Work performed was about average, not fully what I was told would happen. Mainly just replacing cracked main stacks. Because of one access area I was told the technician would replace the toilet. He did not.HERE IS THE IMPORTANT PART! $$$ And I was quoted quite a high amount. When I asked why so high I was told 2 technicians, all day. That made sense, maybe, except the work was quite simple for skilled and experienced techs. ONLY 1 TECH SHOWED UP. HE WORKED FOR ONLY 3 HOURS. Bonus for being efficient? Or was I ripped off? Seems like I was over bid and ripped off. I wont use them again. Greedy.

Lovely people and great customer service, I see why my father employed them for years at a hotel in town. However, called them to take care of the drain in our basement. They came out, on time. Very charismatic gentlemen, extremely polite. He did the work, all seemed fine. An hour later we were backing up again. They came back out and seemed to have fixed the problem. Three days later we were backing up again, we called to ask if they Guaranteed their work, they said no. Another $600.00 and a call to Roto Rooters the job was finally done and I was able to wash clothes, take a shower and wash dishes again.

From the initial site evaluation and estimate by Dave to the actual installation by Mike, Matt, and Tyler it was top-notch. Excellent work by respectful professionals. Generac generator was installed on July 21st, and while I was out-of-state I lost power due to a storm for 3 days. The generator started and never skipped a beat! Continual communication through the entire project. Thank You Lee Mechanical!

After the install, i noticed a noise in the furnace. When service came by to inspect, they found the furnace had issue prior to ac install. Dan repaired and it is still silent👍🏻Lee did not charge me for the repair. These guys are awesome and i definitely recommend them for any service that they perform.

I rarely write reviews, so hopefully this is a testament to how good these guys from Lee Mechanical are. They installed for us a Generac generator which was extremely challenging since we have a finished basement and the electrical panel was located on the opposite house corner from where the gas line is coming in. We obtained several bids and the one from Lee Mechanical was the most competitive one. The technicians were very professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and they left their work area, which spread over the entire basement, super clean.In summary, we have been 100 percent satisfied with Lee Mechanical’s service and definitely recommend them.

Our 24 yr. old furnace bit the dust on 12/09/20 and I gave Lee Mechanical a call that morning and Dave B. was at our house that same day with a quote on replacement and time frame on installment, which to our surprise was the following morning. I’ve used Lee many times for plumbing and electrical without any issues - always on time and professional. I had them out a year ago to replace an outside spigot and needed my other one replaced. Called and was able to get an appointment the next day. The same plumber from a year ago came out and completed the project within an hour. I took a star away because I am very disappointed in their new pricing structure. The same job cost over double (almost triple) what I paid a year ago. I needed the work done so I went ahead, but will be looking at other options next time. It almost feels as if Lee is trying to leave the residential business by charging so much for a job that took an hour.

Paid 150$ for an estimate on june 14th for electrical, and was looking to get HVAC work done as well. It took a month to finally get a copy of the electrical estimate and the HVAC rep went on vacation and never called back. After the 1st month of waiting, called to find out the status of the estimate and finally got the electrical estimate, asked about adding one outlet but if it would delay the work to not include it and asked for an ETA of when we could plan the work. After 2-3 weeks of waiting for an ETA (electrician on vacation, office short staffed etc all being given as reasons for no response) i never even got an eta for when they could do the work, nor were my emails replied to. Frustrated I called to get a refund, i was told Julie would call me back.. nothing that week, called again the following week and was told that im on a list and there is nothing they can do to speed up the process, that only julie can issue refunds and she is aware of me just has not had the time to reach out to me yet. Finally speak with Amanda and am told that Julie will try to call me in the next day or so to discuss the refund. Over all they may do good work but this has been a very poor customer experience and i cannot recommend their services.

Corey was very competent and friendly. He performed the annual maintenance of my heating and air conditioning plant. I am pleased with his work.

Lee took care of servicing my boiler and replacing a check valve on the indirect fired hot water loop. Two different service technicians (HVAC and Plumbing). Both were professional, polite, on time, and did good work. My prior HVAC provider closed his doors so it is nice to have a reliable local shop to take care of my needs. Thanks!

Kyle evaluated outside wiring and replaced a kitchen light dimmer switch. He explained to us the type of outside wiring that had been used. He also replaced some old wire in the kitchen light switch box. As always we were very satisfied with the service.

Matt looked at my project on site, wrote up the estimate, Julie approved it, I made a full versus partial payment based on the past quality of work, signed the contract and set up an install date. All done efficiently and effectively with enthusiasm.Matt, Nick and Mason installed my new water pressure tank, gages and copper tubing for half my basement in an efficient and professional manner. They worked straight through the day and beat the impending snowstorm. Periodically during day they checked in with me and showed me their progress. They thoroughly explained why they were using the size tubing so everything was in alignment with current code. I liked their work and asked for rough estimates on three more projects I will have them do in the next few months. Julie and the others in the office were always polite and efficient. I look forward to working with everyone at Lee in 2021 and beyond. I have 2022 projects in mind.

Our water heater died and Lee had a plumber here to install a new one in one hour flat after receiving our call. The plumber, Kevin, was courteous, professional and respectful. The new unit was installed within 2 hours and the fee was very reasonable. We strongly recommend this company.

I had a rental unit that needed a 59 cent wax ring for the toilet. I normally do the repairs myself. I decided to call lee plumbing because of time constraints.They quoted me $765.00 saying you really should have a master plumber do this!.I was beyond disbelief at the price.I did it myself for under a dollar.I understand a business making money but not out right robbing the customers.I would never ever use them.YouTube it and ask for help if needed.Shame on you Lees plumbing!!!

I wouldnt recommend using lee plumbing, they took a month to respond to give me a quote and charged be $150 for it. I had someone else come in that time and do the work for a fourth of what they quoted me. If you dont want the work they wont tell you, they will just leave you hanging.

We had our laundry faucet and washer shutoffs replaced. The plumber, Todd, explained the details of what he planned on doing and how much it would cost. Todd was very professional and answered any question I had. He did a great job on the installation and thoroughly cleaned up after the work was done. He explained what he had done and how to work with a new faucet (no need to lean into the handles anymore to shut off the water). He also explained about the new devices used to address water hammer which were installed. A very good experience from Todd and the folks at Lee. I will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.

Great work by Lee Plumbing. Pretty simple toilet install but the flange was below floor level and slightly on an angle, so I just wasnt comfortable doing it myself without risk of leaks. Tom Lee came and did the work. Walked me through exactly what he would do. He was quick and efficient, explained everything in detail, then cleaned up when done...almost the white glove cleaning treatment. Super professional, friendly service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for top notch plumbing services.

We have had a plumber and heating guy out recently. Both were very thorough. They called before the job to confirm what we needed so they were prepared. They tested their repairs before leaving. Very happy with their work.

We suffered significant damage to our basement due to the recent flood in our area. I called the folks at Lee Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric to help with getting us back up an running. First Dave Gauthier and Robert helped by installing a new hot water heater. Daves knowledge and willingness to share it with Robert was refreshing to see. Before they even got here, Dave had already figured out how to reconfigure the gas line to accommodate the new hot water heater. We were very impressed by his forethought thus making for a seamless installation. Next, I called for some electrical work. Kyle McGovern came by the same day that I called. He addressed all of our issues and fixed them. Kyle even took the initiative to clean-up work done by prior handy people. Very impressed and will be calling Lee Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric to come and check out the furnace shortly. Was recommended to me as a good plumber. I needed someone to fix the plumbing under my kitchen sink within a couple of days. I called and was told that they could get a plumber out around 1pm Thursday afternoon. Since I do not live there (Im about 35 miles away) I gave them the lock box code. They required a charge card to pay since I wasnt on site, I provided the information. I asked for a call when plumber got there and checked out what needed to be done and the cost. Well here it is Friday night, no phone call, no charge on my card. I called after business was closed and spoke to the lady I had talked to on Tuesday. She said she would call her uncle and he would call me back. That was about 4 hours ago. They had also been told that the place was being cleaned and water needed to be (fixed) running. Thanks so much for the great service. I will never recommend them.

Nick came out from Lee plumbing to hook up a new sink and garbage disposal after our new counter top was installed. It looked like a simple straight forward job, however, the hole for the faucet was drilled to small. Nick took the time to try to get it to work correctly and when he couldnt, he waited for the counter top people to come and enlarge the hole. He was professional and thorough, making sure everything worked properly and cleaned up afterwards. Plus he is just a really nice person. I highly recommend Nick at Lee Plumbing!

I would highly Recommend Lee plumbing. I have two commercial building.On one building I had an electrical fire. With major damage to electrical inside and outside of building. Lee plumbing is the go to place if you need any type of gas or plumbing work and want to have a professional on time experience. Prior to calling Lee i tried 4 different plumbers/plumbing companies and i regret that and wish i would have just called them from the start it would have saved me both time and money. Nick and Robert have been my Lee experts i have dealt with and they have both been very informative professional and understanding of helping me through my process. Everyone at Lee from the office (Nora) to the project manager (Dave) to again the installers (Nick and Robert) have been amazing to work with and they will always be my first call from now on.

Im giving the Heating and Cooling part of this company the 5 stars...Not the Electrical and Plumbing. Dave and his team did an awesome job with the furnace. Extremely fast, friendly, and professional. Dave explained everything that was involved with the purchase and warranties. While his crew made sure we knew all about the new furnace and thermostat. We also had called to get estimates on electrical and plumbing. It took over 2 weeks to get one estimate and we never did get the other one.

He did a fabulous job explaining everything to me from the best light bulbs to switches to use to give our dining room the best possible ambiance. I am so thankful for the Lee team! Horrible experience with this company from start to finish. As sellers of our house we contracted them to update electric work for our buyers. The receptionist was rude to us, our realtor, and is now being horrible to the buyers. Half the work we paid for wasnt even completed. Getting records and receipts was like pulling teeth. Horrible service. The plumber came over at the beginning of October and when we asked him about the pricing and details on what we wanted done he kept saying, “yea, if you can afford it.” I’m not sure if it ever came to him that the reason we called for an appointment was to see the estimate and see the cost of it all not to have him put it together then and there. When the plumber left he said we would get an estimate in about a week. Then 2 weeks past and we still have no estimate so we called the company and the lady on the phone said it should take a couple more days. It is now November and we still do not have an estimate. Thanks for the pointless visit to our home, but we will not be using your company anymore and will not recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I initially had a plumber here to look for a leak. We were charged 125.00 and were guaranteed nothing was wrong. A few days later, we had a major leak and a bunch of old photo albums were ruined.They sent someone over to find the leak, and they did within 10 minutes. Two weeks later, they repaired it within 90 minutes.After a couple of billing errors, Julie and Todd worked hard to put my mind at ease and take care of me. Thanks Lee plumbing!

Bryan was out to my house for what turned out to be users error for my air conditioner. He was kind, straight forward, and went above and beyond what he needed to do. I will always call Lee for all my plumbing, HVAC and electric needs!

Kyle replaced my old kitchen ceiling light and added a new electric outlet next to my stove. He was very fast and efficient. He explained everything he did and I thought the cost of the repairs were very reasonable.

We noticed our toilet leaking on Friday night. I called Monday morning and we scheduled a time for someone to come between 2pm and 4pm. At 1pm Kevin called and said he was running early and if he could come early. He was here 5 minutes later. He diagnosed the issue in 5 seconds, it was a failed wax ring. He fixed it and checked it and its great! I had a great experience with Lee Plumbing and would highly recommend them!

Called Tuesday to schedule repair for a broken garbage disposal. Receptionist offered a technician to come out Wednesday (today) between 230-430, which was amazing! However, nobody showed up or called and per their website the office closes at 430. Thumbs down, Lee.

Lees Heating Division recently replaced my 23 year old furnace with a Lennox. The quality of this furnace is surpassed only by the skill of the crew that did the install! They were polite, cleaned the work area and were extremely skilled installers. And the new Thermostat that came with it is amazing! Its like an iPad mounted on my wall that my wife and I find extremely easy to set and maintain our desired temperature. Weve experienced this level of service in the past on both the plumbing and electrical side . . . Im so glad its the same with Heating & A/C!

After three service calls my air-conditioner still not fixed.The first call I told them I was busy in the morning and then come in the afternoon and they showed up at 10 oclock and then they couldnt reschedule until the following MondayThen on Monday the guy came and told me everything was working OK then left an hour later the air-conditioner completely diedThird call they came over right away with a different guy he replaced the capacitor charge me almost $250 and my house is still 80°I would highly recommend calling someone else. If you have two technicians that literally tell you they dont know whats wrong it doesnt bode very well for them
