I don’t normally post reviews, especially not on google, but I felt in this case I should. I was really nervous about going to this location after reading some of the reviews, but I must say having gone I disagree. I am not sure if they have hired a new receptionist recently or if those reviews are just old, but I felt the receptionists were very nice and helpful. The nurse who drew my blood was quick and gentle, and overall the whole process was quick. I cannot speak on how timely the results are (their window on their site is shorter than the timeline they game me in person), but I will update that once I received them. Check-in and payment on-line was very easy. Then I arrived and the testing was very professional and quick. Michelle who works at the facility is extremely professional and helpful. I highly recommend this testing facility.

None knows how to answer the phone for this office. Impossible to get in touch with anyone from there.Super ridiculous how I just spent $369 and just called Monday and was told I’m going to have results today & none can answer the phones. I will not refer anyone to go here. 369$ you would think I could get the results alittle quicker.

I scheduled an appointment online and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Excellent customer service. Very friendly & professional. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent experience-highly recommend!! The receptionist/nurse was the sweetest lady and was extremely gentle while drawing blood. I was in and out in a matter of minutes! This establishment and the excellent customer service gets 5 stars from me!

Walked in, filled in forms, had blood drawn all within 10 minutes at the Kennesaw Location. Had results back the next day! Could not have been easier.

The woman at the desk “Shawn” was about as rude as she could be. She absolutely should not be in customer service.

Staff is the best. Pleasant, prompt, and courteous. Been using them for years. Service is always consistent.

Despite receiving the results of my tests on a Friday afternoon when they knew I needed them Friday, they sat on the results. I got a call Monday morning stating they could not read my writing and could not forward the results via email the previous Friday. The problem was I had already received emails and my writing was VERY legible. The reality is despite effectively begging them for my results on Friday they ignored my requests and hid behind a lie, they could not read my writing and could not email my results on Friday. They could have called Friday but did not.While their lab and testing might be sufficient, their customer services sucks. If their attention to detail in the lab mirrors their attention to detail in their offices, I would be very concerned. I will never use them again. The owner basically stated, we did what we were obligated to do. Hopefully he understands posting this review is what I need to do. FYI, I posted a favorable review prior to receiving my results hoping it would prompt the owner and the office attendant to help me obtain the results on Friday.... I regret posting that review. BEWARE!!!!!

My experience and my husbands experience at Any Lab Test has been fantastic. Michelle runs the office there and is one of the nicest people we have ever met. She is very professional and knowledgeable. It doesnt even hurt when I get my blood drawn. We have some health problems and it has been a comfort to be able to go there between doctor visits and get additional lab work done.

Brianna is AMAZING!!! She distracted me so cleverly that I barely noticed that she was drawing my blood. She made sure that I was taking the right test. She also called me when I left my wallet. I’ve used this lab several times for various kinds of testing and Michelle and her team have always gone above and beyond with their customer service, even staying late in the evening to ensure timeliness of test results getting to their patients. Highly recommend this location.

Employees Michelle and Eboni are absolutely delightful! I’ve had the pleasure of being taken care of by them on more than one occasion and was happy to see they were still there today, providing excellent service as always. Their professionalism and pleasantness really makes all the difference. I don’t mind driving an hour to have labs drawn when I am so welcome and well taken care of when I arrive. I’m always promptly greeted with a smile and a “hello sugar” or “hi baby” in the sweetest nurturing tone you can imagine. But that’s not all! I am in and out of there in 10 minutes or less AND the expert precision of their blood draws are 100%! I can’t say enough good things about the Kennesaw location and their A M A Z I N G staff!! I went in to take a breath test for H pylori. It was good that I knew the procedure because the lab tech was a little frazzled and I had to remind her to give me the sugar solution & then set my own timer to give the second sample after 10 min. However, I have no complaints. She was very nice and although it was right before Thanksgiving I still got my results back in less than a week.

I am thrilled with the professionalism and efficiency of any Lab Test Now in Kennesaw. My results came a day earlier than I even hoped for.Thanks!

Michelle was phenomenal! She was able to accommodate me without an appointment very quickly and was also very informative.

I admit, Im a major wimp when it comes to needles. And I was really whimpering because of a whole lot of blood tests my doctor needed for me. Yet, when I went there today, I met Michelle, and she kept me laughing so hard, I had no needle phobias at all! I am in love with this gal! Please, if you have any issues with getting poked with a needle, come see Michelle! If she can put me at ease, she can probably perform other miracles, too! You will be very happy here!

The ladies there are very personable and efficient. Michelle, owner and operator, is very great. I have to get my blood tested every few months and I will be going here from now on.

Anytest Town Center is one of the BEST locations! Michelle is extraordinary, shes amazing at what she does and is very experienced. She calmed me down when I had to get blood work and made the process from coming into the door and leaving very fast.

We have referred hundreds of our patients to Michelle at the Any Lab Test Town Center location. She is an excellent Phlebotomist. We appreciate her taking good care of our patients.

I am supposed to have results within 72 hours. It has been a full week and I still have not recieved them. Paid over $220. I have emailed the customer service inbox twice (with no response) and called this location multiple times. They say they will email them but I never get them and then they dont answer phone when I call back. Horrible customer service. I would never in a million years reccomend this place. Just go directly to labcorp and save yourself the hassle.

So I went into this place sometime in May to do DNA testing for me and my Daughter due to Child Support.. They did the mouth swab and everything... Just the other day I got a letter in the mail stating I have to go back in to do another set of tests done. I NEVER requested these test (I know who the dad is) but due to childsupport it was manditory. Called child support and asked why I had to go in for a 2nd time. She couldnt tell me.. I called this place took me calling 4 times and sitting for an HOUR for someone to FINALLY answer. They lady who answered was VERY rude. I tried to explain to her why I was calling and ask her about it and she wouldnt tell me. Act like she didnt know. I now have a feeling they lost my test... Why else would I have to go in for a 2nd time. I am VERY upset and disapointed with this place. Id never choose this place to pay and get ANY tests done. Unfortunately I had and have no choice because this is the place childsupport chose to do it at 🤦🤦🤦🤦

When I walked in there were a few people in front of me and of course I had somewhere to be and was in a hurry. I was in and out within 15 minutes I was a happy camper. Fast and friendly

I had a great experience here! Ive had bad experiences before at different labs with office attitudes when giving blood. I already have a huge fear of needles but phlebotomist Dè Leõnna made me feel very comfortable about facing my fear. She made the process very clean, professional and all while acknowledging and caring about my phobia. She was able to answer any questions I had and keep me calm. I wouldnt be afraid of going back and would recommend everyone to attend Any Lab Test. More importantly, I would recommend Dè Leõnna as their phlebotomist. Thank yall for a professional service.

I hate getting blood drawn so much but Deleonna made it much easier for me and she was so nice !

Even tho i was the one requesting a dna test the feminest lady behind the counter gave me the stink eye from the minute i walked in. Wouldnt talk to me directly even gave my credit card to my ex wife instead of back to me. She took no pride in her job and was texting on her phone thru the whole process.

DO NOT GO THERE! The receptionist is also the lab lady and I had to asked her to put new gloves on since she was going to take my blood test with the same gloves she was using to take payment and answer the phone. Also, I was told that I would get my results by Monday morning and it is almost 3pm and no one can tell me why they dont have them ready yet. I called the customer service and they are rude and unhelpful. I lost $49.00, but I gained the experience to never go to Any Lab Test again.

3-5 days for a dna test result as advertised is a down rite lie. We’ve been waiting over a month.

Called to ask some questions and the gentleman was very rude and hung up on me.

After calling in the morning to make an appointment for my patients and everything was set, my clients show up to the appointment to betreaty in a rude manner make them wait for hours and told them they are not going to be taking care of them, i have to send my client to a different location where someone took care of them at the last minute.

I would NOT EVER recommend this business. Results took over 3 weeks and I still dont have a final result. And to top it off, the customer service is poor....when I would call to express my concerns I would get a sarcastic response as if I was not the customer who had paid $100 for 2 tests. TERRIBLE!!! DONT DO IT!!!!!!!

They do their jobs, but there is no professionalism. Staff was talking on the phone while she was putting my information on computer and no answering phone nor returing phone call over several days. I dont recommend this location to others.
