Northwest Injury Clinic is great. Every single employee is nice, kind, and understanding. I had to call last minute a few times to cancel because of work, and they always understood.Most places would basically scold you, but not Northwest. And everything is in one place. Chiropractor, massage, physical therapy, and an awesome doctor. I would 100% recommend them to everyone.

I have been in pain for more than 3 months, Ive gone to chiropractors, massage therapy and a doctor. My doctor sent me to Northwest Injury and Im glad he did. Dr.Prause not only made me feel much better but he listened to me as well. He took the time to explain all that was going on and how to keep it from being this bad again. All of the staff that I encountered while there treated me with kindness and respect. I will definitely be seeing them again. A big shout out to all of you for working so hard and still behaving so nicely.

Injured myself last year couldnt see the therapist i was referred to by my doctor till this year. Friends told me about this place and was refered to hereby another doctor. The absolute best staff and clinic I have ever been to. Got into a terrible accident and didn’t have a primary care doctor and they got me all fixed up. I have never felt a medical team that cared so much about how I was doing physically, well besides when I gave birth lol. But NW Injury is the BEST in what they do!

Didn’t feel like Chiro really listened or cared. The short lady I saw for massage was weird, she’ll talk about her life while you’re laying there naked trying to relax, country music in the background. I went a couple times. Wouldn’t recommend.

Five star rating. Since coming to NW Injury Clinic, I have received the best treatment from front receptionist service to Physical Therapy and Chiropractic treatment. ALL of my treatments have been phenomenal. Very caring and all with the same goal...getting patients back to a full healthy physical capacity.

Dr. Aaron Jorgensen is one of thee best chiropractors my wife and I have ever gone to. He genuinely cares about you and your wellbeing. He takes the time to really listen to you to better determine how he will treat your injuries. Always learning new techniques and never in a rush to get to the next patient. Other chiropractors Ive been to make you feel like a number.. as soon as they call you back they do the usual.. a quick back adjustment and then pop your neck and see ya later. Aaron will listen to your issues, explain what he believes to be the cause, apply heat, maybe put you in some form of traction for a few minutes along with active release techniques then finish off with chiropractic adjustments. Several times after all that my back still didnt feel 100% but instead of having me reschedule for another appointment he had me lay back down on the table and continued active release methods, heat and traction until the pain and stiffness was gone. I wont go see anyone else for my lower back.

This place is awesome for an injured worker or car accident injury! They have Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, and a PA all in the same building. This makes it very convenient to get care and for your providers to communicate together. They are able to plan the best care to get you healthy as soon as possible! Ive had them go to bat for me with the insurance companies multiple times. I highly recommend them!!!

Ive been to a few chiropractors in the area and this is by far my favorite office. Ive seen Dr. Jorgensen for chiropractic care and Dr. Anderson for physical therapy and have always had great experiences with these doctors. Ive also had several massages here from different massage therapists and they have all done a wonderful job.

Dr. Jorgensen and his crew helped me out of a tight spot! I had never been to a chiropractor but recently found myself literally having to crawl to the bathroom in the middle of the night after lugging my 11 month old around the block. Dr. J was instrumental in helping me regain range of motion and worked with me to develop some simple exercises that I could do on my own that helped. His level of experience, knowledge of new multi-disciplinary research and incorporation of soft tissue massage was instrumental in helping me get back to vertical. And now I can wrestle my little guy again. Thanks Northwest Injury Clinics!!

Ive been dealing with a lot of pain since 2009. Ive gone to Therapy, Orthopedics, Chiropractors, Surgery. Had total loss of feeling in left leg from ruptured disc. Got 1/2 the feeling back in leg. Im a 3x a weeker at northwest injury clinics both chiro and physical therapy due to a work injury. Since day 1 they have demonstrated a level of care that seems to be lacking in a large part of the medical field. They are perfectly personal yet the most knowledgeable I have experienced. I look forward to every visit both for the relief and because its just nice to be around such terrific people. I would recommend this business to anyone needing care. 5 stars. 10/10. First of all, let me say writing this review is long overdue!! I came to NIC as a worker injury and from day 1, Exceptional. I had never had anywhere else where I start out with hands on one on one treatment. Dr Jorgensen is extremely competent, experienced, proficient and extremely skilled chiropractor. I also must mention from the front desk to physical therapy, excellent professionalism to friendly service. It’s worth mention the 2 people I came to know at the front desk...Natalie and Fabi. Both of them were always so helpful and both so kind, always with a smile. If you need to go to PT, chiropractic, or massage therapy care...you go to Northwest Injury Clinic, First. I promise that you will not regret it!!
