I couldnt be more pleased with my visit. They got me in a day and a half after a mishap with another dentist. I had to have a tooth pulled and I was SO NERVOUS ABOUT IT. Dr. W and his assistant took time time make sure I was all the way numb and comfortable before removing the tooth. It went so well. I couldnt be more grateful for the care that was given to me during a time when I seriously needed it. I would 100 recommend this oral surgeon. I wish all professionals were as accommodating, patient and kind as these wonderful humans.

Dr. Dale always has your personal well being at the forefront of his profession. Hes excellent at what he does. His staff is caring and helpful. Even though he doesnt take my insurance anymore, his staff will submit the forms for you to recope what insurance will pay back to you. Zero pain and hes done many removals for me. Thank you Doctor.

The whole staff was absolutely wonderful! They got me in the same day I called to get X-rays done. Now they fit me in in two days to discuss when we can get my wisdom teeth out! Definitely recommend!!!!

Highly recommend! I have never felt more at ease while getting my wisdom tooth removed. He was so patient and reassuring. He makes sure everything is numb and that you will feel no pain. I have a big fear of going to dentist or oral surgeon but he made me feel at ease and explained every step he was going to take.

Gave them a call on Monday, got an X-ray On Tuesday, wisdom out by Friday. Fastest and Friendliest service ever. They are very professional, patient, and thorough with before and aftercare. During the extraction the surgeon was very patient with me, i barely felt any discomfort during the numbing process or the procedure. I had wisdom tooth pain come on extremely sudden and needed something done as soon as possible. After a not so great experience at another place, I was referred to Dr. W where I had the great pleasure of meeting the Oral Surgery Assistants and, of course Dr. W. All of them were more then accommodating, welcoming, sweet, and caring. I am not one for dentistry but they made me feel well over comfortable. They got me in two days later for 3 wisdom tooth extractions and I wouldn’t have wished to have gone anywhere else. The anesthesiologist was equally welcoming, sweet, and comforting. I 100/10 recommend visiting Kenosha Oral Surgeon!

I was having awful pain and they were able to get me in IMMEDIATELY for a consultation and set an appointment for the procedure for just a few days later- really unheard of for a dentist. I had a tooth pulled today..... first time! I arrived an hour early for my appointment, due to my nervousness. I wanted to sit in the environment for awhile. The two ladies in the front made me feel welcomed and assured me that Dr. Willoughby was amazing and had a certain finesse.... well, they were right! When I met him and the hygienist, my fears went away. Wonderful chair side manner, kind and compassionate, very informative. I wish they could be my regular dental provider, but sadly, they are for oral surgery only. OUTSTANDING! From the front of the office to the back. Thank you!!

The care is 100%professional and very caring.Dr Willoughby is very kind and gentle, but most important is he is an extremely proficient oral surgeon. His pffice staff is outstanding and very helpful in scheduling prompt appointments.Fun Friendly office. Highly recommend them.

Dr. Willoughby, and his wife Candy are wonderful. He is the best Oral Surgeon Ive ever been too. Their both very thorough in helping u understand whats being done and how much it will cost.
