Warm and professional staff made the experience smooth even during this pandemic. Dr. Lakayil is very thorough, explains everything she is doing which allows her to build great rapport with you as a patient. Best dental experience Ive ever had and Ill certainly be returning for my checkups!

I had an appointment made it was on Friday April 27th I showed up and the place was closed no signs no explanation no nothing I took off work I lost $100 bucks because they decided to close that day for whatever reason and not call their patients and let them know ahead of time. The dentist said dont be a retard to me about brushing my teeth. This place is definitely not professional the receptionist definitely not professional.never going back .

Decided to try Kenosha Dental after my insurance ran out. I initially went in for what I thought was a filling that had come out, only to find out it was a chipped tooth which would require a crown. After discussing my options, and limited finances, I decided to have the crown made. They worked within my budget via an optional insurance program and I was able to get my crown. They went above and beyond in getting my crown ordered and installed before I left on a trip. I would highly recommend them for any and all future dental needs. I also found the office staff very pleasant to work with.

Bad experience overall!! Went in, for what was supposed to be X-ray/cleaning. Had xrays, doctor didn’t see me for over 45 mins and then told me I’ll have to come back for cleaning and I had a tooth that needed to be extracted. Sent me to a oral surgeon all the way in Milwaukee but never sent the referral, so here I am with a busted tooth and can’t get it pulled because there lack of incentive to call in the order. I will Never EVER RETURN HERE!!! Very unorganized!!

On a prior appointment, he seemed nice and polite and professional. Now I was in the chair to get more than a few fillings. Before he started, he didnt offer any sort of information about what he intended to do and I wasnt given the opportunity to ask.As soon as he was ready to get to work, and without even an utterance of some sort of instruction, he held up four gel-coated sticks to my face and simply expected me to be quiet and open up. Throughout the entire process, neither Dr. Seymour or his assistant ever said anything directed toward me regarding what they were doing, except the occasional command. Never did anyone say, This might hurt a bit or Right now were doing... or anything to make me feel like more than a paycheck to them. After taking about 8 or 10 injections into my gums without warning, both the Dr. and his assistant walked out of the room without giving any explanation as to why. After about 30 minutes, they came back and he said Okay lets get you out of here and proceeded to converse with his assistant about what they were having for dinner and whether or not they enjoy soup. Anyway, they didnt get me outta there because after maybe 10-15 minutes, he and his assistant again, left the room. This time, I managed to ask the assistant, How long until youre back? She guessed about 20 minutes. When they came back the Dr. again said Okay lets get you outta here. Only this time, they werent talking about dinner. They were talking about the snowstorm brewing outside and how they were in a big hurry to get on the road to beat traffic. When they had nearly finished, Dr. Seymour said out loud Oh shoot and carried on like it must have been nothing. As soon as they were done, and without exchanging any words with me, the Dr. said Well, thats it for me! and out the door he went. The assistant tried leaving the room with go wait in the lobby to make a follow up, but I stopped her with Do you mind if I rinse? Do I really have to ask? Then I tried to get some information about the work done and how I should care for it. I asked how many cavities were filled, the assistant responded with I dont know, that many as she pointed to the computer screen as if I were supposed to know what that meant. I asked when it was okay to eat again, she said Maybe 2 hours. When I went to make a follow up, no secretary to be found. Then the assistant said to never mind that and theyd call me tomorrow (turns out, despite the hours listed on google, they were closed). About 45 minutes later, I got home and went to the bathroom mirror to take my first good look at the work done, and noticed one of the fillings in front just hanging between my gums and the tooth. It came right off. Perhaps this was oh shoot moment Seymour had.So, I dont know about the rest of you, but I expect a heck of a lot more than this from my health/dental care providers. Shouldnt care providers actually care about their patients? Or at the very least put forth the effort to pretend? Needless to say, I wont be going back to this office.

I went through a 6-8 months long process of having dentures made. Many appointments for fittings, etc. During the process I could tell something wasnt right and I kept trying to relay that to him but he just kept saying no,no everything is going to be fine. Finally, the day came when I was to pick up my completed dentures. I was so excited! Mind you this was after many months of appointments for fittings. The dentures totally did not fit AT ALL!! I was so upset! First he tried to blame it on me, denying that I had warned him they didnt fit! Then he totally down played it like no big deal and said theres nothing I can do. He said I should go to a prosthodontic specialist. Meanwhile the dental assistant said the same thing happened to another patient. I dont know if hes inept or if hes just not very adept at making dentures. Now I have to start all over again-with no teeth! I expressed my disappointment verbally while there, then I later sent him an email to have a record of it. He never responded!Ive noticed they respond to positive feedback on here while ignoring the complaints. Hmm??Follow up note: I went across the street to familial dental, Dr. Park. He was able to make the dentures in half the time, needed little or no input from me as to whether they fit or not and the end result was a beautiful pair of dentures ive been wearing for about a year now with no problems. Dr. Park is NOT a prosthodontic specialist either. Just a dentist who knew what he was doing. Dr Seymour is a quack.
