So far I have had a great experience here. Adele is always so kind and helps work with my schedule. Both message therapist are amazing, Cori and Heather. They listen to your needs and are wonderful. Clean office and I always feel great after coming here for my wellness.

Front desk is great at letting you know what your insurance should cover and what you can best take advantage of, which is awesome!!Edit: sooooooo after talking with my insurance I found out they did some stuff thats kinda odd, they increased the price of a visit, which originally covered the visit in full, to charge more after find out how good of a plan I had. Basically changed their bill so they could get more from both insurance and me so yep still have a bill but never going back cause I shouldnt have one due to how really great my insurance was. By the way the really great is what the front desk lady kept saying while processing my paper work after the first two $0 charge visits...sooooo sketchy

Ben & his wife Ginger are always very accommodating to my schedule and get me in promptly even if its a short notice. Ben is very attentive and can always get my back in place even if its a difficult tweak. If it doesnt go in right away, he takes the time to make sure he adjusts me as needed. Cori- the massage therapist is great as well and I always recommend people to come here for their chiro/massage needs!

First time Ive ever been to a Chiropractor, Dr. Matheson and his staff were amazing. They spent the time to talk with me and explain things and they listened to my concerns and fears and worked with me through them. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of chiropractic care!

Massage therapists are awesome. Dr Matheson is very good too. Ive been going there for years, as needed.

Hands down one of the best chiropractors in town.There is a reason why Ben Matheson was voted Proples Choice. He is the one of the only chiropractors in Kennewick that can adjust my neck. He uses different modalities to suit your specific condition as well. I never feels rushed and my concerns are validated. Adele in the office is sweet as pie too. Also you HAVE TO try the hydromassage bed. Its the next best thing to a hands on massage.
