Extremely disappointed! I had set appointment up for my son, which wasnt even with the doctor ( before the move here ) & called to reschedule his appointment due to myself having serious medical issues on that day and was denied! Im sorry but that shows lack of compassion for families! One missed appointment and refusing to reschedule. **** one time**** & because the member had serious medical issues mind you again. Than continued to tell me that now none of my children could be seen either!!! Sorry but no doctor is that important! Normal offices have a two or three strike policy after your first initial visit and I policy is than singed.
