes are AMAZING couldn’t believe they were good for me! AND workout classes?! A one stop shop in my opinion. Oh and did I mention everything is family friendly all ages!!

Love this place! I originally came for nutrition advice and the delicious shakes. I stay for the wonderful smiles and people (staff and other customers). If you need a hug they will throw that in for free!!!

The owner and her staff were phenomenal and very education. Wide variety of flavors, clean atmosphere, etc. They dont treat you like just another customer walking through the door, they take the time to learn your name and get to know you. Highly recommend!

This place is so amazing! The shakes are delicious and Nutritious, the shake makers are so friendly and helpful. I am a huge fan of the Cardio Drumming class that they offer. The environment at Nutrition-n-more is very welcoming and supportive.

I found Nutrition-N-More through cardio drumming with my sister over a year ago. It was such a fun workout and everyone was so welcoming that I kept coming back 3 times a week. The delicious shakes were an added bonus. This place helped me lose almost 30 lbs and keep it off for the past year. They have become my second family. This place is my second home! The smoothies taste amazing & I definitely reccomend the cardio drumming class to everyone. I was invited to check it out over a year ago, and Ive been coming back regularly ever since. On top of everything, the staff here is so welcoming and friendly. They helped me lose 22 pounds!
