I called about my 15 yr daughter discovering her father dead after unexpected complications from cancer. She did not return my call..instead got a call from whom I assumed was another counselor in her practice..after 20 minutes of sharing very personal details about my daughter and I..he identified himself as her husband and his role was merely an office manager. was shocking..then..when she was to call me today..she was late by more than 15 minutes..I have since found a legitimate counselor..and do not recommend at all this office..the gross unprofessional behavior during such a time in our lives is ridiculous..especially..be aware..if a man calls you back..he is NOT a counselor..yet wants all the details to pass to his wife who cannot seem to be bothered to take her own calls..

Jenifer is a very professional and knowledgeable counselor. She is working with our eight year old son. She has given us, his parents tips to help him deal with his issues.
