Lori really cares about her clients, works so hard to accommodate their unique needs and has the best staff suited to so.Lori in my case was able to advocate for me to receive a new complementary pair of hearing aids due to my status with my older pair failing. She took time out of her schedule to make a phone call free of charge to the hearing aid manufacturers and secured me these hearing aids, and set me up with an audiologist appointment to get my hearing test updated. Sound Audiology did a fantastic job with my father’s hearing aids. He had some special requests and they were extremely patient and worked with us to find the best solution for him.

Lori and Will were absolutely incredible! I called in tears, frustrated with my tinnitus and hearing. They were able to fit me in to their schedule on short notice, for which I am eternally grateful. Even though I was the last appointment of the day, Lori took the time to listen to my complaint, test my hearing, and then explain my results clearly and thoroughly, as well as work with me to develop a plan of action to begin correcting my hearing loss. I had such a great experience! The office was so beautiful and calming, and Lori knew exactly what I needed (even though I only gave her my best guess of what I wanted). Hi my name is Corbin, I am ten years old. Lori helped me get the best hearing aid for my ear about three years ago. I did not like it at first, but I now understand that it helps me hear my teachers and my mom. I love going to see Lori, she is my favorite doctor. She always takes care of my ears and my hearing aid and helps me hear everything better. I would definitely tell other kids to come give her a try.

Very professional, helpful, and friendly.Was having issues with hearing aids.The volume wouldnt work.Out of warranty.Not making the parts anymore.I paid $3k for these 6 years ago and now I cant get them fixed? What...buy a new pair? I dont think so, Tim.First SA kept them overnight to see what the problem was and figured out the problem.Sound Audiology called the manufacturer (who I was told - doesnt do repairs inn sets this old. Not true. SA got me squared away for a very reasonable fee.The place I bought them from and a different audiology business told me there was nothing they could do. Of course not, youre toostupid.Go to Sound Audiology. They know whats up!Got back my hearing aids in about 9 days. I was told and was expecting about 2 weeks.At $300 per device I told them to just fix the one that adjusts the volume UP.There was some sort of misunderstanding, because both devices got repaired like new and SA only charged me for one. 5 stars!

Lori changed my life and Im forever grateful!I knew I had hearing loss but lived with it for 25 years. My husband finally convinced me to see an ENT and Lori worked with her office. I went in thinking I was only missing little noises... wow. When she put my hearing aids in, I was blown away with the grand cacophony off noise! Sirens, studded tires, even rain on the roof!!I cried. Lori cried with me.That was 10 years ago and Im on my second set of hearing aids. Yes Im still losing my hearing, but thanks to Lori, Will and Sharon at Sound Audiology, Im not missing out on life anymore!!!She also had my husband hearing again after years of shooting.Thank you, Lori!

To be honest, I didnt know what to expect when I made the appointment. I was just going to see how bad my hearing was and nothing else. My life was ok just the way it was. We were warmly greeted when we first arrived and waited maybe 5 minutes before Lori took us back. She was very energetic and knowledgeable. I went into the booth and thought it was going to be just like several of the hearing tests Id had in the past (press the button when you hear the beep, in and out in 5 minutes). Nope. She was VERY thorough. Once she got the results of the tests she explained them to my wife and I in clear, concise terms that made sense. I had extreme hearing loss in one ear and severe hearing loss in the other, aka- I was deaf maybe my wife was right. Anyway, Lori was very excited to show us our options. She fitted me with a trial pair of hearing aids. And these were not the huge clunky hearing aids I have grown up seeing my grandparents wear. You cant even see them, which was HUGE for me. I didnt want to be the 35 year old guy in the room with big bulky hearing aids. She starts you out at 65% because it takes your brain a while to compute sounds that it hasnt heard for a while, which in my case was about 10 years. I have to say, it was nothing short of amazing. After reviewing our options with insurance (which covered the majority of the cost), we were signing some paperwork and I heard her ring clink against the table. She and my wife seemed totally oblivious to it and thats all I could focus on. It may not seem like a big deal, but its been a long time since I heard anything in that frequency. My wife and I have struggled because if she looks away from me (like out the car window) I could never hear what she was saying. Now, her voice sounded clearer, sharper. She turned away from me and I could actually HEAR what she was saying. That was crazy. Since then, just about every aspect of my life has improved- my relationship with my 4 year old daughter has improved because I can actually hear and understand what she is saying. My mood has improved. I didnt realize how much I was missing before. Its gotten to the point that I get a headache and grumpy if I dont have them in because not being able to hear is a big deal. Lori gradually increased the intensity and never pushed me to do more than I could handle. It is definitely life changing. All of that has been possible with Loris help and guidance. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you for everything!

Dr. Losey Lovato has been nothing but a blessing to me in my search for a pair of hearing aids that fit my lifestyle. I came to SOUND Audiology and Hearing Aids at the beginning of the year to look for a new pair of hearing aids since It was time for an upgrade (my last pair was purchased in 2005!) Lori set me up with a new pair of ReSound hearing aids, a pair of hearing aids that have the ability to connect to my cell phone via Bluetooth. I have been completely blown away by how this pair of hearing aids have dramatically increased the quality of my life, and even more so how they have presented new opportunities for me!Dr. Lovatos expertise on different brands of hearing aids (such as the pros and cons, software type, lifestyle, fit) is, in my opinion, very valuable. Lori was able to adjust the settings on my hearing aids to help me hear more comfortably in louder settings (like a restaurant or at a baseball game) by cancelling out unwanted background chatter. I noticed these changes immediately when my family went out to eat at a very noisy restaurant and I was able to understand everything they were saying without any background interference from other patrons. It felt incredible to be able to hear! I confidently recommend friends and family to Lori as she always knows what will be the most beneficial for different peoples lifestyles.The relationships that I have made at SOUND Audiology and Hearing aids are absolutely wonderful; the staff is lovely and the service is exceptional. I have never had any issues scheduling any appointments or getting in contact with them.
