I wish I could leave comments for all of the ladies that have had to tolerate this place.They have no communication whatsoever.All theyve done is lie, and Ive left multiple voicemails, even with supervisors and nobody ever calls back. But they go out of their way to tell other people that are irrelevant answers to questions that should be confidential..and are all lies anyway.They say they can help with all sorts of resources, but never do. Then blame the people they are supposed to be helping, people that are begging for help, for not getting help.I wont put the specific names out there, but I hope they see this and know that they are really hurting children and their families of not even myself and my niece and nephew that would have a comfortable loving home , but so many others as well.Its sad. But some people prefer a paycheck over doing what is right.Special shout out to judge Gardner. Google her name.She is probably the root of all of our problems.

Definitely does not deserve any stars, but it will only let me put 1.Lack of communication with workers AND foster parents, if they even message me back, so many lies and false accusations. Cant see my kids, making cps reports on me when I was always supervised ON VIDEO at the agency and I still get accused of things that I never did. Will not give me video footage (if they even keep it). I ask for things to help my situation, and they dont answer to that either. I have so much more I could put, but thats all Im going to put in this review. If you get this agency, I definitely recommend you try going to a different one if possible.

I would give 0 stars if I could but the next best is 1 and they don’t deserve 1 star.They manage to make everything so much more difficult then it needs to be. Its terrible being under the guardianship of Wellsprings cross your fingers that you don’t get them and get a better agency. Hopefully you’re more lucky then me. Definitely don’t recommend affiliating with them IN ANY WAY.

I am currently referred to them and my children in Placement through them. Every bad review on here explaines everything I am going through. This place hasnt given me any instructions, classes, drug screens, nothing to move in a direction to get my kids back. No communication what so ever, and absolutely do not care for whats in the best intrest for the children cause you can 100% see my youngest becoming more and more mentally traumatized everyday shes away from her mom and dad.(seperated) but co-parenting like champions. Taylor Church is the worst and more so trying to dig and dig to try to find 1 thing wrong with me instead of trying to bring my kids back. And till she does my kids suffer. If I could do 0 stars I would. Im tying to file a lawsuit, so anyone that can help with bringing forth their story please email me!

Unfortunately, this agency doesnt care about appropriate placement, or communication. All they want is a child in a bed, I assume for the state dollars. They will lie and manipulate foster parents into situations, then throw their hands up and tell you its your responsibility to fix it. Communication is a flat 0!! I am in the process of filing a complaint with the state for what I feel were fraudulent practices. Id highly suggest another agency!!

One star bc Zero stars is not an option. Horrible agency. Lazy. Incompetent. My kids are not in care but their half siblings are. Supposed to get monthly visits but all we get are excuses. State of Michigan should 86 this contract. Cut off their state and federal funding. If you have similar experiences file a complaint with Lansing Child Welfare Services ASAP.

This place is playing a lot of games and will not place our grandson back within the family when there are many capable people that are willing to take him in..... if your involved with these people best thing is to lawyer up immediately...

Horrible, I have to agree with Michael McElheny, Terrible Communication with Foster Parents. I dont believe that they do everything possible for what is in the best interest of the children and /or the families involved. I also would not recommend this place, Michael is right there are much better agencys in the Grand Rapids and the surrounding area. I feel really bad for the children and families

Terrible organization. Dealing with these people is impossible and they have no compassion or knowledge of how to deal with children.

Wellspring is a great place to work and to get licensed as a foster parent!

Horrible, Terrible Communication with Foster Parents. Concern is not for the Kiddos but $$$. I would not recommend this place, there are much better agencys in the Grand Rapids area.

Best place to work. People care about clients, the community and each other.
