My glass were to be ready 06/28/2021. I never heard from them and the website had no information on my order. I was in the mall 08/14/2021 and stopped by. Yes my glass were in. They did not have the progressive lenses I need. Ordering my glasses was a nightmare on its own. I wont be back.

I was brought back quickly, and everyone was very pleasant and professional. The physician was great, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. They answered my questions thoroughly and helped me pick a pair of frames when I had no idea what to even try. Ill definitely go back for future exams and purchases. (also great Covid policies!)

I made an appointment one week ahead. I receive a conformation the day before to confirm. I did and called to make sure because i had to take off work.I was told that the doctor wont be there and there is no doctor the whole week. They couldnt even find my name. This is horrible customer service. They did not even appologize . He told me there is nothing he can do and it is what it is....

I went to Visionworks to get my mothers glasses done but the prescription was wrong. Karen was so polite and knowledgeable. She didnt give up until she found out what was wrong with the prescription and a new pair was made. Karen was very helpful and understanding. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Thank you Karen for caring when everyone else just wanted to force us to keep that old pair. It was a pleasure meeting you. Visionworks at Town Center is a great store for all your eye needs! From doctors, eyeglasses, amazing receptionist (such as Astrid!!!), and eye exams Visionworks have you covered! 100000% recommend Visionworks to anyone!

The staff were amazing! From the moment I walked in, everyone was extremely attentive. They adhered to all of the cdc guidelines and make the process easily. Dr Bryant was super helpful and thoughtful.

If I could leave no stars I would! EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here I have a problem. They wouldn’t let me purchase contacts one time, because in 4-5 months I was due for an eye exam. They gave me trials for free one time, because I wasn’t able to see for months and now they are saying I have to purchase a box in order for me to get trials. How does that make any sense. I will not be coming back ever again and I will be letting others to not. I’m very upset and never write reviews, let alone bad ones. This has pushed me over the edge and is unacceptable.

The lady who helped me did a great job helping me get replacement frames after my current ones were discontinued. 5 stars without a doubt!

The doctor in this facility is very inconsiderate and rude after giving me the WRONG prescription twice I told him that I COULD NOT SEE. The doctor informed me that he wasnt changing the prescription and that I would just have to make it work. After requesting to speak with a manager my eye exam was redone at the vision works in Cumberland mall and my prescription has been great ever Since. It gets 1 star for the manager helping . Dont recommend going .

I came in by appointment yesterday for new glasses using insurance. I found Hailey to be impressively knowledgeable, skilled and capable when it came to insurance, copays, choices, etc. She knows her stuff and shes a pleasure to work with.

I had an appointment here. I could not find the vision works at first and called the store multiple times with no response. Then when I finally arrived, I was told that the store was “busy” when there were 3 customers inside and I was told that the doctor wouldn’t see me and I would have to reschedule.

Alexis was so helpful. Great customer service. She was knowledgeable of the policies and great with resolution. My son broke his frames and needed new ones. Alexis found a duplicate pair of the frames he had, which ended up saving me money. She has a pleasant demeanor and was very kind. We left happy and will return again soon.

Decided to visit this store based on a friend’s recommendation a few days ago and I can honestly say it was the best costumer service I have ever received at an eyeglass store...EVER! I originally visited another store in the same mall but the service just didn’t compare. I am so glad I decided to give Visionworks a chance instead because the service was exceptional and Cristian was so patient with me and so helpful! I appreciated his comedic attitude and I could tell he was really happy to help me! The store was also so nice and clean and all over the staff and atmosphere was amazing. I am definitely coming back and would recommend to all my friends!

I had an amazing experience here! It was my first time at this location and it was so much better than any other eye doctor I have been to. The customer service is great. The doctor made sure my prescription was up to date even when I did not know it had changed. Haley was the one who helped me pick out my glasses and she was extremely nice and helpful. I went in for an eye exam and the doctor was great. I did not have to wait long, they actually came and got me right when I scheduled my appointment, which is rare for other offices in my experience. I ended up purchasing some new prescription sunglasses. The lady (I think Haley) who helped me with the sale was very knowledgeable and got me set up with exactly what I needed! I left feeling like my money was well spent. Would recommend to anyone!

I have seizures and found out by a pair of dollar tree glasses that I needed my eyes checked. Found out I did need glasses and I felt so comfortable with the doctor and a few front ladies: Astrid and Alexis. The manager was just welcoming and kind. I received top incredible service and will be back!

I have been working with Vision Works for about 2 months trying to get progressive type glasses that I can use instead of trying to locate my stupid reading glasses all the time. They have a great selection of frames and the people who work there are very nice and accommodating. Ive never had to wear glasses for distance until now with a slight prescription so this has been hard for me. They have sent back my glasses about 3 times trying different configurations and have tried very hard to help me but I just must not be a candidate for this kind of glasses. Its not their fault. I am having a hard time adjusting to progressive lenses. I think Im going to try to be fitted for contacts and see how that works. Haley is who I have been working with and is the sweetest little thing!She has been so helpful so I would recommend you trying this store. I returned my glasses and will be receiving my money back in a few days. Absolutely no hassle of returning my money. She said they just want me to be happy and be able to see which I appreciate very much!!!Thank you Haley and Vision Works!

Came in a couple of days ago to get my glasses properly adjusted. I was helped by a nice young lady named Astrid who provided me with a wonderful experience. She was very professional throughout the whole process and answered all my questions knowledgeably. After the adjustment, my glasses felt just right and I couldnt be more satisfied with my experience from start to finish! Ill definitely come back to this store for all of my glasses needs and Ill be sure to recommend this place to anybody that values excellent customer service and helpful staff in their glasses provider.

Had never been to Visionworks before, but now I am glad that I have! Everyone in this store was super helpful and the customer service was exceptional. Astrid was very helpful when I was trying to figure out what frame I would need. She was knowledgeable in her frame sizes as well as lens questions. Will 10/10 continue to go there!

Store is awesome, great staff, clean office.I was very appreciative when they cleaned all the equipment in front of me.My eye insurance changed and i had no clue. They found my information for me quickly, no hassle - my glasses came quicker than i expected!Great job!

Needed new glasses went in on Tues 10/23 afternoon staff was friendly and not pushy as l ask questions about their sale. I was helped by Eric who was knowledgeable about frame and lens .. I was taken to back for eye exam ($39) and I added (digital retina photo exam for another 30 ) I went with a Poly carbonate lens with brown Transitions. I received great service and my glasses were ready in 3 days on Friday 10/26. instead of the usual 7-10 day ...The young lady who retrieved my glasses was warm and friendly, activated my transitions and adjusted my frame fit with a big smile...Great job!

I havent needed glasses until the last few years. At first, it was just for reading but has gotten worse. In any case, it was a good experience for my first pair of Rx glasses. Everyone was helpful, and the whole thing took about an hour. In between exam procedures, I was able to casually browse their nice selection of frames. Since I was using insurance, they used their system to maximize my optic and frame options.

I have been going to this location for about 3-4 years now and I have always been given THE BEST customer service. I really enjoy the staff and friendly environment they have. Driving roughly 50 miles one way is well worth it. Keep up the great work guys!

Visionworks at Town Center is a first class Eye Care Center with a knowledgeable staff, great doctors, and the highest quality products. I have personally had multiple eye exams at this location and purchased some of their high quality frames and lenses as well. My husband and I went this morning, and I had a terrible experience. I have had the same prescription for nearly 30 years, but the doctor told me my right eye is stronger than my left. I corrected him right away, and said, Thats wrong. My left eye is stronger. You have it backwards. He nodded and IGNORED ME, a competent patient, so the glasses they made are backwards. I told the person fitting me that they were backwards, and he ignored me too. Now I have to return to get them fixed with absolutely no apology for the way I was treated as a grown woman and no reassurance that I will be treated any differently. I AM LIVID!!!

Terrible customer service. I went in there a few weeks ago to get my new glasses and looked around for about 15 minutes and then stood at the front desk for another 15 minutes and no one, not even the guy who was at the front desk, acknowledged my presence. There were 5 workers and about 3 customers in the store. I went to Lenscrafters, where I was helped immediately and got great glasses at a good price. This place is awful.

I have purchased my last two pairs of glasses here and have always received the best service. Even when a nose piece broke off I was able to get a quick repair. It’s almost time for a new pair and will definitely return.

The people at the store are helpful but the quality of the lenses and lab are terrible. The first lenses I received had buffing scratches embedded in them from the lab. They swapped those which took 2 weeks. The second pair of lenses have been fine for a little over a year and now the coatings are coming off and hairline scratches all over. I always keep my glasses in a case and clean with lint free cloth and glasses cleaner or plain water yet still the coating coming off just after a year. Makes wearing glasses at night or in the sun unbearable due to haze and glare. Note I did not buy the base lens but the upgraded HD ones and high end glare and scratch coatings along with 1 year warranty. Well 1 1/2 years later the high end lenses are junk and I have switched back to my 5 year old glasses from Pearle with no scratches at all after 5 years until I can buy new ones elsewhere. Yes my 5 year old ones have the same coatings just better quality. Do not recommend this place for glasses unless you like buying them every year.

Telephone customer service skills and follow up needs to improve. Waited on the phone 2 times 15 minutes each time only to hang up because no one followed up with my call. Customer rep prior to purchase told me that my glasses will take a week after the purchase the receipt said 2 1/2 weeks. This is a poor reflection on vision works and management.

Great customer service. Staff are very informative and helpful. They are eager to answer my questions and help me get the best use of my insurance. During glasses adjustments they always work with you until they fit just right! I have NEVER been treated poorly or seen a negative attitude from the employees. I have been going to this location for 3 years.The manager of this store is super! I had an incident where I bought new lenses to go with my old discontinued frames that I wanted to keep using. A week after everything was finished my old frames finally showed their age and the plastic cracked. I was very worried about getting them fixed and being able to afford it! After all, the lenses were brand new, cut to fit, and I had used up my insurance. The manager went above and beyond, personally calling up other stores and managing to find the very last store (in another state!) that had a copy of the frames. Not only did he have it shipped to this store, but I was not charged for the new frames. They switched in my lenses into the new frames without issue and everything was perfect. He truly rescued me from a bad situation!The people here will take care of you and do their best to find a solution that fits you. This location is great!

Absolutely horrendous. They knowingly give the incorrect prescription to prevent over ordering stock. Weve been back twice to retake the eye exam and the final time we asked to be given the prescription. We then realized the contacts weve had were always wrong according to the tests. They absolutely do not care about their customers based on our experiences. The optometrist and staff members are incredibly rude. Do not shop here - theres plenty of better of options.

Awesome customer service! I came in to buy a new pair of glasses which would have cost about $200. The manager Bradley was helping me and I told him I was buying a new pair because a tiny piece had fallen off mine which caused them to sit crooked. Instead of selling me a $200 pair of glasses he took a pair of frames off the floor and took my glasses to the back and swapped them out! Blown away!

Christian assisted me and had great customer service, he made the visit and purchase so relaxing. He went above and beyond. Great smile too.

There are some nice staff members here, but there also some that wants you to get out of there ASAP. Its a 50/50 kind of place. You could go in there with great staff or be unlucky and deal with rude staff trying to rush you and grab a quick sale. Its the second VisionWorks that I went to that screwed up my prescription. If your prescription are strong, dont bother going to ANY VisionWorks location. Unless you just like wasting your time, going back & forth, and then dealing with the 50/50 staff members.

So helpful!!! Came in just to minor repairs from my glasses. They fixed them immediately and no charge.

I broke the nosepieces off my glasses, and went in to get them fixed on my lunch break. The people were so friendly, and did the repair in less than ten minutes, for free! I was so worried that because my glasses werent bought there that they wouldnt fix them, but was absolutely delighted when they said they could. When I need new lenses, this is where Im going!

Great place. Lots of options. I got to my appointment a little early. I filled out a few questions of paperwork. And was seen within 5 minutes. Takes about 7-10 buisness days to receive your glasses.. everyone was really nice. The dr. Himself was a stick in the mud tho. All buisness, wont even crack a smile. (Not rude or anything. Just meh )So that made the visit awkward and less comfortable. But everyone else was so nice and friendly. I would recommend them.

I have been coming to this location for years and have never been treated so terribly! I called to get a refill on my contact lenses and the supervisor Ashanti always has an attitude! I will be going elsewhere!

My lens have imprints on them from the stickers that will not come out: attached is an image of the lens after being wiped and cleaned repeatedly. Would say you get what you pay for but these cost a small fortune. And I cannot return them.

My frame has just broken and needed a replacement ASAP. Bradley, the manager, found a frame that fit the lenses we had and at a great price. Very polite and nice guy.
