The new salon Manager is amazing. I am following her from another salon and will continue to go wherever she is- even though its an hour drive now. My hair always turns out exactly like I want it and has been able to keep it heathy even with processing.Kiley , the new salon manager, also did my extension for my wedding! Absolute perfect!!!!

I dont even know the guys name who did my hair but he did say he was the salon manager.... Just went in for a haircut and I showed him some pictures of exactly what I wanted. I even mentioned to him I know it wouldnt turn out exactly like that because the girls in the pictures had their hair styled. All I have to say, my hair is no where near anything how I had wanted it. I said I wanted lots of layers and I love it super choppy. He only gave me 2 layers and when I tell you it looks like a three year old cut my bangs, well its true. Theyre so uneven, not the way I even wanted them to look like, and he took a chunk out of one side and not the other so its just lopsided and horrid. Honestly I will not go there again.

Borics was the place I used to go to to get my sons haircut but this place has kinda went downhill

I had my mothers hair cut and dyed along with my own hair cut. I also brought my grandma in for a cut and had to despritly get my 13 yr old nieces hair fixed after her and her friends boched attempt at a split dye. Their Stylists are amazing. Really dependable and they are willing to help you figure out the coloring for the hair. My mother and niece look amazing and they were both so relaxed the entire time. Cost was good professional quality for a very good price.

I walked in and Anthony took my name. He was very polite and I liked his attitude. Very respectful and friendly.

I got a haircut from Tera, and while her skills are on point, her people skills could use some help. I walked in and she checked me in, but the whole time she felt standoffish, and even though I was clear what length of hair I wanted, I still did not get it that short. I wanted a full cut but she started with a trim, and then I said shorter. I said “when I put it in a ponytail, I want about half of my hair to fall out.” I still can hold all of my hair in a ponytail easily. She also kept telling me how good she was at cutting hair, and explained things like I was 5. Overall, a subpar experience when I’m used to much better. I would go back but I wouldn’t get a haircut from Tera again.

Anthony made things quick and easy for me. Love my haircut! Will be booking another appointment with him.

Taylor helped style my hair today and she did so amazing!I had no idea what to do with my hair for a special all day event and she really helped me out. I highly recommend BoRics and definitely Taylor.

I so rarely give 5 stars but Ive always got a good cut here. Consistency is extremely important in the service industry and this particular BoRics has always given me a great cut. Actually went there for my final cut before my own wedding. I live 45 minutes away but I make a point to go there if Im in the area.

Got my hair trimmed and felt good leaving the salon! Even picked up some product Danae recommended and I get complements I’m how great my hair smells all the time!!

My 14 year old literally cried, when he seen what they did to his hair. To make matters worse to compensate they gave him a broken razor. Oh and still charged full price. Thank goodness I was able to get the razor before he tried to fix his own hair😂😂. But I’m very serous, STAY SAFE STAY AWAY!

Ive been getting my hair done here for a couple years and never had a bad experience until a couple days ago. Jenni has been there a long time. I always see her and I think she is a very experienced and knowledgeable stylist. She cut my hair for the first time last Friday. I told her I wanted a minimal trim and clean up my layers. She showed me about 3 inches of damaged hair and advised me to let her cut it off to help my hair look healthier and grow faster. I agreed. When she was done, she removed my cover and I noticed my hair was QUITE short. Its a nice cut, but not at all what I asked for. Every time I look into the mirror, my stomach turns. I get so ticked off she chopped about 6 inches off. I felt like she didnt listen to anything I said I wanted and did what she felt was better. It ruined my weekend. She will NEVER do my hair again!

I just happened to be at the store next door to this place, and my wife was running late to join me, so, as I was in dire need of a haircut, I decided to give this place a try while i waited for my wife to meet me. ultimately, the cut was decent, however, the customer service was horrible, i felt like i didnt belong. I am used to paying upwards of $15 for a cut plus tip. however, as a man, I had to ask for my eyebrows to be trimmed( other places ask me) and my hairy ears as well. I still tipped, but not sure the whole experience was worth over $20.

Long wait. Staff turn over is high. Always one person until late in the day when another staff shows up. Weekends are worst with 3 staff and very long wait. 1.5 to 2 hrs wait. My hair cut never are the same even when I always tell them how short the back and front should be. Different methods are use by different staff when my hair is cut. I feel bad only tipping them $3 and not $5. Do you blame me?

Normally the girl that cuts my hair does a good job but today she felt real rushed and it was pretty choppy.

Havent had a perm in 20 years. Went in for a beach or body wave perm and showed the stylist pictures. Was told it was a spiral perm that was curled out. (Now know that YouTube says otherwise.)Left the salon with wet hair. As soon as it started drying, I realized I had some major problems with frizz.Did the research with the problems, perm rods were too tight and the perm was overprocessed. I have months of deep conditioning treatments ahead.Major birthday disappointment. Borics not what it used to be. Would NEVER recommend anyone going for a perm ANYWHERE unless the stylist has YEARS of perm experience.If you want a body or beach perm for fine hair, and the stylist starts talking spiral perm... run. Also, dont expect a body perm of any kind with the small perm rods...the perm curls do not loosen in a couple of weeks. It takes 3-6 months for a perm to wear out.

This place doesnt even deserve a star but i had to rate it a star so i can write a review. I just want to let everyone know that my son and I both have whats called Ringworm. Its a highly contagious scalp fungus that can spread easily to someone thats in contact of it and i got it from one of the hairstylists there that arent cleaning their tools and from using it on someone thats in contact with Ringworm and passed it on. I recommend everyone going to someone thats highly professional and clean for all your hair needs.

Paid over $100 to have the worst color Ive ever had. Went back to tell them I wasnt satisfied after getting home and realizing color was orange and patchy. FYI, If youre looking for refund for services dont bother. They only attempt to fix it. After second try I just gave up and bought a box color on my way home.
