I walked in and was immediately greeted by Heidi at the front desk along with Fred, the owners dog. I am a dog lover so this was a nice added bonus and he was a complete GENTLEMAN!I came in to have one of my teeth augmented to match the other. The procedure was quick and simple and my tooth looked incredible. So happy with the results!The staff here was very welcoming and made me feel at home. I will definitely be coming back for future dental needs!

Husband had 4 front teeth crowned. They turned out beautiful and look totally natural. Great job by the entire staff. Everyone is professional and friendly. It was a painless experience. Highly recommend Kentwood Family Dental Care if you are looking for a dentist.

Since Dr Rossi sold his practice to Dr VanDyke the care has gone down hill fast. 1. Billing errors I had to fight to have fixed (never had these issues in the 15+ yrs I’ve been a patient there 2. Owner brings dog to work and during a cleaning crapped on the floor (gross to smell with a hygienist in your mouth) 3. Biggest complaint: Told adult daughter she had 9 cavities! This is a girl who rarely has cavities normally. Took her to Dr Mull in Standale for a 2nd opinion and found only one cavity! He suspected Dr Michele wanted to replace old fillings which he did not recommend. We have since pulled our family of 6 out of the practice and now go to Dr Mull.

Visited Dr. Michelle Vandyke for the first time since Dr. Rossi sold his practice. I was given white material for my replacement fillings which they fail to tell me was not covered by insurance. Whatever she did caused more pain and a will most likely lead to me getting a root canal to undo the damage she has inflicted on me. I called her to see what could be done to fix the problem and got an appt. 3 days later. My pain was not a concern to her and her staff. The day before the appt. ,it was cancelled due to her being ill. I was give an appt. 12 days later. She has no back up plan for her patients that have emergencies? I hope she enjoys her 4th of July vacation, I wont be. I cant eat, have massive pain, and nobody to help. What a wonderful, caring, concerned dentist (NOT) .

I appreciate Kentwood Dental office so much! Everyone here is very polite and calm! They are so patient with me and explain everything clearly and are transparent about the costs too. Will surely recommend! Great experience with them.

I have been going to Kentwood Family Dental Care since I moved to this neighborhood. The staff have always been kind to me and go out of their way to make dental experiences comfortable. Dr. Michelle is always happy to answer concerns. I feel like I finally found my dentist.

I went in with sever pain a couple days ago and what an experience! I hated going to my old dentist because I never knew what was going on. But at Kentwood, the team is very open and educating. Am definitely going to be here for years to come.

Dr VanDyke and staff are skilled and professional, AND made me feel comfortable. They care for a person, which is above treating a patient’s condition. I was a patient of Dr Rossi, predecessor in the practice, for many years and have made an easy transition.

Ive been going to this office since I was three years old. Im now 29 and bring my own children there! Plus my husband! We all love the office and the staff is exceptional. Even though we live 30 minutes away, its well worth our drive. My family is well taken care of and we would not go anywhere else!

Dr. Rossi and his staff are very professional and caring. Our whole family have gone to him for years and are vey pleased.
