My experience was great with the care I received. The doctor is knowledgeable and caring. I felt well informed. Reason for 2 stars is the greeting I received upon entering the building. The receptionist was eating, I felt this was very unprofessional. During COVID a doctors office should remain clean and sanitary. How do i know that she washed her hands while handing my paperwork after putting food in her mouth? Im worried to return. Infection practices are not being followed here.

Dr. Rivera is an amazing doctor and also an amazing person as well, her staff is always polite, friendly, helpful, and also understanding. Dr. Rivera has been my daughter doctor for years now before my daughter became her patient, no other doctor could tell me what was wrong with my daughter. But when a friend I was working with suggested Dr. Rivera to me and I’ve been with Dr. Rivera ever since, she told me what was wrong with my daughter and explain everything to me so I could understand everything. Dr. Rivera makes you feel better about what is going on with the situation, and let’s you know what going on every step of the way and makes you feel comfortable as well as Renee and the rest of her staff. Me and Nevaeh appreciate and love everything Dr. Rivera and her staff does for us❤️

Excellent work team, very professional. From the moment you enter the front door until you leave, they offer you an excellent service. They are very friendly, and they all have a big smile that makes you feel comfortable, without a doubt they will be my priority.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Office appears to be new and well laid out and efficient. I was greeted immediately and provided with necessary registration materials. Family history questionnaire was thorough, but was well thought out and appears to be automated. Dr. Hernandez and his team were impressive and efficient.I see a fair amount of Physician Offices/Clinics and this was one of the best!

Dr Taranukha performed a colonoscopy and endoscopy at the new facility on Rt 50. Even in the midst (or especially in the midst) of covid, I felt safe and very well cared for during the entire process. Great facility and staff. Highly recommend.

GI Associates (Kenosha) has a very well rounded and put together staff. The Triage Nurses are very friendly and responsive to any questions you might have for the Dr very quickly. My G.I. Dr. Works with this group. His name is Dr. Lyndon Hernandez. He is a very caring Dr. who listens very well and will do anything to make sure the patient gets the correct treatment. I highly recommend G.I. associates to anyone.

Efficient, personable, patient, resourceful; Everyone was very kind. I was encouraged to ask questions and they were forthcoming with understandable information. I was impressed with how well they work as a team. Patient care is their first priority! PS The new building is awesome. Every inch is sterile and safe.

Dr. Mayer was very kind and patient with my 13yr old grandson, who has a mental disability. He took the time to explain it in terms he would understand. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. Yes I would recommend this too all my friends and family.

Dr. Mayer was wonderful and very patient with my 12yo daughter. His assessment was extremely thorough and I have a lot of confidence in his plan of care. I would highly recommend him and the office!!! Staff was great!

Superb attention to details in detecting problems. Dr Rivera and her team covers all the bases in investigating digestive problems. Good communication with teens as well as parents. Introduces info on nutrition for natural remedies before diagnosis requires advances in tx or exploratory procedures. Happy to be among her patients.

I have to be honest. We had two visits for my 4 year old son. We had visited both locations and Im still blown away at how clean and professional the facilities were and how friendly and charismatic the staff was. EVERYONE always acted like the genuinely loved what they do. Dr. Mayer took his time with us both visits. Was beyond kind and patient with my son and was more empathetic than any doctor Ive ever met. He clearly is an expert and didnt just send us off to get tests upon tests or try all these different drugs. He was reasonable and down to earth. Reassured us as parents that we only fail when we give up. We still have a long road in our families journey and Im very confident in positive results having Dr. Mayer and the staff from GI associates at our sides. Every doctors office in the world needs to take notes from these people. Wait times were reasonable and they never rushed us or failed to explain things and just basically treated us like human beings that were there for help. My son felt safe there and even got some laughs from Dr. Mayer and the rest of the staff. As a parent youre used to shipping yourself and your child off to numberouse doctors and medical staff and you try to empathize with them as well as protect your child. Its just such a breath of fresh air to not feel any kind of anxiety or have to help your child be brave. I highly recomend them and Dr. Mayer.

We love Gi associates. They are so friendly and helpful and dr Mayer is the first specials to ever pay any attention to my daughters problem and find a solution. The other specialist we have been to just said it was rebellion. He never ever thought that and he always said her problems were not her fault which is huge.

My kids see Dr Rivera and Dr Mayer I would recommend either one. Office staff is nice and always welcoming.

The receptionist was pleasant and attentive.Doctor Hussains medical assistant was welcoming, introduced herself, professional and was very dilagent in getting my medical file and information correct.Doctor Hussain was very concerned about my complaints and explained what he thought was the problem, and then my options. He explained what they involved and which he thought would work best for me. Then we decided together that course of treatment to move forward with.

This is my first time.The staff is very friendly , patient and helpful.I have several things going on with my liver and other doctors have caused me to worry.I really like Dr.Hussain because hes very positive and shows his knowledgeable.He took the time to answer my questions and explain, showing me I have nothing to worry about and setting my mind at ease.I also like that he not only specializes in Gastroenterology but also Hepatology so he focused on everything with my liver and not just part.I found that not all Gastroenterologist specialize in Hepatology.Thank you Dr.Hussain for setting my mind at ease.YOUR A KEEPER !!!
