Dr. Shepler is an exceptional doctor. You really don’t find many like him anymore. The staff is delightful, kind, funny and takes the time to help any way they can. Yes, yes...you can usually expect a wait, but for the absolute best care it’s totally worth it! If you want a doctor that’s a quick in and out with a bill look somewhere else. I don’t recommend any other doctor. Dr. Shepler is very smart, well read, kind and has a great sense of humor. He’s a no-nonsense doctor and will fight to help you in any way he can! Very happy with my treatment and service here!

Heres my story. I started seeing the physicians about a year ago. Everytime I have a scheduled appointment, I have waited an hour+ to see the doc. Ive walked out before because of the wait time. Finally got to meet Dr. Shepler for a scheduled appointment. He arrived over an hour late. When I mentioned the wait time. He said Theres the door if you want to leave. I was horribly put off by him.Yesterday I had a scheduled appointment for my annual physical. Again waited over an hour. I complained to an RN that acknowledged the issues. She printed out my test results for the bloodwork I had completed. Cristos walked in and it felt GREAT TO FIRE a doctor for their incompetence.YOU MUST BE YOUR OWN ADVOCATE
