This was our first experience boarding our 11 month old lab mix and they did not disappoint! They took such great care of our energetic pup, the group play time was perfect for him! We added a bath on at the last minute so when we came to pick him up he was fresh, tired and happy. They washed our dog bed we brought with us as well, we will definitely be back!

My family and I have been bringing our puppy here for a couple of months now and we love it. They are very professional and friendly, and you can clearly see that they care for these animals. My puppy gets excited and happy every time we take him, so I’m taking that as a good sign. Pricing for both daycare and training is reasonable. Overall this is a great place and I highly recommend anyone to bring their pets here.

Took my dog there who has never met someone he doesn’t like. Usually goes and stays at whiskers and have never had a problem there, had to take him here because they were full one weekend. When I picked him up he walked out with his tail between his legs and head down, did not even try and get me to pet him until we got outside. Never have seen him like this. DO NOT take your dogs here. They also forgot to give back his favorite toy.

Just went for the first time for a cat grooming. They did a wonderful job!Asked for a lions cut and got exactly that.I got my appointment scheduled quickly which was awesome!Staff was very friendly and even showed pictures of haircuts to me to make sure we were all on the same page.Already scheduled another visit months down the road!

Nice people, and their landscaping is beautiful! Just pulling in the parking lot brings a feeling of calm.

Took our four month old golden retriever puppy to a half-day of daycare here and he came home with a bad limp. The staff gave us professional advice to NOT get him checked out by a vet. We did anyway, and it turns out he tore his ACL under their care -- almost unheard of in puppies that young. They couldnt tell us how it happened and would not share footage either. They said he was playing in the smallest puppy group (8-10 lbs), which wouldnt make sense in the first place for a 30+ lb puppy. He now will have to undergo at least one to two surgeries costing thousands of dollars because of their lack of supervision. Wish we would have never trusted these people with our sweet puppy.

This place seemed amazing at first but I was fooled. They watch my dog for 3 nights. The morning I went to go pick him up the lady at the front desk was rude. But also too he now has kennel cough. Im mad at the fact that they didnt call me to give me a heads up. Nothing was said and that is ridiculous. If I didnt know what kennel cough sounded like and didnt get him to the vet right away he could have developed phenomena and could have possibly died.

First time here for service. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very comfortable leaving my pet with them for grooming and a bath.They were up front regarding their fees which seemed reasonable.We were very satisfied with the the haircut my dog received.

We brought our dog Squirt here, and we were a bit hesitant when looking at the older reviews. We are glad we took a leap of faith and decided to try this place. If youre reading this and looking for a place to go for your first grooming of your dog, this is a wonderful place, and very affordable. We brought our dog in at 9:30am and they were finished with his full grooming by 10:30am. This was trimming his hair, a bath, and I believe he got his anal glands expressed as well. Before our promotional discount they had going on, the total was about $45 for our full grooming service. Even if we didnt get a discount, that is a price we wouldve been happy with. Our dog is 25lb, and doesnt have a ton of hair, so I wouldnt expect the same price unless your dog is within that range.Not only when we came to drop him off was the service incredible and very professional, but they definitely were genuinely enjoying their work and greeted Squirt as if he was their own dog. Squirt loved the gentleman who brought Squirt to get groomed, and when we came back, Squirt looked more happier than when we dropped him off. Not only was he a lot softer, cleaner, and trimmed perfectly... But he also smelled like fall which was a very nice touch! They also gave him a cute fall themed bandana.I wanted to write this review, so that if youre looking around I can ensure you that if in the past this place had a few hiccups, theyve cleaned up whatever problems they did have, and we were nothing but happy with the service we received and the handle they gave our dog.

Was charged an extra fee that front desk personnel insisted didn’t exist at the time I dropped off my pup. Upon getting home with my pup after pick up, I realized that they failed to give back my pup’s favorite chew toy. I called to address the surprising total and whomever I spoke with (Rebecca or Rachel maybe?) assured she likely knew who the front desk personnel was who failed to convey the accurate charges at drop off but was unapologetic in terms of customer service and offering any sort of rectification for the business’ error.

Got my pet groomed here and they did a very poor job. Choppy and not what I asked for. Perhaps they are better at daycare services than grooming services.

I brought my cat in for a lion cut as a new customer. Upon entering the facility, we did not feel welcomed. We were rushed inside and asked “what do you want?” We’ve never been before and weren’t sure what services were offered for cats. I was guessing that might be because of being overwhelmed from COVID protocols or something, but then we had our vaccination records triple checked because they did not believe my cat was up to date. She has had a lion cut many times before. I was unaware that the lion cut at this facility was extremely different from everywhere we’ve been before. They only shaved the back half of my cat. Also, the back half that was shaved is jagged and choppy. When I brought it up, they dismissed my concerns and said that I should’ve asked for a “full shave.” My wife then called to see if it could be corrected. Rebecca answered and must’ve all ready been having a bad morning, because as my wife was explaining our cat’s hair cut, she started yelling at my wife saying how she wouldn’t know because she wasn’t there the day before. We understand, Rebecca. That’s why we’re explaining to you what happened. Stop yelling and listen. Still waiting to here back from the manager. Just hoping we can get this corrected. Refund or fix the cut. Photos of my tortoiseshell cat are posted. The photos are taken one day after. Very choppy and disappointing.

I was looking for a place that I could kennel my 10 year old dog when I traveled. I am so thankful I found All Heart, the staff were very accommodating to allow me to stay with my dog until he got used to the staff. He was totally fine and really had a great time I left after a half hour. My dog goes to another day care during the week and has attended that day care since he was 8 months old. They are only open Monday thru Friday and no kenneling. However, I can not leave my dog at the vet for care like his yearly teeth cleaning I have to stay with him until the drugs take affect and I have to be the one to get him out of the kennel at the vet. Well I thought I would have the same issue at All heart. Nope he is excited to go and already loves the staff. They take pictures and give updates- AWESOME. The staff pair the dogs appropriately for play and I trust that they really know what they are doing. Totally happy with the care they have given my dog. This is an experienced staff and I am so very thankful I found this company. I have such a relief that I have a place I can kennel him when I travel and they truly love the animals.

My Otis LOVES All Heart. He gets go play with his friends all day. The girls that work there are wonderful and really take the time to get to know each dog.Becca is incredible with all the dogs, all dog and humans just love her.Brandy is is wonderful with the dogs.Mel is wonderful with the dogs and is also a very talented groomer! Otis always looks great after she grooms him.Definitely a great place go bring you dog and if goh buy packages. Much more affordable to. We have been coming daily for almost a year and will keep coming back.

All Heart Pet Care Center is a great place to leave your pet. We have left our dog, Rocky, in their care numerous times and are never disappointed. The staff is very friendly with us and Rocky, and every time we bring him he is very excited to see all of them again. We have seen the back cages where they are kept and they are very clean and spacious. I am never concerned when I leave him there and I know he feels safe and welcomed by everyone. Great place and would highly recommend!

Our Oliver loves it here and so do we! Oliver is always excited to see his best friends (employees) here. They are super observant and really take care of our little puppers, he is always excited to see them and vice versa. Truly they care about your animals as if they were their own. I love it here. I also love the report cards they text/email, it brings comfort in knowing how well he is taken care of.

They watched our dog for 3.5 days. Thats the positive. The negative is we paid for the bath and nail trim service to be done the morning of pick up and our dog only received a bath. They said our dog was difficult to give a bath so they skipped the nail trim. Yes, shes difficult but we bathe her and trim her nails at home as needed (many times). Youre the trained professional. We basically paid $15 for a bath and theres no value in that. We picked up our dog at 3pm and she was soaking wet. The alternative was to sit and wait for her to dry. Next time, we will find another option for boarding our dog.

DO NOT take your pet here! First off, their prices on the website are WRONG! You will pay at least $30 more than the stated prices on their website. I brought my dog there to be groomed Saturday...it’s now Monday and my dog has a severe ear infection in both ears. We just left the vet and this is caused by them getting too much water in her ears and not using cotton balls to block the water from entering her ears. So after paying $66 to get my 20 pound dog groomed and $76 in vet costs....this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Also, I did call this place and discussed these issues and she just apologized and said it was probably an honest mistake she probably forgot to put the cotton balls in. An honest mistake that cost me a lot of money! If you are caring for people’s loved ones, there should not be any mistakes that would hurt them! She also stated the owner needs to update the prices on their website. Well yea! $30 is a big difference!

I was just there for spay and neuter Express but they were very kind and helpful while we waited.

If I could I would give this place zero stars. I purchased a groupon for an obedience training class for my dog Demi last September. On the phone Brian seemed very knowledgeable & was extremely helpful in scheduling the appointment. However things quickly changed. My dog is a very high energy pit/mix probably the most spastic dog in the class. And on the first day of class it seemed like he wanted to make an example of her. During the walking part of the training he asked if he could walk our dog. To which I agreed, being the spastic/ stubborn puppy she is she refused to follow him. And in order to get her to follow he repeatedly yanked on her leash hard enough to where the harmless choke collar they provided caused a laceration to her neck. From that point on she refused to participate & was afraid of Brian, all she did was lay in a corner and whimper. We ended up taking her out of the class & never returned. I would never bring any of my pets back to this place nor recommend anyone do so.

I went in for The Obedience class and my expectations were blown away the Improvement with my dog is amazing its like having a completely new dog the instructor Bryan Langlois was very helpful and extremely courteous he worked one on one with everyone in the class and made sure my dog was getting everything he needed I would highly recommend it to anyone having any obedience problems

My fiance and I adopted a 11 month old shepherd with a lot of seperation anxiety. We have been trying everything and anything we can think of to get him comfortable with the crate and being alone. Since we both work all day we thought maybe daycare would benefit him, tire him out and seperate him from us. However, the first daycare we tried failed him due to not having good crate manners (in no means do I blame them). He is a very smart and social boy so we searched and searched for other daycare options. Then we found All heart Pet Care Center, they were quick with responses and even offered help. He now goes there regularly for daycare and has a new girlfriend, Cedar. I am very appreciative to them for being there early in the morning for drop off and for not kicking him out of course!

My dog seems to love it although he doesnt act the same once hes home

I would never ever recommend anyone take there Dog or pet to all heart pet care center. Bruce is a vary dis honest man who lies & scams people for their money. Im a disabled combat veteran I needed someone to keep my Precious Beautiful and loving pit bull terrior Lai and train her to become a service dog so that I could take her back into the hospital with me Bruce said they could do both and sounded vary warm and caring over the phone. I was excited to have found someone in such short notice. I dropped Lai off at all heart pet care center on Sunday the 26 of March. For them to board and train her for 7 weeks while I was in the hospital. I explained the task I needed her to learn and develop. I was told no problem he said the training would be an Xtra $400 i came to pick up my dog on 11th of may to take her to her appointment at the VCA Woodland for a follow up visit for her eye in which Bruce had Previously taken her. I reported to VCA Woodland Dr west her doctor. she didnt seem like her normal self. She had lost some weight and had diariah. Saturday she still had diariah but this time I noticed blood in her stool. I called VCA woodland they said she needed to be seen right away. I called all heart and asked the young lady working if they had been notiicing blood in her stool. She told me yeah. I had been noticing that... So I called Bruce. He said he had gotten a stool sample just hadnt taken it to the lab yet. He said It was nothing serious to worry about... Why didnt you tell me all this before I picked her up??? This my big question... I had to drop Lai back off that Sunday 13 may (mothers day). This is also the day I found out my brother was sick I couldnt take her with me because #1 Bruce did not have her service dog vest. #2 I never received her certificate of training #3 his trainer who turns out to be Bruces son could not meet with me to show me what he taught her. #4 I needed them to fix what ever was wrong with her that happened to her while she was in thier care...I was out of $1500... I cried... having to leave my Precious dog with them again. I picked Lai back up on the 1st of June. Hacing to pay them another $395. At this time I also discussed with Bruce my brother being in hospice care terminal with cancer. Sorry to say my brother passed away that Sunday 3 June 2018. Bruce calls me the next day harassing me. offering me money saying I had to remove my reveiw....He Kept calling kept harassing me until I finally gave in and agreed if he reimbursed me $400 of my money. Id remove the reveiw and that we would go our separate ways... I called him Tuesday when it was removed. He refused to pay me. Wouldnt answer my calls or texts. This guy is the scum bag of all scum bags... Calling me the day after my brothers death. Blaming me for my dog getting sick. Come to find out. Bruce said my dog had gardia... Which comes from contanamated feesis. He even tried saying she contracted it while in my care from the 11- 13 of may. I dont know if she had gardia or didnt have it... All I know is the diahari and blood in her stool is gone. Bruce told me. He discounted enough for me already. He told me previously he did not charge me for taking my dog to the VCA about the blood in her stool. Well I called VCA woodland this afternoon they said the last time they saw Lai was when i bought her in for her check up on for her eye. On the 11 of may... He lied... He never returned her to them to be examand for blood in her stool. As I had requested. He said he did He never even sent her labs thier... i am so afraid that Im going to find out something else is wrong or going to be wrong with my beautiful dog. From a result of this man. I do believe I deserve a full refund . But sometimes you just have to be glad you made it out thru the war alive... You aught to be ashamed of yourself... shame on you double time. If he calls me again I will be reporting him to the authorities.... I will continue my investigation of this man soon after grieving my brothers death. He is the one who gave me this Beautiful dog.

Squeezed me in for a cut

Made my dog bleed really bad. It was a terrible experience because the cut was one of the worst ones she has ever experienced. I did call your office immediately after it happened. We did in deed discuss it. I dont understand why owners act as if we are lying or adding false information. You definitely know what I am talking about I have recipes that will prove that you where very aware of this knowledge. Please lets not go there just admit to the incident and move on. It doesnt matter to me because I will NEVER bring my dog back there. I felt HORRIBLE after the visit because she was not acting like her normal self. She was sad and laying around. When I looked at her paws she was in pain and they where still bleeding after the fact. I called the groomer immediately because I was so furious. When I took her to the vet they agreed that you cut them way to short and said it had to be very painful for her. My problem is they where already cut by you guys two days prior why in the heck would you even try to cut them again. As a groomer you can see when they are too short to be CUT!! My fault this was a lesson learned and will never happen again!!! You people are lie alot you know darn well you know who I am and talked to me. That business look dingy. Everytime I ride past there i feel awful for ever bringing my dog there and I feel 😥 for the other dogs that are left there b/c their owners are unaware as to how your treating them.

Reasonably priced grooming a d friendly staff

*Edit: previous review said ‘I’ll be taking my dog to Petsmart’ but I meant Petco.*Terrible dog wash. My girlfriend brought my husky in for a bath because he was starting to smell like a teenage boy on a camping trip! When I called to set up the appointment, they said they would need him for at least four hours...yes, four, and they’d call when he was done. Four hours later, no call. We waited another hour or so and called them, they said he’d be done in a bit and told me to call back; pretty unprofessional. All in all, it took til closing time to get my dog back and he STILL stank like a sumo wrestler in a sauna! You know what the kicker is? He got fleas. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I’ll be taking my doggo to Petco from now on. They’re the same price and Petco makes SURE they’re clean, smell great and brushed out well and this INCLUDES nail trimming! Definitely won’t be going back here for the wash; at least for their dog wash its, a waste of money.

I boarded my cat there for two days last month. I will give credit that the facility seemed reasonably clean and both women behind the counter when dropping off and picking up my cat were friendly and easy to work with. That is all the positive things I can say.Deduct one star because my cat came home SICK with an infection that required a vet visit and antibiotics and LIMPING on his back leg.Deduct one star because when I called afterwards to request additional information about my cats stay, the man who answered the phone (Bruce) was more interested in being defensive and arguing with me about whether or not my cat was actually sick than answering my questions.Deduct another star because my cat was there for at least 4 if not 5 meal times (depending on what their feeding schedule is) but when the leftover food was returned at the end of my stay, I noticed that there were only 2 servings missing. During our phone call, Bruce said that my cat did not eat much at all the first day there, but then began to eat later (although I find this hard to believe because he had almost no appetite whatsoever for another week following). But instead of offering my cat a new serving of food, which I brought plenty of, at each meal and discarding whatever he didnt of the previous meal, they left the old serving of *canned wet food with water mixed in* sitting out in an environment full of other animals and animal waste in close quarters, and waited until my cat got desperate enough to eat what had been sitting out?! Thats disgusting, thats not following my instructions, and thats not responsible practice. (Or if they do not leave the food out and store it between mealtimes, then they definitely did not give my cat long enough to consume it. I consider that starving my cat.)Deduct another star for the shamefully misrepresentative description of their facilities. I had to go into the back room because the attendant couldnt get my cat into his carrier and asked me to come help with him. (Hmm... I wonder if this is why my cat came home limping and still a month later is favoring one leg...) But I got to see what the cattery facility looks like and it is nothing like described on their website:All guests relax in private, climate controlled roomsThis is actually why I chose this place, because from this description it sounded like other facilities such as Best Friends Pet Care in Lansing which have each cat in a small closet sized room with a window. Dont be fooled-- their cattery is nothing more than a small narrow room with a large bank of cages along the entire back wall. Implying that each cat gets a private room to themselves is completely inaccurate and INTENTIONALLY DISHONEST. If I wanted my cat to be in a cage like that I would have boarded him at my vet where at least I know he would be taken care of well, unlike here where he was starved and returned to me sick and limping.Our Kitty Condos are in a separate location in the facility, far away from the noise or activity of our canine guests.Well, it is a separate room down a long hallway, but you can definitely still dogs barking from the cattery.Kittens and cats love our Deluxe Kitty Condos.I somehow doubt it... all five or six cats in the cattery when I went to retrieve my cat gave me the dear God get me outta here! look -- now I know why. Be honest -- there is nothing deluxe about it. KITTY CONDO = EMPTY METAL CAGE just big enough for a cat and a litter box.This place *earned* every single star that it lost from my review. It may be okay for dogs -- I cant speak to that -- but this place is not worth the money or the hassle for your cats -- they deserve better than this place. I will not be back.

I would not even give this business a 1 star. I bought my mom the Groupon for this place and it took 6-8 weeks to get an appt. The day of the appt they called as she was driving to her appt with them. They cancelled her appt and said the groomer would call to reschedule. After 5 days of no call I left a message for them to call me back so she could reschedule, no call back. I am so furious with All Heart Pet Care I will let everyone know what horrible customer service they have. So my mom decided to go to All Heart to get her money back and ask what happened. I dont know if my mom spoke with the owner or manager but he is a terrible business owner. He never apologized for the bad experience, he only apologized for the groomer going home sick!!! He then told my mom she was having a temper tantrum!! I cant believe this guy runs a business. Everything I just wrote is all true and I am discusseded with this guy and business.

I bought a groupon for puppy classes in July and have left multiple messages. I have yet to receive a call back. The groupon expires in Dec. I am so frustrated. Do not buy a groupon from All Heart Pet Care.
