Didnt even have a chance to make an appointment. I was optimistic about this appointment I was referred to this clinic. The staff told me that once they had received my referral I would be seen in less than a month. I leave my voicemail and no one gets back to me I call 2 weeks later that appoint now isnt available until January. 4 months isnt too bad its the lying at first thats turning me away.

I was able to go there with a short list of what I was hoping to accomplish, I felt he listened and gave me a lot of assurance about future of disability. I realize there is no fixing certain neurology problems but assurance and explanation really help you live with it. (There are certain medications I have tried and do not like Side Effects so I want natural approach). I will return with another specific problem and have that part of the neurological problem worked up with assurance I will be satisfied with diagnosis and recommendations for treatment. The tests for nerve conduction are not pleasant but he did a great job warning me before the next zap and explained the test and results well!

Professional staff, excellent physician. He has excellent bedside manners, very informative, told me exactly what he was going to do before executing the procedure. I had no wait time, got right in. Parking was easy to get in and out. Plenty of parking . Recommended

Ive seen many neurologists and most of them have been bad to horrible experiences. Dr Cancado always takes exceptional care in all he prescribes, tests and researches regarding my health. Hes found answers no one else could find and given me wonderful quality of life back that I had lost! I cant say enough about this Doctors quality of care!

The man made me feel uncomfortable he was very rude did not seem to care that he was hurting me and stomped outa rm and said ur done get dtess and leave. My hand clear to y shoulder is nub and its very painful

I saw Dr Cancado one time. HE seemed nice, but he had cancelled twice on me, and the last time was only 1 week before my appt. This would have been my 2nd appt, my 1st being 2 months before this. In that 2 months I was to get blookwork and a CT Scan before coming back. Went for the blood work 2 weeks after the 1st appt, and after waiting for 30 min, as the lab was busy, I was told they had no info in their computer about me. SO I cannot get an answer on the phone, so I go into the office and ask the front desk girl to please check on it. She looked, laughed and said OH! I forgot!!! I, however did not find it funny. So I also asked if the CT Scan had been called in, and after doing alot of typing, she said Yes! I think she just then sent it in. SO, into month # 2 and still no word, I called all the labs near here and NONE of them had a request from his office. I then I called my regular doctor and asked for help. He had a woman in his office check for me and said they woman told her that they were waiting for my insurance approval. I called my insurance company, and they said I did NOT need a prior approval for a CT Scan. SO,, when they called me a week before my 2nd appt to CANCEL for 2 months, I said well I guess it doesnt matter anyway, since we have nothing new to discuss, since I havent even been called for my CT Scan! I told her then, I am NOT EVER COMING BACK TO YOUR OFFICE!! Sorry for such a long story, but GET A DIFFERENT DOCTOR!! I would put 0 stars if I could!!!
