Every aspect of your business an treatment is first rate---great job! They provide an upfront cost, they lay out what work is needed and perform that work very well. Appointments are on time, and they include me the treatment plan if one is needed.

Dr. Toth always does a great job of making me feel comfortable and informed on what shes doing. Even though Ive had a lot of work done she never makes me feel bad about my past dental health and that means a lot to me. Thank you for all your help!

This is a very organized, well-run office. Dr. G is extremely nice, nonjudgmental, and understanding of any questions and concerns you have. The other support staff are welcoming and helpful, and office staff communicate frequently with appointment reminders/follow-ups to check in with patients after a procedure. I’ve never had a doctor or dentist do that.

I have been a patient here for a year or two now. Very friendly and professional staff. For years, I had been self conscious about my smile because the bottom of one of my top front teeth was practically see through from years of grinding. Dr. Toth fixed it up, and I couldnt be happier. Definitely recommend this establishment for all of your dental needs.

I’ve been coming here for 3 or 4 months now and they are still my favorite dentist office.Dr.G is great! I really can’t say enough about him. He’s always pleasant, AMAZING attitude, nice convo, and does amazing work. We have finally completed all the work I needed and I’m now off to get ortho. Thanks Dr.G!Cassie, I also want to thank you. I work third shift, long hours and I know sometimes I can be unpleasant on the phone when I get woken up. BUT you’ve always been kind to me even when I was grouchy. I genuinely look forward to your calls and I appreciate you for always being kind, and getting me in as soon as possible.

Doctor Toth and her staff are the perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness! I had a dental emergency and was fit into the schedule right away. Every step of each procedure was explained as it was happening and the staff made sure I was comfortable with everything. EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE from the moment you walk thru their office doorway. The office environment is very welcoming, and clean. A LOT of professional offices could take lessons from this staff in Kentwood. Sherry & Lisa actually graciously greet you with a smile and could not be sweeter! Morgan, the hygienist could not be more attentive with a gentle touch, she’s very kind! Nancy, Dr. Howard’s chair assistant is very pleasant & she really flows with her! As for Dr. Howard she is simply the icing on top with a juicy cherry & sprinkles during each dental treatment. She is Awesome, very courteous and cares about what she’s doing AND about U the patient! She explains everything she’s going to do as she treats your teeth to a painLESS encounter! They sincerely are an OUTSTANDING Team who serve with excellence. I am BLESSED every time I’m there AND I even receive a phone call after I’ve had a procedure to see how I’m doing - INCREDIBLE! I would HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone seeking dental care of any kind! ***They even accept Care Credit which is extremely helpful financially because we don’t always have enough $ at our disposal when an emergency need arises. These dentists are crooks. They forcefully cancelled my appointments then during the procedure left the room to tend to another patient. This took 2 hours for 1 filling. Absolutely outrageous.

I could give them half a star. They were always very pushy trying to offer additional services after having a cleaning! Dishonest practice, they never told us our insurance doesnt contract with them and charged us for something that is considered preventative. Very unpleasant service overall. There are a lot of honest, great dentists in the area, stay away from this practitioner!

First time at a new dentist after moving and the staff was excellent. My cleaning with the hygienist was thorough and the Doctor was professional. I will be returning.

Truly the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Kind and professional staff.

Not impressed with this place whatsoever. Went in for a cleaning where they found an infection under a tooth that had already had two root canals. Told them at that point that I was not going to have another root canal and wanted the tooth pulled. They then sent me to an endodontist(I picked my own, not the one they referred me to due to insurance reasons) who couldnt do anything because I dont want another root canal. So back to the dentist I went were I stated again I wanted the tooth pulled. An appointment was made with an oral surgeon to do so. Since I wasnt in any pain I worked it out with the dentist so I could just call them and they would call in antibiotics to the pharmacy if pain developed. Called them today to get the antibiotics because the tooth started hurting and they want me to come in for another appointment before they will call them in. Seems like they care more about getting you in repeatedly to make money than actually caring for the patient

They are amazing!!! Perform a exceptional job!! Great for the entire family!! And when it comes to fixing a broken tooth. ... the Dr will fix it so well that you wont remember which tooth you broke..

Ive been coming to the old office (before comfort family dentist bought it out) for several years. I loved the previous dentist and all staff. Ever since they were bought out, my family and I have had nothing but problems. We had an issue with our billing and had we not gone over the bill ourselves, we wouldnt have known we over paid our bill. I feel like this is something they need to become more accurate and efficient on. So double check your statement if you go here. Also, I had a cavity done which was horrible and felt like the dentist just came in and out. Did her job and not once was concerned about how I was feeling or how the tooth was afterwards. Now the tooth is very sensitive. I called back to see if they could do something about it and was told someone will call me back. No one called. I still love all of the hygienists that stayed during the transition and they were the only ones that kept me going. However, I couldnt take it anymore and had enough. Just felt as if all they were doing was to try to suck more services and money out of me.

I was seen on an urgent basis by Dr. Toth because I had a crown fall off....I was all spazzed out because I was sure someone could see what seemed like a gaping hole in my mouth. Dr.Toth saw me that day, glued it back in and I was on my way. She was very kind, calmed me down and did a great job with the repair. Awesome experience!
