Aica Orthopedics is by far the unprofessional health care provider Ive ever been to. I wouldnt recommend anyone to this place. Its a total scam. Chiropractor or medical doctor doesnt care about your health. All they want to do is recommend you to get facet injection

Everyone at this location is so nice and welcoming and knowledgeable. Ive been to another location in Georgia before and was hesitant to come back to AICA but im glad I found this location. Id recommended it to anyone.

I cant praise this place enough. My adult daughter was in an accident on Friday, she called on Saturday morning and they set up the appointment fir the very next day. SUNDAY morning 10am. The doctor herself opened the office just for her. She took great time to explain how everything works, listened to where the pain was and was so caring! This office is Fully on-site, so xrays were done right there that same day.

My husband and I have been going here since lat November. The staff is incredibly compassionate and kind. The Dr Ashley and Dr Kersee are so great. They really take the time to listen and truly care about our well being. They are convenient located and have very flexible office hours. Highly recommend!

They are great. I got into a car accident and was Referred by someone to come here. I went the same day and got an appointment the same day. The staff was great and helpful. Kevin is great he the chiropractor at this location. He is so nice and know his job.

The business is a great business the doctors and chiropractors and assistants going to work with you or talk to you theyll explain whats going on to you theyll fix your back and do massages... they will do everything that you need to make all pain go away....... I see them twice a week and every week I feel great if youre reading this you should try them out theyre located in Kennesaw......

AICA is a very professional and thorough medical organization. When I arrived at their offices after my accident, I was in so much pain. Dr. Williams was very thorough and after examining me and taking x-rays of my injuries. He explained my injuries and the treatment process and expectations thoroughly.The staff is amazing! I never had a bad experience. Very professional and kind. Very clean facility. I never had long waits for my treatment sessions; they all work so well together and the team is always focused on a wonderful patient experience.I almost didnt want my treatment to end because I will miss Dr. Williams and his great staff. Very prompt, but we were very disappointed in the actual effectiveness of the treatment. It seems that everyone that comes in, regardless of the type of injury, receives pretty much the same type of treatment. Also, it was very apparent that this was all about the money because once we refused to give our car insurance declaration page and policy information, the AICA staff would not schedule my wife for her followup procedure that was sooo important for her to have 15 minutes before they realized that they would not get our information. Make sure you have your own legal representative if you decide to go to this establishment for treatment.

I have been coming to this location for just over a year, with multiple monthly visits and want to say that I couldn’t be happier. The staff is outstanding and REALLY listen to cater your treatment to your body and injury. I’ve never experienced a “generic” visit nor ever felt I were getting anything other than a stellar experience. I’d like to thank the staff there but also call out Dr. George specifically for being such a great help!

I got into a bad car accident and was referred to Aica. I dont know what I would have done without them. They immediately began my healing process and even linked me with a specialized lawyer who will be settling my case. I felt right at home with the friendly staff and individualized care plan that they offered. Every time I go, I feel welcomed and well taken care of. The only reason that I gave it four stars is because I wish that I had been treating with one particular chiropractor the entire duration of my treatment time. I felt so much more improvement when he would work on me. But overall, this place has been an answer to my prayer.

Had an accident nov 1. That week I had back, neck, arm and ankle pain. After getting looked at, I started treatment. The people here are super helpful and super sweet !It is now dec 31 and I am feeling better than I did a month ago.

Whenever someone ask where a good place I always say AICA! The first time I came in I was pretty nervous but they worked with me. I started going to the Thornton location at first. Then when I moved to Kennesaw I got into another accident and they were there for me just around the conner. The team that’s in Kennesaw though is amazing they are always smiling and waiting to help. If I get into another accident just know AICA aid where I’ll be.

They have become like family. Tiffanie is a sweetheart. Thanks for all the whole staff does. Always a friendly smile.

My wife went to this place after having a car accident. She met with a chiropractor, had a few x-rays and a tenz unit put on her back. For that, this company placed a lien (because our excellent insurance refused to pay them) against us for $900. Not once did an actual MD actually evaluate or treat my wife. Stay clear of this place. Insurance will not cover it!
