I have never been happier working with an agency as a whole. The owner prides herself in truly picking people that are beyond amazing. I highly recommend Guided Wellness. Everyone from the therapists, to the Nurses and everyone in between. Thank you Guided Wellness for truly helping me and my family!!!!!!

Giving this 2 stars because at one point, the receptionist I used to deal with when I called Guided Wellness was very nice. Not sure if it’s the same receptionist or not, but I’ve been trying to make a payment. Can’t get a hold of the billing department and Lindsey (ay) which is who is answering the phone at Guided Wellness is very rude. I’m not sure if the issue is that Ive called many times or if she’s having a bad day but her service is questionable - probably shouldn’t be answering phones. Good luck to any one calling in.

The way I’ve been treated at Guided Wellness has been none other than with sensitivity, openness and a genuinely wanting to help me. From Erin, receptionists, Eileen to the comfortable and inviting feeling you get from entering the doors. I couldn’t imagine life without them. Thank you so much for what you all do everyday.

I have worked with Erin professionally for many years. In her behavioral health director role and as a business owner, she has a great work ethic and her main concern is her patients. I’ve referred MANY friends and family to her because I believe she is one of the best therapists and her practice is run professionally.

Everyone there is very nice and caring. The therapists are excellent and you can tell they really care about their patients and wanting to help them. Guided wellness truly is a wonderful office dedicated solely to helping their patients all while creating a calm, friendly, trustworthy environment.
